I recently purchased a Contego Spa Chair and I couldnt love it more! I have been wanting the opportunity to offer my guests a pedicure that has the most sanitary pedicure bowl that still gives them the feel of a jetted tub. I have found it! My guests have fallen in love with the massage chair on its own and love that you can still get the feel of a jetted tub with only bubbles. They appreciate and love that there is no chance of cross contamination when soaking in this pedicure bowl. The customer service from the first call to the last has been the most professional and helpful. Even when I was having plumbing questions, they went above and beyond. They talked directly with my plumber and really went out of their way to make sure I was going to be able to plumb the chair efficiently and accurately. Very happy with everything!

My family own multiple salons. Im writing this review after 1 yr from purchase to give a full review and assessment of the product of the 16 chairs purchased for my salon.Contego vs Gulfstream= contego would win. i had customer say contego chairs are more spacious and more comfortable for the body. The massage isnt as rough and harsh. Smoother and quieter motor. The liner is more convenient comparing to the gulfstream version.The leather is still in great condition unlike the leather from gulfstream, spilled acetone on both and the contego maintain its quality and gulfstream on the other hand began to lose its texture over time.But within the year of owning the contego chairs, a couple of them had issue with mother board, fuse, and hose. However when I contacted the company. Their response and service is beyond perfect. The repair parts was sent asap and once received, their team would facetime and guide me step by step on how to replace the parts. The parts was an easy fix and didnt require much trouble. I believe Tien and Tim from their service department team where assisting me the most. Thank you for all the assistance through the years. My clients love them and my employees as well. I will have them write an honest review of how they feel about the product soon.

After using some other spa chair brands, I find that the Contego Spa chair is the best in the market in terms of features, quality and elegance. Others buy from China and resell without inventing and making. Opening a nail salon without using a Contego chair is the wrong decision.
