This is an absolutely fantastic game shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of wargaming minis, D&D supplies, board games, mtg, and more. Definitely jealous I dont live near this store, it would be my standard go-to.

Decent selection of products ranging fron D&D to Warhammer, including some obscure board games like Robotech and aliens. Obscene a mount of playing card singles like MtG. They even have a dedicated section to dice, bags, and playmats.Worth a look for aspiring geeks and nerds.But beware... While the games encourage being social,.. this location the staff wont ask if you need assistance or if theres any questions.. You are mostly ignored. No gaming tables to hold games at.Worse is their prices. 50-100% markup on many of the items over other stores. Basic 6 sided dice for 1$ each.. 20$ metal dice sets going for 45$+Books and starter sets that were 30$ years ago are 50 70$ retail now.When done of these hobbies can drain literally thousands from your account... Be sure to get your moneys worth and compare prices.

I live so close to pandemonium that it is just very convenient for when I need cards or anything. I have decided that based off of previous experiences, I will not be going there anymore and will go to RIW instead.Each time I go in, there is always 5 or so employees in there. The ONLY employee that actually cares would be Rob. I get followed and stared at as if Im going to steal something each time I go in. Ive spent a lot of money at this store and each time, I just feel uncomfortable with the constant stares. I understand sending a list for a big order but for the times when I want to pick up 5 or 8 cards, I shouldnt be told rudely about sending in a list when each time I go in there, nobody besides rob is truly doing anything and sometimes I dont even expect to walk in, its an impromptu thing. Nobody besides Rob is excited to help.Rob is the only reason I kept going back. He would suggest different cards to make my magic deck better, seem genuinely interested, and an all around good person. Its a shame whats happen to pandemonium over the years but hopefully this review will help other people in determining their go-to card shop because this one is definitely not it.Card stock is great, products are great, prices are bit more pricey compared to RIW. Overall, it was good for convenience but that has ended for me.

Dont you love it when your enthusiasm for something new is instantly crushed by some know-it all, too experienced to deal with me, worker who has no patience to inform and teach without sounding rude as hell? If you enjoy that go here..if you have questions about deck building, Dont go here, especially on Saturday. Cause like I was told they dont have time usually and I got lucky If you have questions about the price of cards. Dont go here, like I was directly told I can find that online before I come inGuess I should probably just buy the cards online also.And please God dont touch the cards before you buy them.. because even though they dont Inform you of that, know-it all employee will definitely freak out on you.Didnt know the 5 people behind the counter were so busy with a store full of nobody..Only reason this got 2 stars was because the employee who was actually helping me and pulling the cards was nice and informative.. dont know why is buddy had to even say anything.

I have moved to the area recently and did a small amount of research before choosing this to be my regular hobby store. I am sad to say I’m very disappointed. In general the normal employees are awesome! The management not so much.Most enthusiastic hobbyists enjoy discuss their passions, and often that is encouraged in stores like this one. Yet, here that is certainly not the case. No matter what you are discussing or have asked the kind employee you are speaking to, management will interrupt and have them go to a register or complete some menial chore and instruct them not to just chat with customers.Be careful with what you preorder here. If you should decide you’d like to preorder a different or more expensive edition they won’t allow it. Even though the product has not released yet and you have yet to receive it. Evidently they will sometimes allow this for some people, just hope you are one of those people.In the interest of fairness, they have one of the greatest selections in a clean and organized store, but there are caveats to that. The prices of GW products are 20% more expensive than any store I have shopped at in the past (though they do offer a 20% year long discount for a $100 subscription.) And most of their booster boxes are marked up in comparison to other stores in the area.In the end I suggest finding a different, more friendly, hobby store. I know I did.**EDIT** After further consideration, I feel it is only fair to amend my review. While there are instances of disappointment, everyone is human and mistakes happen. I am no exception. I am bumping the store back up to a four star rating as it does certainly have its flaws, but is overall a good locally owned hobby store.

This place is huge. Tons of stuff not just for D&D either. All sorts of table tops, card games, game environment pieces, models and on and on. I was blown away by the shear size or the location but more so by the breadth of their selections. I was great when I entered thanked as I left asked if I needed help everyone was nice and eager to lend a hand. I could keep going about their offerings but no one would read something so long. So let me conclude by saying if you need anything for any type of card based or any type of RPG game, go here and you will be back to gaming in no time. Provided you leave before they close because you might spend all day here.

