Long wait time and expensive rates. Waited for three hour to only get 80% of my windows. Expect a lot of miscommunication with the owner.

The owner is very money hungry. She dont know what she talking about, trying to tell you alot of your pieces are damaged or no go while going up on price.

This place was great! Had my alarm installed here, however the only thing I recommend is to wait to talk to the guy who installs the alarms for he will give you better details and he wont try to push you into buying other unnecessary things. The job was finished in about 2 and a half hours and it works flawlessly! Definitely coming back for my other car alarm needs!

They were great good job and wonderful service they took me without an appointment at leastThats what I thought 😤 I had to come back to get all 3 my back windows redone the lady Anna didnt even want to redo my rear window she only wanted too repair it thats some bull I have a brand new car and the damage to my windows were caused by them i refuse a repair only redo my windows for the amount I paid i want it done right i will never recommend any one to this place nor will I ever give my business to them again very disappointed!!!!!

Damaged my new paint and said the paint shop should fix it! I am usually super chill when I get poor service, and chalk it up to experience, but the owner womans lack of even suggesting any fixes other than too bad, that happens after a big $$$ job made me give up this shop forever. unless you are fluent in Korean or Spanish, it will be hard to communicate any information. Go some where else.

These guys are unorganized, unprofessional, slow and lousy quality of windows and tint service. Owners replaces really cheap windshields, so cheap it leaves water stains on the glass and the glass has imperfections. Installer just as bad as the owners as they talk smack behind your back, damage your interior and improper installation that causes water leaks inside the interior. Tinting window service is poor. Never going back this shop

Worse customer service from the old Korean Lady who owns the shop. She literally talked s**t to me after i gave her cash for a window tint. She refused to help me the day before, discounted me $5 to come the next day, and after the work was done tried to collect the $5 she offered as a discount. Once i refused she started yelling and calling me names which was unprofessional. No one should deal with this ghetto old Korean lady and low budget business. The window film and glue they used looks really bad for the first day. I hope to never return but I might have to in 3 days if it doesnt improve. Stay away from these scumbags.

Worse tint i ever got !!!!!The lady said nobodys perfect all tint has bubbles...yeah but not alotof lil bubbles like mines had i made her redo my windows and still looks bad !

They really try to get your problem fixed whatever it is. They do tint and upholstery for dealerships so you know they are legit.

They will fix your car with janky glue and have you come back over and over again only to use the same glue. I have a BMW and needed them to fix my rear view mirror after having my glass replaced. Its been hell ever since
