This place is absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable people to help guide you with your purchase and give advice for what tools you need for your project and your tool chest in general. They will explain all of your options to you to help with your decision, you don’t always need a top of the line product and these guys aren’t trying to only sell their most expensive stuff, only what you need. As a small start up business and a student of the machine trade this place is a blessing. Tools are like new mabe even new a lot of them very fair priceing and good selection. I will never buy a cheap power tool again. Harbour freight tools really dont compare to these guys cause Harbour Freight premieme brands really are not that cheap and the quality still poor compared to Milwaukee Dewalt.Highly recommend Tool Plug . Guys who work there i think the owner is a really cool guy very freindly and helpful down to earth .

Very large selection of tools and it’s awesome. Great pricing for everything. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of what’s in store. I purchased a Milwaukee M18 Fuel drill set and it was very reasonably priced in comparison to other sellers. I also purchased the Milwaukee Rapid Charger to go along with the standard charger to be able to charge both batteries it came with simultaneously when not in use. I currently own the M12 set as well and now have 3 ports for the set of batteries I have for that as well. Over all this is definitely now my favorite tool store. I live in Riverside and made the drive out to Garden Grove. Well worth it. Very satisfied.

Ive been following these guys since the first location, and they have some super great prices on certain things if youre willing to dig for them or hand tools, but it seems like since they moved to this new location that the power tools have gone way up almost the same price as buying them brand new from home Depot, I remember being able to get major good deals on drills, my demolition hammer etc, but now all those kind of items are within 10-50 bucks of full retail. Kind of a bummer.

Good deals. Spoke to the owner about the prices, he negotiated. Got the tools and tested it on site for the same if not a little better price than eBay.

There stuff must be returns cause it broke right away the gas blower I got from them after exchange another one cause it didnt work.

This place is a God sent. I had all my tools stolen In one day. Then found out about this place and it helped soften the blow those thieves gave me. Tool plug has an excellent selection of the top name brand tools if you want it they probably have it and their prices are fantastic.

Outstanding prices.

As a DIY guy I always find myself needing a new tool to get a job done; however I cant really justify being able to buy brand new tools each time. I do know the importance of a quality tool though... so in order to balance quality and price I come here to Tool Plug. Ive bought two DeWalt saws here, both previous model years but man they were immaculate. So getting a lightly used quality tool and saving literally a few hundred dollars... thats the type of deals that I was looking for and found. Plus, its a family owned and operated shop, so the personal customer service is always a plus.They do, however, also have new tools too! Not a HUGE selection, but you can definitely find some gems!