Im very rarely dissapointed in what they have in stock. These guys are highly knowledgeable when it comes to anything involving Board/Table-top/card games. The range of small hobby tools is considerable. However, their largest strength Ive witnessed, is the staff always willing to help or teach you about whatever hobby game you want to get into.

This place has a MASSIVE selection of minis for tabletop games and a wide collection of the best model paints around, both at prices better than Ive found online. The bigger win is how friendly Ive found the staff to be. When some random kid comes up as asks how to play Pokemon, they were all over it. When I needed to find a special mini, they knew just where to find it. Really love this place.

Concentrated more on Magic cards than on other customers. D&D selection seemed smaller since the remodel/renovation.

When they are busy everyone effortlessly gets everyone situated and happy. The events crew are equally fantastic. Everyone wants to be there and wants to help people or make sure that everyone is happy and having a good time. Big shout-out to Chris Byrne. He is the events coordinator and he executes his job so well, and is willing to sacrifice what he must to accommodate and make everyone happy is a personal feature that he excels in. In the 20 states Ive been in, theres nothing quite like Pandemonium. Theyve got tabletop games, board games, and a huge inventory of trading card games. Seriously the scale of this place is legendary. Theres a massive area to sit down and play with your friends too. The people that work there are just awesome. As a Magic (the Gathering) player, its really nice to be able to Rattle off a random card and have everybody who works there know exactly what youre talking about. They even offer suggestions of stuff that I never even thought about! Thanks asian dude, youre epic! (Ill get your name next time) Theyre also very fair with their pricing. If a card is damaged they will mark it down for you.Its important to judge Pandemonium based on the experience they provide, and not the consumer basis. Yeah, some of the customers that go there smell like used hot dog water, but theyre all generally nice. Keep up the good work Pandemonium, Ill see you guys again soon.

This stores mini selection is on point. Their play area is enormous. Their paint selection is also great. They have a decent selection of board games and accessories and most of their employees go out of their way to try and help you if you have questions. Prices are mostly msrp and fair. They dont really mark things down but also do not typically gouge hard to find stuff.

Awesome place. They have tons of D&D figurines and the staff is really nice and helpful. The only reason for 4 of 5 stars is because the prices are insane. You can find the same items on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Its a good place to go to get an idea of what you might want, but given the drive for us to get there itll probably be a long time before its worth it for us to return.

Great place to get your minis, cards, or games for good prices. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. They also have plenty of space for you to play. Although I dont have time for in, they do have tournaments for various card games. I highly recommend them.

I occasionally play magic here with my friends. Really enjoy the atmosphere. Sometimes Im a little nervous, because Im the only girl. But the guys are super nice and super friendly and dont treat me any differently. They had a food cart out back one night that was amazing, because I hadnt eaten all day. Clean facility. Great staff. No one treats me weirdly for the most part.

This store is an absolutely amazing place to hang out as a nerd. They host D&D Adventurers League two times a week and magic tournaments fairly often. They have a ton of stuff for sale from actual board games to dice and a ton of cards for various card games. Would totally recommend any nerdy person to stop by at least once in their life.

Chris was awesome and was super accommodating to my disability. He made me feel welcome and at home. I will definitely be back simply for this on top of that their selection of product is great! If youre in the garden city are and love table top and card games check these guys out. They rock!

Theyve been really rude ever since Covid has happened. I feel like everytime Im in there theyre trying to rush me out the door. You guys dont close for another TWO hours why are you rushing me on what singles I need? Why do you need three people to get my cards? You didnt even ask me how many of each card I needed or if I wanted it from a specific set. Customer service is just tanking.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I am a first time MTG player. Came in to get some advice and where I should start or how to begin was given a whole bunch of free stuff as an introductory to the world. I got a binder a box full of introductory cards some sleeves and a couple of deck boxes to store my newly assembled decks. Ended up buying a 36 pack booster box and two Planeswalker decks to get me started in the world of MTG. I would highly recommend coming in here if you are new or trying to get into MTG. They have booster packs from all previous sets and all the current sets and anything you could ever ask for look for even think of it has a deal with MTG and other table top RPG games. I recommend everybody stopping here at least once in their life Im sure glad I did

What a neat shop! Anything and everything DnD and some really unique card and board games. They have tables that you can set up to play whatever you are in the mood for. You can even bring in your own food.

