Had a custom box built, and a 2nd XS power batter installed. My system really came to life. I am extremely happy with the build and install. Night and day difference. My subs are low and mean like they should be. Thanks to Jeff for all your hard work. I will be back when I up grade. Money well spent. The box is a beast. And really gave my subs the lows I wanted Thank you. Also I need a decal so I can show off your work proper.

I upgraded the stock AM/FM/CD/Cassette Infinity Stereo in my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. It was becoming a bit dated and with the new handsfree laws, I decided that an upgrade was in order to keep from getting some hefty fines for using a cell phone. After doing some online research on the features I wanted I stopped in at Sound Depot and talked to Adam to see what the installed cost would be. I ended up choosing the JVC KW-M865BW which included all of the features I wanted in the new head unit including Sirius XM, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, handsfree calling, and a more importantly, a backup camera! During our discussions they agreed to price-match an online price from Crutchfield on the JVC head unit which was appreciated. Adam was very knowledgeable and has helped me several times since the installation to figure out some lesser-used settings. Neo did the installation in the truck which included integrating the existing steering wheel controls into the new JVC unit using a programmable adapter module. The installation was done within the timeframe quoted and best of all they beat their initial quote and saved me about $100. I highly recommend The Sound Depot for any and all of your stereo needs. I will definitely use them on future installs and modifications to my rigs. A+ customer service.

I had a car. I dropped it off. They gave me back a concert stage with wheels. Seriously the best place in town. Customer service was beyond personal and they take a real interest in the things you want and what’s going to work for you. Seriously, these guys are the best.

This is a great place for sou d equipment, but to be honest I went to get a full set up and my brother did the same day as well and my brother got a quote of 700 for two 12s with a box and Amp and install. But yet for me and for just two 10s with box and Amp I was being charged a grand. So for that I dont understand but again ai t my specialty. I would put the system in but for less money but I do recommend this place.

Went in to get a price on a auto start. I talked with Tommy and he explained everything to me and said we would have to order one if I want this one versus the other one that they had in stock told me the differences in both let me look at them to see which one I liked. I ended up with option A and he installed it with in seconds. I went back with some questions and he told me how to work that. Great customer service and very friendly. Best prices in town.

I called down there to ask a question on pricing and about a problem I was having with my stereo. I was asked to come down and let him take a look at it. I drove the 20 minutes down there to talk with the guy. When I got there he had me pop my trunk then close it and tried to sell me a in dash kit that was the way more expensive route. He didnt even listen to my stereo. He had no interest in actually solving my problem. Just trying to update me on parts. Ill never mess with this company ever again. He waisted my time

Had a really good experience. I decided to try to install the radio head unit myself. I got it all hooked up and it didnt want to turn on. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO HERE!!!! Was really happy to get my subwoofer and amp installed. Mike told me multiple times that everything was going to be okay and that there would be NO extra money to pay when I picked up my car with the product installed.(As I already paid for an amp and subwoofers) Mike calls me and tells me to come get my car. Im on my way 10 minutes later and almost there when Mike calls me back saying theres an extra 50 dollars to pay or I cant have my car. I get there and the installer heres me yelling at mike and he comes over and points at my receipt, and Mike ends up giving me money back!!! Extremely shady the only reason this has 2 stars is because the INSTALLER is the only honest person at that whole place. A huge thankyou to the installer

I visited Sound Depot today, I was looking for a fuse and they were the only shop in the area that carries it, they have everything in stock! But the best part of my experience was the customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me, but he went above and beyond for me and it was the best customer service I have experienced in a while! I will definitely recommend Sound Depot to everyone. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I visited the Sound Depot recently to make a minor purchase. Then after a brief interaction with the staff there, ended up having my complete system installed. Their knowledge of the car audio world and its products are by anyones measure, encyclopaedic. The Sound Depot is a high fidelity retail store with basically wholesale prices on some of the most premier car audio products to be found anywhere. I was very impressed with the staff because not only did their knowledge and experience save me an unnecessary purchase they saved me time and money, even at the expence of losing a possible sale and charges for labor. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for all your car audio needs.

