Needed help picking out new septum jewelry and received some great professional help from the staff. 10/10 experience love this store.

So happy to see this place thriving. I know Im old, but I still love this place. Hot topic used to be a niche store, not cheap but not overpriced. After Disney bought it, i got scared, then the pandemic hit, i got worried. Once malls reopened, this store was always with a line outside. Love the staff, they are perfectly splendid as they go about their duties. Great sales in shirts right now too.

The staff is wonderful as always. Theyre also very helpful. My only problem is with prices and merchandise. 3 pins are worth around 9 dollars and they break very easily. And everything is over priced. Theres not a lot of variety. Its just disney, mha, and some stuff here and there.

I love hot topic. There is always something really good, whether it be anime themed things or video games stuff, as well as movies and show stuff. They also have really cool t-shirts and regular clothes. I got these really nice black jeans as well as galaxy jeans and a black and red rose dress. They have a bunch of size clothing as well. I really suggest going to hot topic!

Located inside the Roosevelt field Shopping Center located off of Old Country Road servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair and the. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores to shop at because the products there fit my taste very well since most of their products are of the pop culture and franchises. However, the prices are often more than expected and the clearance items (which are the ones that are usually worth buying) are always in a box and in a mess. It is never clear whether they would have the product you want or not. So I recommend buying online if you do not like sorting through the mess.

First of all, it can get pretty cramped inside. Not much walking space and they have a lot of various inventory in the store. Because they have so much for sale, finding what you need can be a bit difficult. Not everything is organized into sections. Hot Topic sells many different T-shirts that the space allocated on the rack for each shirt is minimal. Therefore, they might not have the size you want on the shelf. Also, some shirts which they have more of gets stocked onto other shelves that are meant for a different shirt. You will need some patience maneuvering through this store and finding what you want to buy.

Great place to buy T-shirts always have a deal. Service is always A++, they have a great selection.

I love this store. The staff is always super sweet & helpful. Sometimes I go in just to say hi but I always end up leaving with something. Keep up the great work guys.

Been going this hot topic for years and have the best pop culture items you need

Today my girlfriend and I went shopping for Halloween costumes and tried them on in the dressing room. While I was waiting for my girlfriend to try her costume on, a short assistant manager with dark hair a sling on her arm practically accused us of stealing. Several girls went into the dressing room at the same time before us, yet she blamed us (we went in separately and a sales associate counted our items). The manager would not stop staring at me from less than 4 feet away. My girlfriend opened the door of the dressing room and asked me how it looked, and the manager stared at her while she was practically half naked. She proceeded to question me about items she saw me put in my bag. I handed the bag to a sales associate when I paid and nothing was in it. The sales associate was very kind and helpful and stuck up for us, because she knew who actually stole the items that were missing. She didnt give her name, but she was taller with purple dyed hair and she was very helpful (suggested buying a tote to receive discounts, helped us find what we wanted etc.). However, even after standing up for us, the manager did not apologize, and proceeded to call security. While we paid, she continued to stand next to us and stare at us. Needless to say, I will never return to the store in this mall again.

Good store. Wish they had a better selection though. I mean, they have TONS of stuff but not a lot of them are super widely popular things. Most of them are kind of random, which is why most of them seem to not get purchased and sit around for many weeks as Ive seen... although I did find a few amazing shirts here a couple weeks back, so I was quite happy with it. A young lady helped get it down for me from a high shelf and found the right size. What I didnt like was, when I went to buy it, I was asked by another lady (the cashier) if I had a Hot Topic account or reward card, something like that. I said no, and she just decided that I was gonna get one and immediately started the sign-up process by asking me for my phone number. Umm... woah, dial it back. She never actually asked if I wanted it, and decided to start signing me up anyway. She had a friendly attitude, but I didnt like the fact that she didnt even ask me. She kept trying to persuade me afterwards, but I just didnt want it. Seemed to cross the line a bit. Anyway, overall pretty happy. Come here if you want merchandise from various TV shows and a couple of video games, little Marvel stuff here and there. Theyve got shirts, accessories, figures, bags, keychains, etc.
