This place is awesome. Been going here for years. They replaced a cat on my 89 montero years ago and today put on a magnaflow muffler on my 03 montero. In and out in 40 minutes and nice work. Ernie is the man!

I brought my AMG here for a somewhat complex job. It involved adapting an exhaust for a different vehicle to my vehicle, requiring cutting and welding as well as connecting the exhaust to the vehicle which was not a straight bolt on.These guys did awesome. He gave me a decent quote and an estimate on time. It took longer than he expected and he kept the store open an additional 3 hours to ensure I got my vehicle back same day.Quality of welds were good, no exhaust leaks. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back!

This place is legit. I work directly with Ernie who did my muffler delete on my 2018 Infiniti Q50. This guy knew what he was doing.His work was precise, and he was very informative. The customer service was exceptional. I didnt plan on staying for the 3 hour service, but upon the hospitality that was handed to me, I decided to stay. Definitely would refer this place to you as they know what theyre doing. The price was right, 160 total. No hassle. I love these guys.Ernie, you are the man.

Inquired to this place looking for someone who would fab up a custom pipe for an old Kawasaki. Both the guys here were super nice and very tactical in the way that they helped me come up with a workable idea for a pretty unusual pipe. A whole creative process and lots of good ideas. Totally honest about the prices etc.Once we decided on a plan, they had the thing made up for the next day! Came by and picked it up for cheaper than I expected, basically just the cost of the steel. Total bargain. The pipes work great. Thanks guys.

It is really hard to give an accurate amount of stars for B&M Muffler. They used to be very good, excellent even. Never did us wrong.We have taken 3 different cars there now, and when they did our first car, they completely did the job wrong with the diverter valve and almost messed up my vehicle. We had to go home and purchase tools to fix that issue ourselves. The next vehicle was super simple so that one went OK. But our last vehicle we took there, was a nightmare. The part that made it a nightmare experience was mostly Maria. She is some type of Shop manager or front receptionist but her attitude is absolutely terrible. She has no idea what it means to provide customer service, let alone the fact that the customer is PURCHASING a service, therefore talking down to them in a condescending tone is inexcusable. Instead of being helpful when it was discovered that the wrong part was purchased and doing her best to help identify the correct part, size, possibly part number, she made it to where it was like pulling teeth to get any information for us to get the correct part, trying her best to direct us into B&M purchasing the part for us when they agreed to accept our outside purchased parts in the first place. Then when, God forbid, she had to get up off her a** to actually get the measurements or information, you can just HEAR the attitude rolling off of her through the PHONE!!! Every call was painful. She does not need to be working in customer service at all.I do not think I would recommend going to B&M for anyone anymore. Some might have a pleasant experience that goes well. 2 out of 3 jobs... our experience was anything BUT pleasant, enough to the point to recommend NOT going here again and we will not be returning either.

These guys are professional. They did a muffler delete on my E39 M5 and it came out awesome. Everything looks great.

Went there to replace my dual muffler setup with straight pipes to make my car a little more throaty. I was surprised how little they charged and how great of a job they did within an hour. I will defiantly bring my car here if I need any other exhaust services.
