Needed some quick pick-up of ice. No idea where the ice was. Asked at the deli. The lady was making a sandwich and I asked her for directions, she was so polite and helpful!! Checked out at the “Self-Check”. Nice and fast. Thanks deli lady!! Enjoy.

For the most part, this store is very good. Most of the employees there are very nice.A young man really helped me this evening (9-9-21) at the self help tellers. I appreciated his help very much. He was very nice. A woman who works there helped me before and also was very nice. For the most part my experiences with the employees there has been very good

I had a great experience at this store. I had some problems with a card I was using and the checker Rose and the courtesy clerk Jacob were so patient and helpful, it really made the experience much easier and Jacob even gave the last dollar I needed to pay off my order. They totally saved my night, as I was able to bring groceries home to the family.

I misplaced my mask on the way to the store, so I asked a supervisor if I could have a disposable one. She refused, and said we dont do that anymore. You dont need a mask.I have allergies, so I was sneezing and sniffling - leaving gross snot everywhere. Myself and all the other customers were uncomfortable. I felt like a cad, being the only one with no face shield. I was spending nearly $100 in groceries, and you couldnt comp me a $0.10 disposable mask?!? I should have left and taken my business elsewhere. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, but I wont be coming back. Ralphs has behaved incredibly reckless and unprofessional with their excessive penny-pinching.

Ralphs is horrible. You never know what price something is. They have deals buy 10. Well what’s the price of one. Very shady pricing practice. I use my card and it don’t give me the discount. Ralphs should be brought up on price manipulation. And yes the help sucks there.

Really disappointed in Ralphs online bakery. I ordered a birthday cake online from them last year and no problems. This year, I obviously cant say the same. As you can see from the pictures, its definitely not the same cake. Which to me is FALSE ADVERTISING! Not even a courtesy call to let me know of any changes. Also, I ordered buttercream frosting (it even says buttercream on the receipt I got) but I got whipped cream instead. I definitely will not be using their online bakery again. Next time Ill use Frenchs Bakery.

The store is clean and well stocked but on two occasions I happened to deal with two surly employees and I always go through self-check out! So stay away from Gloria and Martha. Maybe they were having bad days, but I wasnt, so spare me the indifference.

Gloria is an Angel. So sweet. Treated me like a daughter. Ralphs is very lucky to have her.

Another busy supermarket. A little hectic inside, staff handling the Rush. Like professionals. Stepped up to the managers desk and got my questions answered with patience and calm, nice work Ralphs employees

I love Ralphs I drive from Santa Ana to Garden grove once a week, to do my shopping .

Ralphs is my favorite supermarket hands down. They have their own sushi chef who makes sushi daily. They place the sushi in a tray you can grab one on the go or ask the chef to make you your own roll. Ralphs meet and seafood they have the best selection. During the holidays great sale. The store is super clean and staff are always friendly. The bakery always give my kids treats when we come to say hi or pick up our favorite red velvet cake.

Just like all Ralphs, its the best supermarket. You can find just about anything you want and the prices are good. The A.C. is always working and the stores are neat. I would recommend all Ralph stores.

After their remodel they are able to stock more items. Now the problem is finding the items. They have a good director flyer to tell you what lane the item is in. Since they have taller shells and long, it means you have to look extra hard to find it. In the long run it is nice and many more items to choose from.It is like anything else. There is a learning curve, but worth it in the end .

My son wanted some donuts. I would take him to a donut shop, but I needed to buy more school sacks for my kids. So I decided to go to Ralphs for convenience. They ran out of sprinkle donuts. I ask a lady who work there if they can check in the bakery if they have any more sprinkle donuts. No more until later. So my son pick out 2 pink donuts one for his baby sister Evelyn. They lady add the sprinkle on top of the two donuts and my sons eyes lid up filled with joy. I come here to buy the red velvet cakes very delicious all my niece and nephews love their cakes here grate prices and super friendly bakers here!!!!!! I would recommend anyone here for desert and kids.I took my son here to pick out his birthday cake. The baker announced Brandons birthday over the intercom of the store and everyone sign happy birthday to him. This Ralphs has one of the most friendly and best customer service I know!!!! I have been going to this Ralph forever their customer service is fantastic! !!!!

This is a huge Ralphs store. They seem to stock about everything you can think of. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff is always very pleasant and always willing to help you find anything you need. They also have awesome deals that will really lower the price of many items if you buy in small quantity. Parking is ample.

I love this store for their root beer selection (of all things). Their chicken is the best from the deli, along with all other prepared foods. Very good quality and I love it because they are part of the Kroger chain. The store is very well maintained as well.

At first they weren’t going to let us in 10mins before closing, which I was extremely upset about. But Adam was great and intervened, allowing us to shop efficiently and get what we needed. We were out of there just in time thanks to the speedy cashier service too. I understand not wanting to stay late past closing but we really were just getting a few things and planned to be out before then. Thank you Ralph’s on Euclid St. for helping us out!

