This was the first experience Ive ever had with a Vape Shop and I would not go anywhere else!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly!! I love their Customer Loyalty Program so be sure to ask them about it when you visit!! They have a really great selection of Liquids and Personally I love the sweeter products and they always have something either Ive bought before or something new to try!! Pure Essence is the only way to go!!!

Ive been vaping for over two years. Prior to Pure Essence, I used a store in Homewood that stocked limited brands and didnt seem to be interested in really teaching me about new products (they were always talking with people they seemed to know when I came in and needed help.) So Pure Essence has immediately become my favorite place to go for vape supplies. Theyre the best at helping me select flavors, they make suggestions to me and have saved me money a few times (in other words they dont only try to sell me expensive upgrades, they also tell me tricks of the trade to help my older stuff last longer.) There is a great variety of brands and flavors in the store, and if they dont have it they will get it for you. They have a bonus program that saves me about $5 every other month which is nice considering their prices are already very competitive and even lower sometimes than the online shops. I love Pure Essence because no matter what, they take great care of all customers (even us shy ladies who slip in and out without knowing much about vaping.)