After they got us sorted out on such short notice and really went above and beyond for my husbands jeep, I can see now why they are the best car stereo shop in the area. Adam and Tommy will look after you and will really listen to what you want. Seriously, youd be doing yourself a desservice to go anywhere else.

I started going to Sound Depot about a year ago based on a recommendation from a local business owner. I have had wiring and amp install done on multiple Mercedes Sprinters and recently purchased speakers for my Land Cruiser which I elected to install myself.In all instances they have provided outstanding service! They have been very accommodating in schedule changes and providing expertise and advice in helping me as a DIY. From the front desk to the technicians all have been great to work with. Overall they provide outstanding value with fair pricing and outstanding customer service!

Used to love this place but after my most recent transaction, ill definitely be taking my business (and telling anyone about it) elsewhere. Previously, I had the guys at SD put in a system in my old truck. They did a great job and I was satisfied. This was 5+ years ago.With that in mind, having bought a new truck, I brought it to Sound Depot. I worked with a guy named Adam who was friendly enough and we outfitted the truck and set an appointment for install a few weeks later. The install went well, though it did take s few hours longer than quoted. I tried out the system with Adam, didnt crank it too high, but it sounded good and i was satisfied for the moment. When I was alone, I cranked the volume, as I do really like loud music, and was disappointed when it peaked at 35 and still wasnt really loud enough for me.Oh well, I thought. I can just bring it back and they will turn up the gain in the amp or pay for an upgrade if necessary. I made an appointment for a few weeks out (they were very busy, but it was fine) to adjust the amp. When I brought it in, they take a look at it and tell me that since they put the very small amp BEHIND my dash (without asking or consulting) it was a pain in the butt to remove and would cost me $500 AT LEAST to turn the amp or switch it out (most likely). After that, I left. I think its pretty preposterous to try to charge someone that much money who is not satisfied with the job Sound Depot did, just to make it right. I had already spent over $1700 on the system + install a few weeks before. ihad no problem paying for a new amp (or the difference, because everything was still under warranty) to make it louder but Adams attitude was not very helpful and I decided I would take my business elsewhere.Beware, they may do a good job but theyre shady af

This is the worst experience that I have had in years. I called in and had a stereo install scheduled. They where weeks out and required a $250 deposit which I paid. Then after weeks of waiting I received a call letting me know that one of their guys broke his arm. I was cool and rescheduled for another few weeks out. I now dropped it off for my install. The next day I received a call saying that they where too busy and believed my install would take longer that the thought. They where not willing to do my install. They asked me to come pick up my vehicle and they wanted to reschedule. The owner was not willing to honor the time that I had scheduled. I had a deposit in with them for 5 weeks. Horrible service. I would never refer anyones to them.

The work they perform is decent enough, but thwy have shady sales tactics. They pulled the bait and switch on me. I got a quote for the new speakers with install and sound deadening in my doors. Got the quote and came back for my scheduled appointment. Only guess what, the price I was originally quoted did NOT include the sound deadening. If I wanted that I was going to have to pay extra. Shady business practice here. If use go to sound depot and get a quote from them, make sure you get everything written down as specific as possible.

They know sound systems and are very helpful if you just have questions in regards of doing your own install.

People are great there, and they dont discriminate on how you look everybody is treated good. If I have any questions or need help they help no hesitation. Professional craftsmanship with their work.

After talking with Best Buy and Camping World about a stereo installation our RV, these guys were by far the most helpful and friendly. It didnt matter who I spoke with, each employee was pleasant and willing to help. Even better, their pricing was right in line with the big box stores.

I looked everywhere for a company who could put a remote start in my special edition Challenger. Nobody could do it. These guys not only could do it, but had the stuff on hand to do it. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Install guy is a pro. He also hard wired front and back dash cams. No holes. No wires showing. Very happy with this store. Id recommend them to anyone.

