I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. My piercer was the kindest, gentlest person I’ve met in a long time. He pierced my eyebrow so smoothly, the process was very chill. I got dizzy after standing up and thought I was going to pass out for a minute. He fanned me, gave me water, and talked to me until I was feeling better. I’ve never reacted that way after a piercing so it took me by surprise. His handling of it made the situation so much less stressful for me and his demeanor was truly heartwarming. Thank you so much. :) I love my piercing as well.
It was an amazing experience!!! He works very fast and still very thorough. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted! I have also gotten several piercings by him & he’s wonderful! Definitely knows how to talk to a client and keep your anxiety to a minimum. My favorite thing about Hugo and the shop is the cleanliness. He is very aware of cleaning before during and after your session. Needless to say it is a safe environment and I will definitely be getting more work done by him in the future
I couldnt trust anyone else with this piece. Hugo is honestly the best! Very light hand for piercing, and his work goes to show his touch and detail to the dot! On his art. Hes Very friendly and extremely sanitary. The shop couldnt be any cleaner! He provided sanitizer for my hands and sanitary spray for my personal belongings. THANK YOU!!! A loyal customer no doubt!

Tbh I have been to many other tattoo shops where as soon as you walk in you feel intimidated by the vibe so I wanted to take my daughter for her 18th birthday to a good tattoo shop based on ratings... This tattoo shop by far excelled my expectations, has great customer service, very clean atmosphere and the work alone was amazing. Not to mention prices are reasonable and walk-ins are welcome. I highly recommend Hugo!!!

This was the only place I could find that was doing walk-ins for peircings. It was a very spur of the moment type thing and they were really busy, but it got done. There was a little bit of a wait, but it came out good and everybody was really nice.

I had my nose pierced by Hugo. He made me feel comfortable before and after the process. He noticed I was tense and called over his assistant so she could hold my hand.The atmosphere is great, very clean and professional. He takes his time to explain what is needed to clean your piercing. Will answer your questions and concerns. Doesn’t rush them along.The young lady behind the counter was also helpful when deciding what type ring to get. She seemed informed and was very courteous. Sorry I didn’t get your name.I recommend this shop for your piercing needs. I’m always very skeptic about new places but I felt comfortable here.

I just got my nose pierced and I had a fast and easy process, very professional Hugo made sure I felt comfortable which I was excited 😆. I asked him if he was the owner of the shop I told him he had good reviews and that’s what convinced me to go there. I’m one more of his happy customers.

I walked in with the begining of a WWI Unfinished Battle scene that I referred to as a cartoon. From entrance to exit the service was professional and very accommodating to all of my needs. I came in today as a walk in and Hugo was so great! Super kind and very interested in what I wanted to get. He definitely is very detail oriented and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on during the process. I love my design and how he executed it. Came to the studio 12/2/16Prior to setting up an appointment with Hugo, I conducted my own research. After discovering his studio I felt that this was the right place to do my piercings. Hugo has specialized training in sanitation/sterilization, cross contamination, and in blood borne pathogens. When setting up my appointment we went over all my questions and concerns, he was very confident and reassuring over the phone. The day of, I was first greeted by a very warm welcoming staff.The studio’s interior is professionally decorated with sample pieces and canvas art for purchase. Upon enter entering the area it is very clean, each artist station is well spaced out, organized, and sterilized. As well as a designated waiting area for guest and friends.As for the piercings everything was laid out in front me as he followed proper sterilization technics and proper disposal of equipment. Once we were done we went over proper cleaning and care. We also went over my last bit of questions.I would honestly recommend this place for any first timers or experienced clients. Not only are they well knowledgeable but also offer wide variety of services such as (tattoos, body piercings and permanent makeup). I look forward to have my future works done here!
I’ve gotten 5 tattoos from Hugo and everytime he has exceeded expectations. I get compliments from strangers constantly. He treats you like family and make sure you get what you paid for. If you’re looking for a place to get your first tattoo or another tattoo, make sure you come here.
Absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Hugo was so professional and precise. He pierced mine and my friends industrial bar. He always honors his deals. Hes helpful for every piercing question you might have. He is so kind and passionate about his work but still humble! Very upright establishment.
I love this studio. It is such a friendly and low key place. I came in just to ask some questions about a possible cover up and ended up with a great tattoo. Steven answered all my questions with honest advise and there was no pressure. I know that cover ups have there own challenges. He took the time to make sure I knew what I was getting and what he could do. The fact that he took my idea and transformed it into a work of art that I love is truly amazing. This is by far the best experience I have even had at a tattoo studio and will be going back for my next one soon.

I got 2 piercings done at the same time and I tend to get dizzy from needles. I was getting dizzy after the first and he was rude about it, mocking me. He then gave me A&D ointment which is good for tattoos, but bad for piercings (infection). He didnt even finish my lip piercing and its off to the side.
My sister came in for her first tattoo. This place is amazing would recommend. He gave her the exact tattoo that she pictured in her mind. Free stickers also !! Lol but overall she had a great experience.

I recently started going to Hugo for my work, after having gone through a few others who were less than impressive. My niece, both of my daughters, my boyfriend, my brother and a friend all go to Hugo when we feel the itch. His work is stellar; clean lines, beautiful art, beautiful colors & black/gray, careful placement, great advice.The shop is the cleanest shop Ive ever been to, which is HUGE for me.All of the guys are really cool, Hugo is a bit of a jokester, which takes a little of the sting away. He listens to you and gives his opinions. My first one with him, I only had a general idea of what I wanted and I walked out SO happy with what he had done and the ideas that he offered up.I dont live close by but Ill never go anywhere else.
I have been going to this shop specifically for a couple year now. However I have used Al Ramone as my tattoo artist.He has worked on some big projects with me including a full sleeve, full back piece, and a few others. My point is, look no further.Hugo is the shop owner, ans he is more than friendly, makes you feel at home, and has been tattooing for longer than i’ve probably been alive! Ashley and Hugo can take care of your peircing needs, if you are looking to get any type of peircing! If you go to Hugo, Al, or Ashley you will be in good hands. Plus they use the best of the best equiptment, so don’t be fooled by other shops with those needles that come from China. Everything here is authentic, just like the people!
Dr. Tattoo aka Hugo is the Best tatt artist I have met. Hes friendly and so exact with what you want. Hes done all my tatts including my inner ear cartilage. Hes very detailed and always adds his touch. I would HIGHLY recommend him to all my family and friends!!

Steven Rascon is an extremely professional tattoo artist. Being tattooed can be a little daunting, but Steven is very affable and makes the tattoo experience pleasant. He constantly asks for feedback during the tattoo to ensure the tattooee is feeling okay. Not to mention, his work is badass and bangs pieces out quick! My favorite tattoo shop ever! Being a girl getting a tattoo is much like getting your car worked on by a mechanic. Googly eyed weirdos or just an uncomfortable feeling! Many shops make me feel so uncomfortable feeling like, here I am.. stuck under a gun.. waiting for it to be over....NOT THE CASE HERE!!
