The shop is within the Roosevelt Field mall. It is a small shop, but the selection here was good with many recognizable brands. They also have gourmet ingredients for cooking like honeys and wines, among other things. It was fairly busy when I went which unfortunately meant that the lines backed up a bit, but the wait was not terribly long.

Had an awesome experience. They were able to process a registry return and Judy was super helpful while in store.

Spoke to a Donna on the phone, I was looking for a magnetic knife holder for my wifes birthday. Yes they had them, but I needed an item number. When I said I dont have that, Donna seemed to stop caring, didnt want to check for it in store, didnt want to see what versions they had. She said shell call me back and hung up on me. This is the problem with stores like this, they hire old housewives who dont need to work, jaded, clueless to what real life is.These women get a job at Williams Sonoma to get a discount on the kitchen stuff for the kitchen theyve never earned, which they got through marrying some rich old cheese ball who was in college when they were born.Im getting off topic. My point is, Donna gave off that I dont want to work, I have more money and Im better than you impression, and was very rude in doing so. Took about 2 minutes interacting with this employee to never want to do business with this store.TRAIN YOUR HOUSEWIVES TO BEHAVE PROPERLY AND HAVE SOME MANNERS!

This store has some terrific products and kitchen tools. Everything is of the highest quality & the prices reflect that. You really DO get what you pay for too.

Ordered steak knives in the store. Was told theyd be shipped in a week but they are on backorder. Waiting 2 months after spending $220.

Have LOVED Wlliams-Sonoma forever! Bought everything from bread mixes & bread makers to coffee machines & specialty coffees, teas, spreads, pots, pans, cooking classes, you name it, Ive bought it! In person, Ive always lived your various demonstrations! Online orders, which became more prevalent early 2000s. But today, due to Covid-19, I placed an almost $200 order. Unfortunately, the major part is arriving by mail; a beautiful All Clad roasting pan for Thanksgiving. The minor part, a jar of Cranberry relish, (I would have bought the two pack bargain deal, but it wasnt offered for store pick up, only 2 separate jars which cost more) AND a jar of your wonderful turkey brine. This amounted to scarcely $24! I arrived at the mall, called to let them know I was there & asked where I should wait, & they asked me what car i was sitting in. Quickly out was a clerk with short black hair, probably late 40s to early 50s (hard to discern with the mask). I certainly understand you need to verify if I am the customer. BUT, being the only red Mercedes sitting where you just asked me short of 4 minutes prior to sit in broad daylight at just after 3pm. Would you REALLY have someone fraudulently try to call the store to steal a $24 order of relish & brine in a $90,000 car???? Has society really gotten that untrustworthy & criminal???? She asked for my license, but when she saw me digging through my handbag worth a few months salary & saw my 7 year old sitting in the back seat she asked to see my email, with a softer tone in her voice. Great selection of cooking products and different type of prepared sauces. Sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.

Good products and service, but quite pricey. I like that they have some specialty items, but again they come at a premium. Fun to browse nonetheless, especially for some inspiration. For quality cooking supplies at a fraction of the cost, I have actually been going to IDEAL restaurant supply a few blocks away.

Place is a joke. Nobody knows a thing about the actual items that they are selling. I called and this lady placed me on hold for over five minutes. I hung up, called back, and had the pleasure of speaking with a Jeff. I informed him that I believed the previous associate forgot about me, considering the amount of time I had been left on hold for. All casually, he states, nope. Nobody forgot about you. She is with a customer. I am going to place you back on hold. If this store intends on squeezing what little time it has left as a brick and mortar out of 2018, much more intelligent people are needed to operate the store. Buy the same stuff from Amazon -- only here if you have a time constraint. Cheers, Jeff.

This shop is inside Roosevelt Field Mall. Its not a full-blown William Sonoma experience because the space is rather small, so not all products are displayed, but if you need home goods, its a great place to visit.

Expensive products

Everyone is very nice, but their website is very unreliable. If the website says the store has something, its not necessarily true. If you are going go something specific you should call them first to see if they have it
