Todd started off as a good asset to have in the fitness industry. But when it comes to follow up and warrantying his product he doesn’t return phone calls, and doesn’t follow through. I’ve been attempting to get dumbbells replaced and equipment fixed for 6 months now. He ignores my calls and refuses to respond

My wife and I put a purchase order in for a piece of equipment, but unfortunately it did not fit our specifications. They are currently adhering to Covid-19 protocol and not opening the warehouse to the public, however because of the mix up, Nick was kind enough to let us view the product and tried his best to accommodate. We did not find what we were looking for, but we will definitely be back for bigger and better equipment. They have everything you could possibly want and although there are only 2 sales guys, they are doing their best!, and in my opinion doing a great job. If you have a little patience, this is the place for great commercial quality equipment for a great price.

I ordered a weight set package on line, they never contacted me about my order, after a week I called them and they said they never saw my order. But they found it and said they just didnt see it. I know the online business. I cancelled my order on the spot. Red Flag for sure.

My order took a little longer to process than any of us had hoped, but customer service was friendly and responsive. The reconditioned spin bike I bought from them was in great shape and the price was extremely fair. I would buy from Global Fitness again.

Used gym equipment is a type of business known for unkept promises ... especially since the overwhelming demand surge of the unwitting homebound who suddenly discovered they cant see their feet anymore.IRoy, the owner, and Gabriela really came through. The price was right - very right - the equipment was immaculate and the service which included an assuring personal call from Roy (when my faith flagged a bit), great.Ive already recommended GlobalFitness to gym friends no longer willing to endure the hassles of masks on treadmills, constant hand sanitizing and (warranted) Covid paranoia at half open clubs.GlobalFitness on line inventory of commercial grade equipment is huge and, even better, actual, unlike many others who only have stock pictures.I guess you can tell...I highly recommend these folks.

Poor communication. Low quality machines. Dont waste your time or money. It took 8 weeks to get our BROKEN machine and another 6 weeks to get it fixed, where it is working but difficult to use and sounds like it will break apart at any time. I know Covid made demand very high, but they are not handling it well or treating customers with respect (you know, like not responding to emails for 3-4 weeks, saying theyll follow through then doing nothing...) Such a frustrating experience. Dont ignore the bad reviews like we did. Its just not worth the headache.

I don’t care about the negative comments or reviews because obviously they are liars. Global fitness is amazing!!!!! They respond quickly, answer all of your questions, my Star Trac treadmill was delivered to my house with care and on time. They make sure to communicate every step of the way with you. I couldn’t be happier and I will be ordering more machines again from them. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don’t trust what they say about warranty. They told me I had full warranty for 30 days, machine started making noise after 2 weeks, they then told me I had to pay for service, only parts are covered.

We ordered our treadmill online from Global Fitness, the next day I received an email confirming our order with full contact information. I called instead of replying to the email because I had a question. Gabriela was awesome and answered all my questions! Prior to shipping the treadmill, she sent me a photo of the equipment so I could approve the order. They were very quick to respond via email too. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service! We will defiantly shop with Global Fitness again!!

Global Fitness is the best. Gabriela sent us photos of cybex machines in their warehouse that we were interested in, and less than two business days later and we are exercising! I bought a reconditioned Precor recumbent bike from Global Fitness. I think the price was reasonable, and the description of the work they do to recondition the bike was very thorough. They also give an excellent warranty. The bike arrived quickly, and was well packed and protected. But the best part of buying from them was the person who helped me -- Gabriela Gonzalez. She was extremely knowledgeable; helpful; nice and friendly. She advocated for her company in a good way. And she was great at responding to inquiries promptly. I wish more companies were like this.

After searching online for months looking for a Life Fitness 95x elliptical I came across Global Fitness Equipment Co. I gave them a call and was invited to come in and take a look at the 95x elliptical that I was in search for. I was offered to tryout the machine and was given several choices to choose from. I spoke with Gabriela, and Nick and they were both helpful in me making my choice. The elliptical works great and the price was very affordable.

They went above and beyond to help me start my gym. They gave me top notch equipment for unbeatable prices. It was because of Global Fitness I was able to open my 17,000 square foot gym May 1st 2013. I recommend to everyone weather you are buying a treadmill or starting your own gym to go to Global Fitness!!!

I purchased a Life Fitness Discover SE treadmill from Global Fitness in March 2017. Unfortunately, the console that was installed did not have the applications mentioned on website. Roy Greenberg personally took care of the problem by purchasing a brand new upgraded console for me. The cost of the replacement was over $1500. Global Fitness places the customer ahead of profits! I strongly recommend this business for anyone that is interested in purchasing refurbished commercial exercise equipment for your home gym.

Globalfitnees offers very good products that last a long time, and at steep discounts. We had a great experience with a stairmaster 10 years ago, and we still use it daily. Customer service is friendly and helpful, but communication is sometimes rocky. Our more recent item took 2 months from initial order to having it up and running. There were a couple delays, and one part damaged on arrival, but they ultimately took care of everything. Id recommend this company for anyone looking to invest in really heavy duty equipment at a good value.

I purchased the Cybex 750AL Lower Body Arc Trainer and its AMAZING! As a person who values their health and general conditioning level, this machine has been a huge asset to me! Im able to maintain a consistent cardio routine in the comforts of my home. The various settings it has keeps my body from ever getting comfortable with one particular routine, which is great thing!

I got a Precore Elliptical about 6 years ago - Have been using it daily - 2 people each for 60+ minutes and the thing works like a horse!!! They sell the top-notch equipment!!! Now buying a full home gym from them!!

At Global Fitness I found exactly what I was looking for, a Cybex ARC Trainer! Their warehouse was huge and had every piece of cardio equipment you can imagine. I literally could have spent the entire day there looking around and trying things out. Im moving to Costa Rica and needed to find an ARC Trainer to take with me. I was happy to learn that Global Fitness will be able to help me with any issues that may arise after I move. I couldnt have asked for anything more! Thanks Global Fitness!

Massive inventory of gym equipment, not the home stuff you find at other sporting goods stores but the kind you find at the fitness clubs; as a member of staff here it is also a great place to work.

They sell stuff that they dont have.Customer service makes up lies as they talk. I was told that they could not cancel my order since they never processed it, i have email from them stating that the order is processed. I will be watching my CC for fraud just cuz i dealt with them.

I got scammed by my ex-business partner - Alex Stan Goncharov (aka Alex Stanley).Alex was using Global Fitness facility to buy and ship merchandise, and according to paperwork everything was shipped, but most of the clients did not receive merchandise.I asked Global Fitness to provide with all financial records for my company. After reviewing documents provided by Global Fitness Inc. I found following:- I was charged for another company;- Global Fitness did not include information for clients who did chargeback, while on documents provided by shipping companies it states clearly: Global Fitness Inc.;- Global Fitness employees were in direct contact with clients who did chargebacks;- Global Fitness Inc did not tell me about machines which returned to their facility.On top of it, I was charged 4K for Cardiosales LLC debt, but Global Fitness inc denying it even after I sent a record of their communication where their employees are asking to cover the debt.When I asked global fitness inc to refund the money they charged me for cardio sales LLC, they refused to do and said that I am harassing them and trying to extort money, while all I need is to know what happened with my lost merchandise which THEY shipped + refund of the money I paid for another company!All stated above based on documents and legal records.
