They do a good job on checking if you need anything. Ive never felt rushed at the register or in my questions.

Its a nice place to shop, they pretty much have everything I need( vitamins, protein powder ect), what I dont like nor appreciate is the fact that this employee keeps following me every step, it was just too obvious, little bit more subtle next time. Most likely I wont go to that store anymore.

Stopped in to pick up a few needed things. The selection was great and there were a variety of choices for each item that I wanted. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting my order right. I have since found out that the pricing was slightly higher than I could gave gotten on line. Okay with me - the service was worth it

Excellent service. Vinny was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me find a product at another store even though they just ran out of stock here. Without a doubt his top notch service will keep me coming back

Good but not great. Sometimes they have good deals and sometimes its just okay. But they keep everything in stock. Ive never dealt with wanting to buy something and they didnt have it. The staff is I mix as far as knowledge goes but all are friendly.

Terrible home delivery and frustrating customer service!I ordered 2 items from this store for home delivery. I received the delivery in damaged condition. The fish oil swirl had spilled from the bottle (bottle was cracked) and soiled the entire package. I contacted customer service and they advised me to discard the package since there was no way I could keep it in the apartment. The representative asked me to call the next day (at 9am) to request a replacement which I did and explained the entire story to the representative who promised to look into the replacement and return a call. A day later the return call never came and when I contacted the customer service they said they had no notes of what had been discussed the past 2 times regarding the damaged order. This representative told me that I should keep the bottle till it is picked up as damaged (and I informed her that I had discarded it only after a representative confirmed it). After 3 days and 3 calls I have been told I will get a replacement (keeping my fingers crossed that this time it does not arrive damaged). Each time I have been on the phone for nearly half hour trying to get a resolution and I get a feeling that the customer representatives dont believe what I am saying. During my second call, I also mentioned that I would like to cancel the order and go and buy it from another store, but the customer service representative refused to cancel the order or issue a refund.Dont ever buy fragile or glass bottled products (which can break during transit/delivery) for home delivery from this place; unless you are willing to preserve broken/soiled/leaked/messy packages at home for a few days till they come and pick it up.

Good selection of merchandise the people that work there seem to know that business you really cant go wrong shopping there

It ticks me off when you walk in to a store, theres 2 folks working, no one else in the store and they are about to close in 20-30mins and no one asks if you need help finding or selecting something until 2mins to close - then they want to complain that they are closing and you need to leave. Heres a thought - how about you try helping the customer before youre ready to close the store and not try to throw them out so you can close
