Great Range. Great Gunsmith. Had Night Sights installed on both of my H&K pistols there and they did an excellent job. Cant shoot budget ammo or shells at their range. Brass only. (22-556 I believe)They also have a wide range of new guns for purchase, rentals and a wide range of holsters for sale. Also believe you can have a custom holster made there for 50 bux. Somewhat limited on lights and lasers. But they can always steer you in the right direction of ordering online. The other half of the building sells uniforms and work gear. See a ton of cops and EMTs coming and going. Have also witnessed brand new virgin shooters get proper safety instruction there before being allowed on the range. Which is always a plus.Both guns in the pics were safety checked and had no magazines inserted.

Gun store and range, top notch. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, makes you feel comfortable at home and treated like family. Ive only been going there for a few weeks now. They are not hesitant to answer any questions. I cant say anything for the clothes department, but definitely go to the range!

The gun range prices here are unbeatable. The staff is extremely helpful, they even adjusted the sight on my weapon at no charge. Their range is air conditioned and feels great. There has not been a time I have gone where the range was too full for me to enjoy. Also they have a nice selection of accessories to choose from.

Employees were great. Just told within last 2 weeks that store is closing. Everything as of 2-28-2020 is 50% off. Store is picked over. Closing the doors for good sometime next week. Gun range and all guns are out of the store. Uniform items and some boots are left.

I have mixed feelings.... Its a good place to just shoot, that is NOW if your children are over 16. I feel theyve changed their rules to sell their safety shooter classes because their business is obviously going down hill. When it was Patricks it was much better!

Amazing people and atmosphere!!! The uniform section is spot on for everything with very reasonable rates. The customs shop literally makes your vision a reality! I was very impressed with the gun range and the amount of knowledge the employees had on the weapons they sold and let customers rent. The prices for everything can’t be beat. I will forever be doing business with JDX!

This is a top of the line shooting range. They have everything that youll need and even a nice area for people that dont want to shoot but just want to lounge if they came with someone that is shooting. They also have a great selection of firearms for purchase. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend these guys. They are a little pricey but remember that you get what you pay for. If you want the best and you have to pay for the best.

No employee in the uniform section of the store ever acknowledges your presence in the store. I have been in the store on several different occasions and it is fight to get help. If you actually are lucky enough to ask someone a question they act as if you are interrupting them and a total inconvenience.Today I was in the store for almost 20 minutes with no interaction from anyone. Tired of being ignored by the less than helpful staff I left and took my business and money to A1 Uniforms. When I walked in the door there I was met by two employees who were welcoming, helpful and nice. Even though I spent a little more than I would have at JDX it was well worth it.I have waited to post a review because I did not know if my previous visits were a fluke or not. After today I know that this is just how their customer service is.

I JUST bought an annual range membership in the beginning of January to this range. For the ENTIRE month of February, they have been shut down. As a member, I received NO notice via email or phone. At first, the range was just closed for maintenance, which I figured was due to the fact they had several lanes down and they were fixing them. NOW I am reading they are permanently closed. Listen, I get it... business is business and doors may need to close. But... you could have at the VERY LEAST been courteous enough to your MEMBERS to reached out to them and let them know what was happening. I LOVED this place - and I am really disappointed in how they handled this situation especially since it feels like I just wasted almost $300 on a membership now.

Patricks will be getting all the business I can give them from now on. I walked in after having a bad experience at another shop and was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. They had the exact gun Id been looking for. Though their price was a little more than the place I left, I was willing to knowingly pay it because of the helpful atmosphere. Being a business person though, I was going to negotiate somehow. They ended up throwing in over $200 in free ammo and gear in order to satisfy me. Everyone there went out of their way to help me in any way they could. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up buying another gun conversion kit while I was there because of this. The guy who helped me out was named Chip. He may not have known everything there is to know about my particular gun, but he found the answers and other employees willfully gathered around to discuss any question I had. Awesome experience! I cant say enough about the staff and environment here! Ill be making the drive to Patricks many more times in the future.

I dread having to go to this place each and every time I am sent to get “sized” or “fitted” for uniforms. The staff is anything but helpful and acts as if any request is beneath them to accommodate. They always seem to be short staffed and short tempered. If you are looking for poorly measured and poorly tailored pants this is the place for you! If you need your uniform tailored to create a professional appearance be sure to go anywhere else... anywhere at all. I understand this uniform store is one of the few, if not only in the region, and has the luxury of holding contracts with city’s for uniforms and public service equipment but there is no excuse for the poor time and staff management of this establishment. If you need a handcuff pouch shop on amazon for the same product at half the price. Definitely don’t buy overpriced firearms here let alone expect to be greeted as your enter.

