This UPS store changed locations not too long ago. I have been to them many times in their old location and now a couple of times at the new location. They have better parking at the new location. The staff here will take good care of you. I have never had a problem with them. I think they have a little more room to grow here.

Very unprofessional staff, especially the woman who claims to own/ is in charge of this location. I highly recommend seeking another location where the staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, because the people in charge of this store are none of these things.This store is being run horriblt by a horrible woman who stated screaming at me in front of tons of other customers. I had made it more than clear exactly what I needed to do and how I was able to pay. I was given incorrect information and then refused help from all but 1 nice young man behind the counter, but by the time he offered to help, the owner, who had spent my entire time there sitting on her rear end eating potato chips and licking her fingers, had started screeching at me across the entire place. I got my things and left. I will be filing a complaint with their regional management, the corporate office, and the Better Business Bureau of Gardendale. These people have no clue how to run a business. They need to be shut down.

Specifically called to see if they could laminate something. Was told yes. drove 20 minutes here and was told their bug laminating machine was broken. Would’ve been awesome information to have been told over the phone.

If you need something packed for you, don’t go to this location. They squished the items to fit the box. Twice. Once was a special greeting card that wasn’t supposed to bend and the other was a box that a toy was in.

Thank you to sweet Crystal!!! Weve had a difficult time finding a place to get fingerprinted for our FC application. We drove out all the way from Trussville. When we showed up, we didnt realize we needed to fill out a form online first. She was kind, helpful, and patient walking us through the process. It was the most pleasant experience weve ever had at a shipping store and made us feel so much gratitude for her kindness. Truly, shes the best!

I spend about 10 minutes in the UPS Store a week, and every time, there are two or more people NOT wearing a mask. Its a small store and the two employees I always see there are morbidly obese. (One is so obese that she has to sit down. Ive never seen her standing.) Despite the state mask mandate through March 5 (at this writing) these two COVID-19 vulnerable workers do nothing to enforce, or even encourage, customers to wear masks in the store. I can only think that UPS doesnt care if its employees or customers are exposed to COVID-19. This also means that if you are receiving packages from UPS, there is a higher risk that they have been handled by individuals who have been exposed to this deadly virus.

Cannot say enough good things about this store and their amazing, friendly staff. I use them for everything both work and personal.

I would have rated it higher because the staff is excellent, but the problem is they are understaffed. Sometimes the line is almost out the door. With social distancing its even worse, as store gets packed and customers do not wear masks. But the point is they need more people especially certain times of the day or maybe they need to be better organized so if somebody comes in with a large job they can still help other people with quick jobs. I just wish there was more stores like this around because with this being the only one in the area it just makes matters worse.

These people are wonderful to work with. Their work ethics are rare and especially in a day and time where everyone wants it for free. They do work for their money and I am proud to have them in my town.

I came here to do fingerprinting. I waited in line for a minute and it was quick and easy to do the fingerprint scans. Only issue is that there are signs in the store saying that the store is taking all COVID precautions but no employee was wearing a mask or gloves.Not sure what the UPS protocol is but it seemed bad policy to have the sign up but not wear masks. Hence the 3 stars

The people who work at this location are the most professional customer service personnel I have ever encountered. I needed a few copies of my resume printed, they quickly received and processed my file, then printed the highest quality copy I could ask for. All while helping a store full of other customers. The courteous attitude and extremely pleasant demeanor combined with the excellent service provided by the employees makes me want to go back there for all the services they provide that I may need. Give those folks a raise!

UPS has no concern for where they leave packages. Several times Ive ordered something and whoever delivers my packages keep leaving them on my porch where dogs will get a hold of them and chew them up. Ive had to replace items several times because the delivery driver is careless about where they leave my package. When there is clearly a dog outside in the yard. I mean damn have some common courtesy and leave it with a neighbor or in my mailbox. Which every single thing I have ordered wouldve fit perfectly fine in my mailbox!

Needed help with returning 2 items that the sender only gave me 1 label for although I paid for 2, and sender told me to get my own bigger box to send them back. The ladies here at UPS Store in Gardendale helped me use a slightly too small box I had and added some extra cardboard across the top to help seal it, with lots of tape ;) to save me an additional $13 it would have cost to buy a box large enough, after I already paid $30 to the sender for return labels. Thanks sooo much! I really appreciate it! In my process of repacking my 2 boxes into one, I was able to witness 2 other customers whom they also helped with returns that needed a lot of help too. Awesome customer service! Go Gardendale gals!All employees had masks on (wearing correctly). Thank you for protecting me against catching asymptomatic COVID19 from you by wearing your mask, even if you don’t think you have it!

Had something to send off today & It was super important. Got her to learn theyCloser due to weather. They seem to be the only people in town that closed due to the weather. Geez, James Span still had his jacket on & everything!

Anytime I need to ship a letter or package overnight I use The UPS Store in Gardendale. They made the copies I needed then prepared the next day air envelope. The staff is efficient and helpful, and I know my important documents will arrive on time.

They always help me with my documents. Theyre really friendly here. Id rather drive to Gardendal than to downtown parking in the street

The employees at this store are always available to help with whatever I need! I have utilized their services on numerous occasions from copying, faxing, mailing packages to printing banners. They will go above and beyond to help their customers!
