Dont waste your time coming here for vaccines or prescriptions. I have used them a few times over the years and regretted it each time. They are the slowest, most unorganized pharmacy I have seen. I set up appointment for covid vaccine online, then downloaded and filled out paperwork before going in hoping to make it a smooth fast process. NOPE! Get there 25 minutes early just to stand in line until my appointment time because they are too busy helping someone who walked in with two family members with no appointment or paperwork. When she told the guy before me that there would be a wait to actually get the shot because the pharmacist was to busy filling prescriptions, I left. Why are the taking vaccine appointments if they still cant even handle filling prescriptions?

The people working in the pharmacy are nice, but there was only one person working and covering both the drive thru and the inside line at about 910 am on a Tuesday. I was second in line inside and it took over 20 minutes just to be talking to someone. On two separate occasions I gave them a prescription for a 90 day supply and they only gave me a 30 day supply. Now Im having to wait for them to order more in order to fulfill my prescription.
While traveling I realized I had left two important medications at home. I called the pharmacy just before midnight and asked about an emergency refill for a few pills each and they had them ready for me in 20 minutes. The pharmacist working that night was very helpful and friendly. Truly appreciate the quick work they did!
Rating this place 1 star because their pharmacy has a terrible system. i’m not sure why they take stone ages to give us our prescription, but i feel like we deserve to know why this happens. thankfully the medications i need aren’t serious, but some people need their prescription because they’re sick or can’t live comfortably without their medication. and when the pharmacists call and let us know our medication is ready, it’s not because we have to wait another hour for it. if anyone was thinking of going here, please don’t and save yourself the time.
Horrible experience! VIVIANA in the pharmacy department is very rude, no service, no professionalism, and her team just turns the eye the other way. DO NOT LET BAD APPLES in professional places like pharmacies. VIVIANA has attitude written all over her face. I would skip this pharmacy as they dont care & take their jobs seriously. COVID definitely brought the best and worse of everyone. I do agree with the recent reviews, they dont seem to know what are they doing.
Got my wisdom teeth removed and was waiting in the chair RIGHT IN FRONT OF the pharmacy for my medication for 3 HOURS. My Anesthetic wore off and I was literally shaking in pain. Pharmacists, Techs all watching me taking deep breaths and grabbing my arms trying to minimize the pain. Called everyone else to pick up their medication but yet I never heard my name. Had to ask a kind older woman waiting in line to see if I can go ahead of her and I had to write it in a note and show her because the pain was UNBEARABLE AT THIS POINT. I go up and showed them my phone. Turns out my medication was ready and had been ready. I go off. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.I have worked in healthcare for 7 years and having a patient wait for their medication when they are in physical debilitating pain is absolutely unacceptable. I dont know what is wrong with the people working at this pharmacy but they literally do not communicate to ANYONE. PATIENTS, COWORKERS, Nobody.I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT WITH THIS LOCATION FOR CAUSING ME UNNECESSARY PAIN THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.There are no DOCTORS that work here, just people pushing pills into bottles to make a buck. They dont give a flying care about you whatsoever and the sad part is they are literally across the street from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Imagine all the patients that have gone through this.This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
Please Do Not come to this place it’s Horrible!!!! Just to get vaccinated you need to wait 2 hrs with an appointment that’s horrible it is!!!! Only Two patients here !!!! Never Again!!!

I just got off the phone with a gentleman asking if there was a fee to take the COVID test and he said he had no idea and as I proceeded to ask another question, he hangs up on me ! What kind of customer service do they provide !!! Horrible horrible !!!!

