Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and good pricing. They went out of their way to help me plan out my sprinkler setup and get what I needed for it

I needed a solenoid for our sprinkler system and stopped at Sprinkler Supply of Idaho wanting to support a local business vs a box store. I watched several male customers before me treated respectfully. When I submitted my request, the older man behind the counter grew hesitant when I wasnt able to verbalize the exact model of the solenoid I needed (even though I had photos with me). He indicated I should go away and call a professional or else everyone would be in there asking questions. I realize Im not an installer, and the business focus is wholesale, but the derogatory treatment was humiliating. His treatment of me was so bad, and loud enough, that another employee seemed to take pity upon me and came over to finish the transaction. I wish I would have walked out but I was too stunned. I left sick to my stomach and realized how important choice is. Im now choosing their competitor who have met me with kindness and knowledge. Not only did the competitor recommend many great installers to do business with (one of which we are using), but I know that any one-off parts I need can be purchased without me feeling like my husband has to be present.

Always excellent service and always have what I need. Prices are fair and they are quick to point out less expensive options.

After calling around to many different stores, finally landed at Sprinkler Supply and they knew just what I needed and had it in stock when nobody else did. These guys are knowledgeable, helpful and treated me like a valued customer. Thanks and wish you guys well.

When it comes for friendly helpful service, these guys are top notch. They have a whole gang of parts available, and they know what they are selling. Finding this place is a little awkward, just stay to the north side of the hill going up Orchard, and you will be alright.