This is the best range/ firearms shop around! I have been to shops and ranges from OH to GA and this is amazing place. The range is clean, the lights are on and the employees are practically family! I havent been able to find a nicer place with better pricing anywhere. Thank you JDX for all your hard work and helping my Wife and I get the self defense tools we wanted! I will be coming back time and time again.

Horrible staff. I know they’re closing, but literally no one cares to help a customer or even say hello. We were In The store for at least 20 minutes not one person around. When someone did come out, no acknowledgement of us being there. The Person who checked us out was So rude. They don’t like to answer questions or have any kind of conversation. No wonder they’re closing..they’re all miserable and it’s a miserable place to be.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE HERE!! I got maybe 5 rounds through my brand new AR this weekend out in the country testing it out and the slide jammed closed and wouldnt pull back open no matter how much I tried. Dominique with JDX not only got it fixed but took me step-by-step through how to completely disassemble the rifle, clean and oil it and put it back together. He even ran a few rounds though it in the range to make sure it shot correctly after the repairs.Then when I went to pay them they wouldnt take my payment and just said to come back to the range sometime. I will definitely be back to use the range! Great customer service!!

I go here for the Embroidery shop. They do a wonderful job on my work uniform shirts and you could say Ive become a regular customer. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy being treated professionally, courteously, and with a modern responsible environment. I actually felt good about the dollars expended. Very reasonably priced.

I went to shoot for the first time yesterday. I wanted to learn how to use a gun properly and also about gun safety. Davis was my instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He gave me his undivided attention and provided me with his honest advice. I feel much more comfortable now although I need more practice with guns. I will definitely be going back to the gun range!

Very nice range. Very clean. I like this one much better than Quick Shot because there isn’t always a range employee hovering over you or commenting on how you shoot, but they’re there if you need them. There is a woman who works at the range counter who is always super friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is that their hours suck.

Best pistol shooting range in Savannah. Set the range and your target goes sliding away to that distance. You can tryout different pistols and revolvers and get a idea of what is best for you. Very good store with weapons and accessories. Also uniform clothing and accessories

Went to the shooting range here today. Had a great time. The range has very helpful staff. I have been going here for several years. Building is well staffed, large sections of uniforms. And I do recommend this business to anyone.

Went to shoot with my wife and son last week.Staff were all great and we had a great time inside the range and walking around the store afterwards.No pressure on the range and my son tried out a rented 357 which he loved.We are going back this week before we leave town as we are just visiting the area.Nice selection of guns and gear... best I’ve seen in while.Thanks for a great experience to all.

I’m new to shooting so I was nervous the first couple of times I went. I received excellent service and help from Davis, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He saw how nervous I was and walked me through things step by step and I am very grateful for his help. I was also helped a great deal by Nick who is friendly and professional. Now I come here at least once a week and have a great time. I’m a nurse and they also hav a nice selection of scrubs and other uniforms. Highly recommended!

Since the new ownership...this is the go-to place in Savannah for not only firearm needs, but also custom work. Dealing with their staff was a pleasure...these guys know what they’re talking about. I was impressed when I went to replace my stolen Ruger. Super nice and gave me a lot of tips. Very professional. Had a firearms introduction course, taught us all we need to know to handle it safely and accurately. They were also available to answer questions after the class, and gave us a head start with direction on the range.

I come here for the shooting range every couple of weeks or so. The store is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable folks, and their prices on firearm accessories are pretty good. Excellent range as well, though its definitely a bit short for rifles (75 feet I believe).Patricks has, however, been my range from the first shot out of my first handgun til now, about 600 rounds of handgun and rifle ammunition later, and every visit has been a blast. Id highly recommend this range.

They take their sweet time embroidering. Plan at least a week or two for them to get a simple order finished. And dont expect them to call you when its finished.Also, theyre pretty pricey. Two scrub tops embroidered with my name was almost $50.

Get all your needs from military, law enforcement and first responder gear/equipment. Awesome customer service very nice and knowledgeable. Store lay is nice and open not cluttered all together. The indoor range is pretty nice too

My wife and I have been shooting at another range in Savannah, but really like the range at Patricks. Well lit, comfortable arrangement. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only improvement would to offer some loading tables at the back wall behind the firing line.

Went to a few indoor ranges and gun shops in the area, this is by far the nicest range and one of the cleanest most professional stores. The staff have been extremely helpful, pleasant, and take care of all the customers. They have earned my repeat business. Steve is a great salesman and always helpful. Matt did a great job on my Glock 23 that I purchased from Steve.

Had a great time at the gun safety class with my family. My youngest is 12 and the instructors where very clear and knowledgeable making sure to answer all questions. I recommend this if you plan on becoming a new gun owner or plan on having them in the home with your children. Safety first.

