They were out of the first 2 things I wanted but, apparently, it was their last day. Do people really stop going out for ice cream just cuz its getting colder?

Tough call on rating: based on single visit, the service & the ice cream were fine, but while the location was convenient at the moment it is not a particularly nice place to linger.Would be fine for pick it up & eat on road.

The person whom took my order was friendly, patient, kind, young man, my order of a cheese cale blizzard, was Genetous in portion, a small satified ME!...lol....impossible you say? Me too, But DQ Did, Indeed, satisfy my sweet tooth and my psyche. A delightful experience...(nobodys fault....but go prior to mosquitos going out to dinner)...lol... Not DQs fault, and frankly, a bite or 2, was worth all the Delicious CheeseCake Heavenly Bites, i received. 5 star fun.

What can I say its Ice cream!! It was smooth and creamy and we got a dipped cone and the chocolate was amazing! The cone was huge

This place has been here over 30 years! Fast service & friendly workers. The only thing that sucks is there isnt an inside so if its a hot day you have to stand outside waiting to order, then run to your car and turn on the a/c before your ice cream whatever melts.

Unfortunately I did not have the great experience that I usually do when coming here. The young woman (16-17 years old?) did not pay attention when I was ordering. I asked for a Large chocolate shake, a Large chocolate sunday, and a medium cone dipped in cherry with sprinkles. We also asked if we could have it placed in a cup so we could take it in the car. Welp I receive a SMALL chocolate shake, a dipped cone NOT placed in a cup like she had previously said she would do. My sunday order was correct. She did not give us spoons, nor a straw. When we asked for a cup, she gave a dirty look and handed it over with an attitude. She also shoved a small vanilla cone in a cup and tried to give it to us (which we did not ask or). Look I worked retail for 6 years, and I currently still work with the public. I HAVE NEVER ACTED THIS WAY WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHERS. Yes she looked young, but if she wants to gain the skills she needs in order to succeed as a working adult, then she needs to learn how to interact with others. I worked and went to college. I gained an associates and bachelors while working and no matter how tired or how crabby I was I knew that type of attitude was NOT acceptable. I really wanted to say something to her but I was just so angry. So regardless of if I said anything at that moment she would not have received the criticism as structural, but as an attack..which wouldve been useless. I would also like to add that it was NOT busy. When we walked up, there was 1 customer who recieved his order. Then while we were waiting for our order, two children came up and ordered. It would benefit her if the person who is supervising her, spoke with her in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner. So that she can learn how to grow within a professional setting.Thank you for your time.