I have been going to Ralphs at Euclid and Chapman since 1974. Its never disappointed me except that it can be a bit pricey at times.The manager and staff are ALWAYS courteous, helpful, and respectful. Lovely store****

Don’t go here if you want fresh seafood at 7 PM because there won’t be anyone to help you. I waited thirty minutes and left with nothing because I was standing there for so long. I also requested help three times and got no response. So if you don’t want to have to go to another store like I did I suggest you don’t come here for your seafood needs.

Ralphs is a really awesome grocery market where you can buy all sorts of good stuff. You can buy anything you want in there also tables out front where you can eat your food for example there is one spot one dollars in chips do you have room cheap stuff. I bought a lot of stuff from ralphs in the past and it is the best and cheapest grocery store ever with the best deals! I recommend Ralphs for everyone

Store is always clean. Staff is friendly and willing to help out. They have a good selection of items. Overall a very nice place to do shopping.

While a bit dated, this Ralphs always has prime produce and great prices on meats. They offer 5 live stations. Bakery, cold deli, hot deli, sushi and butcher. The delies are well stocked and their fried chicken is delicious- made all day starting around 10:30am till about 8pm. Butcher is always up to par and more professional rather than friendly. I have no experience of their bakery but the fresh bread Ive bought were up to par with one of their famous competitors. Their management is very old school and run a tight ship. Parking is plentiful. There is a 24 hour Bank of America in the parking lot and a Wells Fargo inside. Also offered inside is a key duplicator which has the capacity to even duplicate RF Key fobs. Expect also they typical Red Box and Coinstar. There is no recycling facility at this location.

Clean, organized, and well stocked. Theres lots of parking.The employees are polite and friendly. In this area you wont find a better supermarket to do your shopping.

Clean store with fresh produce. They have a decent lunch area with salad and olive bar. Not as big as whole foods but still good. They give out weekly discounts if you have their card.

This is my usual grocery store. I shop here 2 or 3 times a week. This store is well stocked and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices can sometimes be high, so l recommend getting a Ralphs Club Card. You will receive coupons in the mail based on whatever items you buy. As far as grocery stores go, this one is pretty nice.

I come here a lot for my late night buys, tend to always find what u need. Service is good and not to bad about helping out. The outside is a bit of a mess and tends to be occupied often by unwanted people but overall not bad.

Staff is 50/50. Either extremely kind and helpful or an absolute bitter unfriendly sort. Store is clean and well stocked.

Bakery is the worst! We ordered a colossal cookie cake for a birthday/graduation. It was to have celebratory decorations on it. We picked it up and all that was on it was the writing, we had to buy extra frosting to put a border around it so it didnt look so sad.

Today while shopping at the Ralphs on Euclid and Chapman in Garden Grove, I had an episode of low blood sugar. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and was late having lunch. I started feeling the symptoms of low blood sugar so took my glucose tablets but started to feel worse. When I was checking out the checker, Stacey A., noticed I was not feeling well and stepped in to take care of me. She got me orange juice and offered a place to sit. Stacey then had two very sweet baggers see me to my car and stay with me for a bit to make sure I was doing better. It is this kind of caring that goes beyond customer service.Thank you for your kindness and care.

I love their chicken. Oh my God. And their bread and salad too. Wow. They also have some vitamins I need. I wish their bakery could stay up until 9.

Had everything we needed to stock our extended stay type hotel room. We drove down to visit Disneyland with our family and bought food for a couple simple dinners and breakfasts. They had a nice produce section and a variety of brands including Amys frozen entrees and healthier breakfast brands like Kashi. Being from the SF area, I wasnt shocked by the prices, but I can see how someone from out of state might find things a little pricey (but not outrageous at all considering its a major tourist area!) And yes, CA stores must charge 10 cents for bags (part of the states conservation efforts) so byob if you dont want to drop a dime for your grocery sack.

The store is clean & things found to be in order in all areas, wether its in the produce or the seafood section. In some cases their price are marked higher comparing to other store but do have great sales on featured items on weekly ads. I like browsing in the seafood & meat counters it looks good, fresh & arrange very neatly. There is a saying you get what you paid for. I dont mind paying a bit more knowing Im getting great quality product. It does makes a big difference in taste once cooked. Thank you Ralphs!

Im really glad this Ralphs is open until 1am as I often do late night shopping here. The prices are a tad bit higher than normal grocery stores but the prices for their specialty foods are more competitive than theirs. Low carb yogurt costs me $1 here versus Wal-Marts $1.50. The deli is great and the bakery is the place you should go to versus anything else in the area. Lines are incredibly fast and the staff is always on par with helping and being friendly. Awesome place.

Customer service is horrible in this store!! Deli department needs a lot more help- no one knows how to use the cash register in the Deli dept.Long wait times= poor service!!!

Worst customer service, Tina the store manager needs to start learning how to read barcodes on printable coupons. She claimed they were copies without reading them. And when i tried to show her she said naaa they are copies, She was very rude. She treated me like if I was stealing 😡