Door on gun range says 9 am to 7 pm, the website also says the same . Go to shoot a quick box @6:15 and they are say” the range closes in a few minutes “Funny thing is I literally called them 2 minutes before arriving and was directed to the gun range side of the business and the person also told me 7 pm...The place isn’t the same ... it was way better when it was Patrick’sI’m an avid gun enthusiast and use to send people to Patrick’s all the time. I am very new to the gun world. I went today and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I knew what I needed to and was comfortable. The instructor was very imformative and helpful in selecting the right gun to protect myself and family! They have a large selection to try out at the range if you dont already own a gun. Would definitely recommend them and will be making future purchases from them.

I love this gun-range... I drive about 11/2 just to go to this gun range. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The gun range is very inviting and neat. I try to go once a month and its a lovely outing with the ladies.

Great store and awesome range. Nice selection of Daniel Defense Weapons and a full line up of 5.11 gear. This is the place to go if youre military, law enforcement, or just a gun enthusiast.Friendly staff and very customer orientated. I even seen an instructor using an interpreter to teach a lesson on the range for some foreign folks.

There was no one to help me. I waited and waited, I bought a pair of pants and they didn’t work out for me. So I tried to return them and they told me I couldn’t because the tags were torn off but I had the tags in the bag and size sticker and receipt with me. Won’t be going back there.

Its no surprise there are either 5 star or 1 star reviews. Im not sure what their business model is, but it is obvious they cater to a specific demographic...exclusively. If youre part of that, youll love the place. If you arent - you wont come back. I love their selection of weapons, and the range does look pretty sweet - but boy, I felt like I was a prostitute in church walking through the place. Back to Academy Sports for me.

Ive never shot at an indoor range before, so I dont have anything to compare to. The staff member I worked with was very knowledgeable. The prices seemed pretty fair. I would suggest buying some ammo in bulk at a gun show then go shooting to save some cash.

The building is beautiful inside and outside. The quality of the uniforms and other clothing is outstanding, as is the knowlefge of the staff. They are friendly and helpful. The indoor gun range is second to none.

You need Custom Gun work or the best gun range in Savannah! Love the selection and great customer service everyday! Only place I have seen that has Amsoil Gun Lube too.

The actual range was great clean and well kept. I had heard great things about this place from many people. I walked in and it looked great. Walked to the counter wearing a jacket with my jobs logo on it. First thing the guy behind the counter said was something bad mouthing where I work. He kept on talking bad about it and my boss. He also said a few off color sexist/chauvinistic remarks about my mother who was there with me and my father. We stayed because everywhere else would have been closed by the time we got there. I will not be returning and I will strongly advise my firearm owning friends not either.

Let me start by saying I have been going to this gun range for over a year. Not anymore after todays visit. I took my son and wife who were visiting me to shoot some of my guns. I have an AR-15 that has a sliding stock, so I asked if that can be used when we were receiving our target. The lady asked one of the other employees who said the sliding stock isnt allowed, which was fine with me, we did not use that. We had only been shooting for about 10 minutes when were were rudely asked to pack up our guns and get out of the gun range. The employee said they we were using the sliding stock, which I said we werent and then he said well, you are shooting rapid fire which isnt allowed. I have shot these rifles before with no complaints from any of the staff before, and have never been told that rapid fire shooting was not allowed (again, we were not using the stock that they said do not use). Apparently, they will kick you out with no warning if you shoot your guns too quickly. Had they given me a warning, I would have gladly not shot that way. Instead, they kicked us out and belittled myself and my entire family, which was very embarrassing. We paid ($23 for less than 10 minutes of shooting) and left without saying a word. I decided to call the owner, Rick, who also holds no customer service skills. He interrupted me multiple times on the phone and then eventually said Give me 5 minutes, let me talk to my employees, then Ill call you back. I promise. I never heard from him. What a way to treat your customers. I will never visit this range again, it’s not worth being treated this way. Avoid this place if you can.

Really one of the nicest ranges I have been too. Friendly helpful and lots of inventory. Its a must see if in the area.

I went in looking for some EMT pants and as soon as I walked in the employees looked at my boyfriend and I as if we had four heads this was an extremely negative experience all the employees just ignored us. And the uniform section was not even open I will not be coming back here anytime soon. This customer service was horrible and I hope this was not because of race.

On weekdays the retail store opens at 9 AM and the range opens at 10 AM. Nice 25 meter indoor range and they have a gunsmith available for any repairs or installs. You can shoot your 5.56 AR as long as it is brass casings but no green tips.

It’s actually open until 6 and the indoor range closes at 5:30 pm. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The customer service has gone down since it was Patricks Uniform. The staff appears to be competitive instead of working together.We are regular customers and witness conflict with the staff. They have some weird policies here like no steel or aluminium ammo and if you have a rifle, you must put the target at least 50 feet out there. Its also expensive. I wont give up Quick Shot for these guys.