I pulled up & ran in to see if someone could fix my bass in my car. I didnt call ahead, drove very far & would not have been able to visit for a long time. The great guy tested and replaced my blown fuse then tried to say bye without giving me a price. I tipped him anyway. Thanks guys, very awesome of you. Purchased a new car stereo from Sound Depot and had them install a few years ago. Last month the stereo had a wiring error message and wouldnt play. Took it back to Sound Depot and they had it fixed in minutes at no charge! Great Service.

Best place ever! Way better than any other audio place Ive ever been to. (Im an Audiophile so Ive been to many) They were knowledgeable, affordable, helpful, and they offer financing as well. Very great place to get your ride (weather it be a boat, motorcycle, rv, or car) sounding nice and crisp. They have the cheap stuff... but not the low quality stuff... They have the expensive stuff... but not the overpriced stuff. I love this place and will continue to go here instead of others for my next audio, lighting, etc needs.

Outstanding! We needed to get a stereo installed fairly rapidly. They were extremely helpful. Gave us many options, but did not try to up-sell us. The installation went great, AND, while they were in there, they even fixed our clock which was not working! I work in a field where I have the opportunity to visit with a lot of people and I will make it a point to tell of this experience.

I bought a new system with a backup camera for my 2014 Dodge Challenger. I had the stock system with Uconnect and some other features but my new JVC system from Sound Depot is insane. I loved it from the moment I picked up my car, which was done way ahead of schedule. The install was flawless and the price could not be beat.

Called and got great help!Tom answered all my questions and actually listened to what I was trying to do. He walked me through the options available. Everyone else said Id need a new head unit but Tom actually listened and directed me to just swapping out the speakers that were the problem! Will definitely be stopping in to have them do the work.

Too many issues with the install and the final product still has bugs. Installer drove my car disrespectfully revving the engine and whipping it around the corner. Most of the people there mean well though.Im updating to 3 stars. It looks like they installed the system correctly. But after much back and forth with compustar I have more information on how to use it. Im now able to turn it off when I dont want to deal with it.

I am not one that usually cares are about radio and navigation devices in my car. What comes in the care is usually pretty adequate. However, when I got my 2012 GMC I decided to get something different for my car. I told my car dealer I wanted a radio which integrated with my phone. They called Sound Depot and there was a bit of a miscommunication and I got a radio which actually didnt work at all with my phone. I didnt discover this until much later due to unpreventable circumstances. I called up Sound Depot and told them what happened. They gave me a full refund on the original unit and sold me the unit I needed while giving me the best price. I havent been to other stereo stores but by the way they treated me I have absolutely no reason to go any where else. Top notch, grade A guys.

My stereo install turned out nice enough but a part was broken and they brought it to my attention (good and honest) and they promised to replace it. I came back several times over the past year and although they dont deny they promised, they have never replaced it. I came back in spite of this to install a keyless pushbutton start. They refused to install it because I didnt buy from them. Im talented enough to install myself but I was really hoping to pay a professional a reasonable fee to do it for me.

The staff are helpful and know what theyre doing, however they dont seem to like talking about their prices. I was quoted $50 per subwoofer for two subs that I later bought. I ended up being charged 80 for each of them. I also bought a ported box and when i asked the price they changed the subject and I ended up paying ~$200 more than I was expecting. The subs sound great but I dont appreciate being hounded, granted I shouldve just asked until they told me. They are salesmen, not your friends, keep that in mind if you decide to use this store.

Worst experience Ive ever had with two installations. After complaining to owner on last installment, he tried to blame the problem on the custom bike. There were no problems with previous speaker wiring and when I picked it up it sucked! He then told me to leave his shop and never come back. Now theres customer service. Hey, what about my warranty? Whos going to service it now? Good luck. Im sure thats why they try to be so nice and bs you into a $2000.00 rip off!
