My 83 year old father in law went to purchase hearing ads from Beltone in Gardendale. The staff and office was very nice and professional.When he returned home he had a nice pair of top of the line, blue tooth hearing aids, which after research should cost was around 2k each. We felt that these were too expensive but he bought them. Later when we saw the receipt, the total cost was over 7k!Too late at this point but this seems much like he was not treated fairly on the price. They seem to know what they are doing but use caution and research the prices! I was just sure I needed hearing aids. After testing I was told an ENT Dr could probably help with my hearing and may not need hearing aids after all. So refreshing to have an honest reputable provider. A++

They were very nice. I took a hearing aid to them to fix the tubing that had broken.i went back to my car to wait. About ten minutes she brought it back to me all fixed. Thats good Service.

John provided a lucid explanation of the technologies available.John provided a thorough, but not overwhelming, explanation of what technology is available, and an explanation of why purchase of a particular technology is a smart purchase. I’m posting a review on Megan Hardin. I have not personally bought a hearing aid but I have had the pleasure of working with Megan at another job. Her attention to detail and overall level of customer service rivals that of Chick Fil A employees!! I would highly recommend going to visit Megan if you are in need of a hearing device.

I live in Michigan and I called trying to get information about services, prices, and products for my elderly aunt in Alabama. Megan was absolutely wonderful and genuinely enthusiastic in providing me with an excellent customer service experience. Definitely earned my business.
