I never would have guessed I could become a fan of soaps. There really is a difference. The hand made soaps here are fantastic. The shop is well organized and staffed by the nicest people youll meet. Its really worth it to stop by and check out the variety offered here.

I unfortunately do not live in California but I have tried the product and it is amazing. The body oil and the skin spritzer are incredible. I highly recommend these products.

I love the Bath Salt soak

I love this company so much. The soap bars are always so gentle and has helped me maintain healthy skin. I love all the different soaps and scents.

Ive been living a block away from here and I cant believe that I just discovered about it now. They have A LOT of organic, natural, and vegan products ranging from soaps, body oil, facial cleanser, bath salts, to lip balms, make up brushes, sponges. I went here on my birthday and mindlessly spent $60 on soaps and bath salts. No regrets though. They smell so good and theres one for a specific type of skin or whatever it is youre looking for. I just recently learned that you can shop online but I think a trip to their shop is worth it especially that its next to an ice cream parlor. ;)

I only buy soap from Soaptopia. There really is a difference. From the natural scent, texture, and hydrating effects, it has done wonders for my skin, treating my eczema and dry skin. (Normal soap does not do this and actually irritates and burns my skin, drying it in the process.) My favorites are See I told you Soap, Rozilla vs DrySkinea, and Beauty and the Beach. Honestly, all the soaps Ive tried from Soaptopia are remarkable. They make wonderful gifts, too.

Bad experience: I ordered a gift on 2/27 with 1-2 day priority shipping. Its now 10 days and the gift has not been received and Soaptopia has been non-responsive and non-proactive. I am really disappointed and have no idea how to get either the product or a refund. Will never order from here again.

Earthy great fantastic soap

I wanted to speak to someone about placing an order to carry their soaps, but all calls get directed to voicemail & you can’t reach them. I tried to reach someone for hours! I find this practice of difficult access to be very poor business practice. It’s not good & reflects a level of very high arrogance on part of the company to be rather out of touch. They’re too inaccessible. How hard is it to have someone you can reach & speak with?They have silly names for Dept staff like “customer happiness director.” That’s really cultlike & makes me doubt they’re “real” people...goes with their inaccessiblity & arrogant culture.

I have nothing to say about the products, but Ive heard some nasty things about the owner.

They corrected a mistake but order took a long time to arrive due to technical difficulties on their part.

Been hooked on their soaps for years.
