Its the first time I use a Fedex service, I had no idea how it worked. I was attended very quickly by a very patient and cordial staff member. It all went smoothly and took less than 5 minutes. Plus very convenient parking lot. Thank you!
Assistant manager James. What a POS. Tried to return an item that FedEx destroyed. They told my wife they could not take it in the condition it was delivered in and to call for a pickup. Why wouldn’t you accept a box that your company damaged? Fed Ex is the worst and James you are a jerk.
I came to this location to ship a package internationally. I should’ve known then and there that this would become a nightmare. Your employee “Brenda” was beyond unprofessional. She kept complaining about your system and how slow it was and how she “hated” international orders because the system would cause problems. She never explained the process and did not inform me about choosing a broker or what that even meant. On top of $130 I spent in shipping I had to pay an additional $350. Please train your employee efficiently. Your job isn’t just to put tape on a box and weight it. You should also educate your customers on the shipment process and inform them of potential delays and additional fees. Because you didn’t chose fedex as my broker (a simple check mark on a box) my package is now 10 days past the delivery date. Again please train your employees efficiently. Brenda lacks knowledge and professionalism. I will never use this company again. Update * - it took my shipment a month to get to its destination. Do not ship internationally with FedEx. Ask the person you are sending the package to do research on the best companies in their country to ship a package with. FedEx works in the US but it’s a nightmare abroad. I would’ve saved so much money and time if I just booked a flight and handed it myself personally.
I go here all the time for printing and copies. I rarely interact with the staff but today I had to purchase something. I was next in line and when the person in front of me was done the cashier just walked away with a line of people. He started scanning packages that had been already sitting there, not what the previous customer left. I thought maybe I was in the wrong line so I asked if I could buy something there and he snapped at me! Said I had to wait. All I did was ask if I was in the right line. Even the person behind me was like “whoa”. She then asked him a question about something and he snapped at her too! We just kind of looked at each other like huh? I never saw this guys name either. Finally another guy, Sean, came over and rang me up. I just wanted to buy tape! Thanks Sean for being cool and not a douche like the other guy!
Visited the store today to obtain pricing for 18 X 24 print. We were told they do not know the prices off the top of their head and must wait on the package line. We left and headed straight to Staples where we were immediately serviced with professionalism.
Usually the Place has Friendly Staff & Great Service but on June 15th, 2020, None of the machines were working at all. The card machine wasn’t allowing me to add value in the fed ex card. Once I added value To the card via help from a worker In the register That took a very long time, I tried printing but the machines didn’t print at all. All the printing machines Took my money & didn’t give me the papers I needed. I wasted my time in there. The staff wasn’t even interested in fixing the machines. I just left & I will never go back There. It’s way better over at Lynbrook Fed Ex Store.
Brought two packages in with prepaid shipping labels. The lady asked what was in the packages, I said shoes, she picked up 1 box, shook it, and said she cant ship it because theres not enough stuffing and then she put two fingers on the top of the box and pushed it down repeatedly until the tape broke off. Then she said she can put the stuffing in but theres a charge. A simple, your box could break and open during the shipping and handling would have been enough, instead she decides to break the box herself.
Worst experience ever. Will never ever use fed ex for any printing or marketing needs. Staff member Antonio, beyond unprofessional and rude. Submitted a simple marketing job. Laminate 7 color pages and bind them into booklets. Submitted request Saturday, informed that it would take 48 hours and be ready Tuesday AM. Called to confirm pick today and was informed that Fed Ex waited until today to start placing order and didnt realize until today that they did not have laminates. Offered no assistance other than i can call other fed ex locations on my own. OH, they are a TOTAL RIPOFF. wanted to charge me $1,200 for 50 copies had to settle for 25 copies. Had I known Saturday that they did not have laminates I would have gone somewhere else. Now I am going to an event tomorrow without product ordered and scrambling to get this done day before event. BUYER BEWARE NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. Shameful. If i could post zero stars I would.
Aisha was so nice and efficient! She gave me a bunch of different options for printing my wedding guest sign and it all came out great! I placed my order and it was ready after a day and a half, which was super helpful.
Supremely helpful staff and super convenient. Im always greeted with a smile and even if I have to wait I can tell the staff are all busy. I used to go to UPS for all my shipping and with my eBay store now in full swing FedEx is nowv the only shipping provider I will be using. Thanks for the generally pleasant experiences.
Just commenting to thank Matthew for his help when I came in around lunchtime today for shipping my equipment. He was thoroughly professional and helpful, and it made a project that Id been seriously stressed about go very smoothly. Thank you!!
Visited the store Saturday May 19th and Antonio was the only employee in the store. Although he was attending to a customer who had a time-consuming issue, Antonio gave verbal recognition to incoming customers. He was patient, helpful, and professional. Antonio also resolved my issue . He is a credit to FEDEX. I give five stars to the company especially if other employees exhibit similar behavior.
Self service copy machines usually work fine, but not always. if busy no shot to get assistance. As matter of fact they get mad if you ask for it!Majority of the employees nice, some, well not so nice, but most try to be nice, one or two however. lead with NO!!!Late night best time, also multiple overnight packages takes long time to process . . . All in all much better than Staples Garden City which in a word is a NIGHTMARE, but could improve, actually place could be perfect with some tweaks!

Excellent service. At first I thought, oh no, this is not going to be a good experience, since there was no real system for customers to line up. Then I saw how smoothly things went and was pleased.
My company lost a package I sent from this location. I had lost my tracking number and my company did not know where the package was. I spoke to Juilo the manager and with just a date, time, and a account number he was able to find me a tracking number. These guys were great for going the extra mile.
The guy that works there who is in charge with the shipping counter, he ask for 20 dollars cash for wrapping my item and he put it in his pocket. You should fire this guy, he is kind of hispanic Im not sure but hes a chubby one. He wants cash for my shipment payment so he can get a kick back, what is this place. Definitely he is doing something for his own benefit.
Best place to take a photo or to ship in the middle of the night!!! Great People!! Please keep this shop going!
Good 24 hour store. They should open more of these. Staff wasnt so friendly but luckily you dont need them for self-service.

I came here trying to send back an expensive mouse under warranty. Usually I try to be prepared with printed labels and markers and what not, but this day i was scrambling. I was going to stop at my office to print the labels on the way to the FEDEX. Well it was SAT and I forgot my ID badge lol. So I get to fedex, and I ask if I can email them the labels. They nicly say yes. Well for 45 min Im walking around in and outside the store, trying to get reception so an email will go through. Well the worker Antonio, I guess felt bad, and for free let me use THEIR computers and printers to get these labels. When that didnt work. He let me send the labels to his own personal cell phone. I mean WOW lol. He really went above and beyond. Dispite being really helpful myself, I just wouldnt give my number how to anyone in that sense. But he really was super helpful and nice and I GOT THEM PRINTED :D. Saved me a whole another hour another day going there. Not to mention the time i spent that day wasent in vein. TY ANTONIO. Sorry Im writing this review like 2 months after it happened, lol. But your the man though.
Open 24/7! Nuff said. This place has proved extremely convenient for me on multiple occasions.