Don’t make your vaccine appointment here. I had my appointment at a Walgreens in Oakland and it was *vastly* different. This place has no idea what they’re doing. Completely confusing and disorienting. Even for me, who’s escorted multiple people to appointments and been myself. Will not return here.
They were an hour late giving me my vaccine. Clerk at check in counter seemed to be completely oblivious of everything going on. These guys are vaccinating probably 5 people a day at this rate.
First time visiting this location for the pharmacy section. I stopped on by last Saturday it seemed very busy and there was a decent line of customers. However I gotta thank the young lady who helped me out, and Michael for all of his assistance the pharmacy team did a great job under pressure! Michael was very helpful and didnt rush to get me on my way, but offered to answer any of my questions.
Couldn’t get through the phone to talk to someone for 15 minutes, came for my COVID-19 shot, been drinking lots of water, and their restroom is closed to customers, they said go to Ralph’s!!! Horrible place.
They are very unprofessional they talk bad make jokes and hang up on you very bad business they make jokes about the vaccine and still expect you to come and let them play with your life!!!!! And will not put a manager on the phone!!!! Michael is the rudest of them all blatantly disrespectful I asked about the vaccine and he asked WHATS IT TO YOU laughed and hung up in my face the 2 females were just as bad worst store ever!!!! Poor pharmacy staff I was visiting from Houston my kid took sick emergency room provided me with prescription they refused to fill prescription and I provided all the necessary documents saying insurance card wasn’t valid because it was from Texas 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I only gave one star because I had too 😡🤬
I use their pharmacy because the drive thru is 24 hours and very efficient. The guy working it is pleasant and helpful.

I came here expecting to get my vaccination shot and was told that I needed a prescription for it ahead of time even though their website did not mentioned needing a prescription at all. They then told me that had I even had a prescription that I would not have been able to get it EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT because they don’t have it on hand and in stock (mind you I saw four other appointments on the same day for the same vaccination). I’m concerned about the way they run their business and I can’t believe that such a large corporation such as Walgreens allows this practice to run rampant! Such a total waste of time. I will bring my business elsewhere and I advise all to do the same, it simply isn’t worth your time.
I am standing in a gigantic pharmacy line as I write this. I have nothing else to do. This place always has long lines and never has my full prescription. Im done with this place. New year, new pharmacy. Im out!
This place has lost my business. Have changed pharmacies hope will be better. Gave them my prescription orders. Only four prescriptions. Picked up my order and ask if all had been filled. The young man assured me that all had been filled. Went to the car and checked. One prescription for Digoxin for 90 days was only 5 pills.Later said they were out of stock. Another order Mag-oxide 180 pills was not filled and no explanation. Went back inside with my blood boiling and my stress to the moon. Just what a 73 year old man needs. The girl Mgr said sorry i said sorry dosent fix the problem. Said in no uncertain terms i wont be back, this store had lost my business.
I came here to drop a prescription with my mom and it took about 30mins to drop off. The pharmacy was very busy there was a long line . They said I can wait 2 hours to pick up or just come back . So we said we would come back, we dropped off the prescription . They kept the prescription and gave me my mom medical card back. The next morning went to pick up the medication and they said they lost the prescription. I couldnt believe that they lost a prescription. I called to see if they can look for it and the guy said he already spent enough time looking for it .I couldnt believe thats the customer service that they give losing prescriptions and not able to find the prescriptions . I told the guy that theres cameras everywhere that they should be able to retract the time in the day that I was there to look where it was misplaced .But he said he couldnt do that . Walgreens I was completely disappointed and Im not going to be coming to this one .
This pharmacy was not prepared to absorb the customers from the location that closed on Harbor. It seems they are continuously short staffed . Every time we use the drive thru its a 30 minute wait Inside is the same...
It is the time of the month and thought Id be okay with feminine pads that are for light periods. I went to a CVS drive thru and the person had gone on lunch. My little brother called Walgreens to inquire about pads and if one is allowed to walk in or of it was just a drive thru basis. In which he informed my brother that they are open for walk ins and that the Walgreens oen 24 hours. Jerry was so patient and kind via phone. Once I made it to the store Jerry greeted me right away. Jerry was friendly, patient, and provided exceptional customer service. Props to Jerry especially working at this time he provided superb customer service with a genuine smile on his face. Thank you very much Jerry.
Good customer service on a Sunday night. Waited 30 minutes for a perscription after a hospital visit. Bought snacks and walked around to check out their great Christmas hygiene bundle deals.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Always waiting in long lines. Staff is nice but extremely understaffed.