Its a Magic place.

I love this card shop and its my most favorite to say the least. I know thats saying a lit but I had been going here just before they moved to a bigger location and they always aimed to please. If ever Im picking up any magic the gathering cards or warhammer figurines this is my go to place. The workers there work hard,are always polite,and have given me recommendations in case there isnt a card I couldnt pick up to a card that can do just the same just so I leave satisfied. Its my go to place for tournaments and they run some pretty decent D&D campaigns to! On Wednesdays 5e friendly. Even if your picking something up to and arent looking to leave immediately check out there wide selection of other hobby games and make a new friend because there no strangers to a pretty packed house and dont let that discourage you because anyone there is a friend and an awesome person. :)

Ive heard some not good things about them, but this is my unbiased review. The selection is really good for games, dice, and cards. The staff are so-so about helping, and it bothers me that none of the books are priced, either on them or on the shelf. The lighting is great and they have a large gaming space in the back. Ive found some nice stuff there and no one has been rude, so good review from me.

Staff is super helpful and friendly! Their back area provides a great space for people to come and hang out with their friends and play games! Customers could sometimes work on cleanliness, but that is outside of the control of the business and I would never dock them for that.

Love this place! This place is focused on tabletop games. They have board games, miniature games, magic the gathering, RPG games, and more. They have a clean space and organized merchandise area, and even bigger open play area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, very willing to answer questions and help you get what you want . I usually come to the board game night on Thursdays, but they have many other events as well. I definitely recommend checking it out if you have an interest in tabletop gaming.

Large selection of DND, Reaper miniatures along with 40k and Age of Sigmar. Many tables to host Magic the Gathering nights and other table top tourneys.Of you like to actually paint your minis and not run the grey tide, they have an excellent selection of paints, washes, and flock to base them.

Awesome storefront, beautiful layout, employees are not only well versed but are unbelievably friendly. Regarding MTG, all you have to do is ask and they are more than happy to offer their suggestions. Not pushy by any means and (on more than one occasion) they have seen a card they know I would love or needed and they kept an eye out for them.

Very nice store with very good customer service from staff working, they have an awesome selection of MTG, D&D and other games and a huge playing area. The only issue I found while visiting was the prices on singles for MTG, sealed products were at typical prices but singles were outrageous. Unfortunately this is typical for a large LGS, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better prices.

The friendliest and most knowledgeable people are here. Anyone can come in and feel welcomed. These guys know their stuff and always give the best deals wether you are buying or selling. Huge selection of games and they even have ones you can play for free. I always recommend my friends to go here for a fun night.

Love coming here to play Pokemon and buy merchandise. While their selection may not be too expansive, they definitely have things that you either wouldnt expect or just so happen to have before anyone else. I really wish theyd fix their parking lot a bit though, hence my 4 stars, but other than that, its a great place for your gaming needs.

I play bored games. Staff have a variety of expertise in various gaming and hobby areas. They carry a good selection of bored games And have a reasonable free game library for those looking to try out a game, and, of course, have Magic, role playing, and Warhammer. Their space is welcoming, they hold regular events for card-based games and have open space for other games or hobby activity. I am aware of role playing groups there but am unsure of which, or how many role playing events are store lead vs player organized. I have also seen a lot of terrain there for players, although I’m not sure what games they are intended for, they are available to anyone. They have long hours and extended hours for midnight card releases or other events.

A little overpriced compared to online retailers, and always smells kind of like a locker room. Good selection though, but try to catch sales unless the instant gratification of walking away with something physical is worth it.

If you partake in any kind of table top game play or TCG you understand the unfortunate scent that perpetuates these types of venues. I was hoping when they moved locations the smell would improve but it truly only effects the gaming side. The shop itself is fine.

My husband plays here all the time so I figured it was the best place to give business to this time of year. Im sure that he and his friends will play MTG here for years to come. I love this place above others in my area. Their pricing on singles is curious.What would run for just hardly over a dollar on TCG or Cardkingdom is nearly double over that or under.However, if you cant find what you are looking for, perhaps the card doesnt exist.

Honest the best table top gaming store on this side of Michigan. Staff are friendly and very trustworthy in the knowledge they produce when speaking about their products. The paint selection is great, the mini selection was just doubled and they also host gaming for any type of table top game. Worth a stop in.
