The best local grocery and food shopping experience imaginable. The staff is super kind and really incredible service. As a gluten free customer, I was originally hesitant on getting one of their sandwiches, but after learning that they had gluten free options at no extra cost I tried them. Hands down one of the best choices. They made sure that it was safe, and as well as being absolutely delicious. Same goes for their coffee and other drinks. Again super kind and friendly atmosphere make going here a delight. 10/10 would definitely recommend for all your local organic shopping needs. Great experience every time

I have been a long time customer of the Gardiner co-op, but not anymore. I took my 1 and a half year old in today to get a sandwich made. The man behind the counter said it would be 10 minutes. So I had to wait with my toddler in toe. It’s not easy containing a child especially in a small store where they want to touch different things. It’s human nature and part of the development of children- Covid times or not. My son had gone over where the bulk items are and started playing with 1 scoop where there was nothing in the container. I figured okay, keeps him occupied while I’m waiting. I turned for a brief second and he had pulled out 2 more. At that moment, I was going to put the scoops back in their spots and this woman came out of the office saying “I was wondering what that was.” And then says, “yeah, if you could not have him touch those and now I have to sanitize it.” In a condescending tone. Embarrassing me in front of other customers. Well obviously you would have to sanitize it. Wouldn’t you have to sanitize it everyday once someone uses it? If you are following “strict” sanitizing rules? If anyone has had a young child, they wouldn’t be rude like she was. Good luck in your endeavors- but not supporting a business that embarrasses long time customers and community members.

Awesome grilled cheese, split with friend,fill us both. Never had a grilled cheese sandwich 🥪like that. Trust us great store and food...Staff very helpful and informative...

Not only is it responsible and local, the prices here are much lower than a typical coop, sometimes even better than traditional supermarkets. The employees are super friendly too.

We had a fantastic visit and felt very welcomed. The selection is small but very thoughtful and interesting, and we really appreciated hearing tips for other options nearby. The sense of community was nice to see.

It would be very beneficial to post the hours you are open for your customers. I have been here twice in four days and you are not open. Both visits were before 4 pm.

Genuinely local, real food. A pretty good selection of food thats good and good for you. Yummy sandwiches and soups, good enough coffee. Not cheap.

This little local food co-op is incredible! Great service, great products (local, organic, crafts, affordable), and a huge bulk section! Their cafe area serves various lifestyles, vegans, gluten free, meat eaters, and they make the best and only espresso in town. And they have a little play area to keep your kids busy. They went about the whole process so objectively and got to know you your situation so indepth, they cared only for fairness and kindness paid forward.An excellent example of voluntary, social cooperation by individuals working together collectively, acted up on by equal forces to ignite that spark of intellectual insight and engulf the [proverbial] engine of the world again.

Wonderful selection and has great local produce. Very helpful staff. And prices are comprable to any health food store. Its definitely worth the trip.

A great place! It is small, but do they ever make great use of space: everything from vitamins and supplements to canned foods, fresh breads, chips and pet foods, an outstanding produce section, an expanded refrigerated area with everything from local meats, cheeses, milk and yogurt to prepared food items. They also have a bulk section and a nice coffee selection. There is also a great cafe that offers amazing soups, sandwiches, wraps, etc with awesome coffee & tea drinks. The staff is friendly & committed to what they do- providing healthy food and grocery items while building community.

My go-to local store for fresh organic produce, local meats and eggs, as well as a great selection of whole bean or ground coffee. Plus they have a top notch espresso machine on site!

My wife and I decided to take a ride in to Gardner on Sunday to checkout two gramps brewing and get a bite to eat.I give this establishment five stars all the way around. The food was very fresh and the brews are cutting-edge. The owners were very welcoming and the atmosphere was awesome. I cant wait to go back and trying some more brew creations.