I switched to Target many years before because the staff at this Walgreens store are rude but Target is not open 24 hours so Im back. My prescription quantity says 60 but when I opened the bottle noticed there is too few so I counted, there are only 16. I opened the bottle 4 days after pick up because I need to do some tests first. The pharmacist gave me an annoyed face and told me next time you should bring back right away and asked me why I waited days. If the person who dispensed the med know how to count ang did the job properly, I wont be there. I did not expect Walgreens employees are incompetent so I trusted that I didnt need to check. So lesson learned, always count the number of pills before leaving, Walgreens employ people who cant count. To add to my disappointment, I was told that they ran out of my meds and has to come back when available. I need to drive to the store 3 times for the same prescription. On top of it all, no apology.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. I came here after visiting a CVS minute clinic. My family and I came for our first Disney family trip and inevitably I got sick, the minute clinic was amazing and saw me even though I got there after cut off, but had to send my prescription to this pharmacy as theirs was closed. The NP that saw me even called this pharmacy on speaker phone to confirm they received her prescription she sent electronically. She even read back the address to confirm it was the right one. They confirmed they had it. I then drove straight there, less than a 10 minute drive. However when I got there, the girl couldnt find my script. There was only three people working there, two female and one male. I requested the girl ask the pharmacist (the other female) about the call. Since the NP I saw called on speaker I knew this was the pharmacy they called and that it was one of these two girls that she spoke to. But the pharmacist denied having spoken to anyone either. Since I was out of town and the CVS was now closed so there was no way for them to resend the script the Walgreens pharmacist kept trying to turn me away and said I would have to go see another doctor somehow. I was literally in tears refusing to leave when the third associate, a Male, walked up and said, You guys the order is right here in the F1 screen! Its the very first one. He apologized to me and filled my script. I just cant believe that a tech in the back is the only one that knew how to find my script. On top of one of the female workers lied about the call because they obviously just didnt care and didnt want to deal with helping me even after I was in tears begging then explaining I have no other doctor to go to. Im just so thankful that guy was there and intervened. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
Had my childs prescription transfered from my local walgreens to this one because they had the medication i needed. They got it since 3pm. They let me know the prescription would be ready at 6:30. I called at 7pm wondering what was going on? Come to find out they need the doctors approval, when the office is closed already as of 6pm!!! Since 3pm youve had this prescription but wait until 7pm until I call to let me know that there is an issue! Please look elsewhere, anywhere but here! Now my child has to stay suffering for another night shame on you!!!!
This star is only because I had to. This facility is always under staffed. If you try calling the pharmacy nobody ever answers. This staff sucks. All I have to say is they need to hire better staff.
Their pharmacy which is the main reason I go there is the worst. They never have enough people to answer their phones and always seem confused whenever you need something refilled.
Greed is all shown and too many delays. Prescription medications are toxic and drugs with harsh ingredients. Shut this place down with poor quality. The staff needs to own up honestly.
Good cosmetic selection and service. Avoid the unfriendly pharmacy. The older woman who works the main cash register during weekdays needs to cut her nasty acrylic nails down and color her hair evenly. Not a good reflection on the store.

Absolutely terrible customer service! When entering the store I was not greeted so I went to the pharmacy to ask for help. The pharmacist said the cashier was on the floor. After about 5 mins of me walking around shouting HELLO!. I finally found the cashier at the front counter! When I asked if she was standing there when I walked in the door she stated yes with an attitude. Ive then asked her why did she not greet me? And she Shrugged her shoulders. After asking if I could use the restroom she again with an attitude told me that the restrooms were closed and she could not open them 😡
I just went in there and to buy some snack food and the guy at the at the front that rang me out had very good customer service skills.

Terrible... 6 hours to fill one prescription today. Have had multiple issues during my last 3 visits... Inaccurate amount of pills were dispensed have had to go back multiple times after prescriptions not being ready. Insane... Go to CVS

Been go ng here for years and all of a sudden the employee decides that she is going to card me when my husband was buying cigarettes saying it has always been Walgreens rules to card everyone in a group...since when are two people considered a group?
I tried to get a passport picture with a couple additional copies and I was told that the cost of the additional pictures would be as much as getting the original picture. Shame on you Walgreens. I was told that was policy. Get your passport pictures elsewhere!
