I worked with ecustomsbrokers for my first ever customs clearance coming from oversees. Entire process was very professional, with timely updates and reminders about what exactly is needed for a problem-free clearance. I needed to do the time-sensitive ISF filing on a Sunday (due to myself leaving it to last minute), and even that was accommodated and finished (urgent IFS filing on a Sunday was why I initially contacted ecustomsbrokers to begin with). I dont have much research/experience to compare the prices, but it seems reasonable to me. They (can) do all the required payments and the customer pays them one single invoice, which was very convenient for me. Overall, it was a positive first experience with US-customs for me.
