Very efficient and friendly place. I came in for minor repair (with an appointment) and was taken care of in just a few minutes.

I was so impressed with amount of time and attention to detail Mark (The audiologist) took with my mom. My mom already had a pair of hearing aids but she hasnt been a good patient and did not use them. So they broke while they were sitting in her drawer. After trying all different methods to fix them for about half an hour, he finally found a way to make it work! Mark was very upfront with the cost before proceeding. After everything was said and done, it was $50 (repair + testing her hearing and putting in the new program.). His honesty and patience towards my elderly mother was what made me want to write a review for his business. Thank you, Mark!Update: My mom says she has been wearing her hearing aids daily because after the reprogramming, she said the frequency is much more comfortable.

I have been going to Mark for years and he is the absolute BEST! When I first discovered I need help with my hearing I did a lot of research and visited a lot of audiologists. What I enjoy about Mark and his staff is that they really care about their patients and you feel it. I am also impressed that Mark was a hearing aid technologist before becoming an audiologist and has the ability to build and repair hearing aids as opposed to most offices that ship out your aids for repair. Thank you Mark and staff for improving my life and putting up with me!!

I have worn hearing aids for almost 20 years. I have discovered that the skill of the audiologist is more important than the devices. Mark is the best I have found in my area. They are open Saturdays even though Google maps shows theyre closed.

Thanks to Mark Haddad, I can hear again. I was amazed at just how much of a hearing loss I had, until I went to Suncoast. Ive had my hearing aids 3 weeks now and couldnt be more happy. If you have any hesitation, or not sure what to do. I highly recommend this is where to go.
