My husband and I just left the T-Mobile store in Gardner. Sean, the manager helped us. He was amazing at his job. He helped us understand what was happening with T-Mobile & Sprint. He was honest and very informative. I highly recommend going to this store for all of your phone needs. Yo be very happy with them.

After visiting another wireless company and walking away disappointed, I decided to contact the T-Mobile store in Gardner, regarding the purchase of a new phone and service plan. Isaiah, the Assistant Mgr, was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. In no time at all, he had ported my phone number, contacts, apps and pictures onto my new phone. Isaiah and Sean (Store Mgr) were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this store!

If you can avoid entering this store, then please do. Ive never encountered a more unprofessional and lazy group of individuals in a store. We were doing a simple addition of a line. When they couldnt figure out what they were doing they lied and said we were all set. 2 hours in the store only to get on the phone and find out that they didnt actually do anything and just put my Verizon sim card back in and sent us off because they were closing. They said Were not gonna charge you an activation fee since it took so long Turns out it was because they didnt do anything. I will also add that the eating, gossiping, and cussing while you have several customers waiting is just wrong. Do better

Overall great visit, Osburn was awesome and set up two new phones for me. Very respectful and asked me to personally go into settings on my phone when needed to set up my upgrade as to respect your privacy. Was able to be in and out fairly quickly with exactly what I went to the store for.

Isaiah was tremendously helpful, patient with my questions, professional,and kind. He offered fantastic suggestions. Everyone in the store is always kind, courteous. I always have a great experience. Isaiah is fantastic!

After struggling to activate 2 new phones and being disappointed by Sprint once again, I cant say I was thrilled at the thought of having to drive an hour out of my way to go to a T-mobile storefront. Osborne provided not only AMAZING customer service, but he has both phones activated and working very quickly. Was worth the drive, and Im hopeful my experience with T-mobile moving forward will be a fruitful as my experience in this storefront was.

Sean was a huge help with the t mobile change over from Sprint. Now my phone is running awesome. I have been with sprint for over 25 years and I will now continue to stay with t mobile.

Nicolas A. was very helpful and answered all of my questions in regards to adding another line, pricing, and transferring files from my old phone to the new phone. He remained professional and calm even though the computer system was giving him some problems and his co-worker was a little rude and cocky towards him! Nicolas also did a fantastic job placing the screen protector on to my new phone. No air bubbles or finger prints! Unlike his arrogant coworker (who claimed to be so good at placing screen protectors) and left finger prints on my boyfriends screen protector..Thank you Nicolas A. for all of your help yesterday !

I had previously got my phone at the lemonster store and they had messed my account and phone up so I was unable to upgrade online I came down to the Gardner store hopping they would be able to help me fix this issue. Rep Isaiah went above and beyond to fix my entire account and got me a new phone and was even able to lower my bill with the new phone. I definitely recommend this location

Ozzy? & Matthew at the Gardner location helped us resolve our issue within minutes! We needed 3 new phones and to add two lines, they showed us the best deals & all of our options. They were great!

Austin (in Gardner) was fantastic! Went to add a phone and a line to my plan and he was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease with any of our concerns. He told us he would be available to help if we ran into issues. Sure enough, we ran into an issue with the new phone number the same day - we called Austin, spoke to him right away, and he stayed past the end of his shift to wait for us to come in and helped us to resolve the issue. Even though his shift had ended, he even took the time to answer more of our questions, and again, offered to help us if we needed additional help. Can’t say enough good things about my first experience at T Mobile!

Ozzie is amazing!!! I walked in with 2 very old phones with shattered screens. He walked us through what we needed to do to save some money.After completing the steps he gave us, we went back 3 days later to finally upgrade.He remembered us when we walked in. He did not try to upsell. He listened to what we were looking for and got us the best phones for us. We even added a third phone.Will go back again and again. Will recommend to everyone we know!!!! 😊

I visited the Gardner location, The customer service here was on point. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me out immediately. The whole getting a new phone process Only took about 20 minutes VS the legit 5 hour nightmare at the Leominster location a couple months back. Will definitely visit again for my phone needs as I do have 5 lines with sprint.

Their employees were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a phone. I went in not knowing what I wanted and came home with a new phone that works for me. Plus they saved me money on my plan!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had upgrading my phone. The entire staff was pleasant, professional and super helpful.

Ok today I had to take my ex wife into the sprint store to get her another phone as her phone burnt up while charging. Now a little background. She has been diagnosed with dimentia. So you can imagine all the fun we had. We went to the sprint/T mobile store in Gardner Mass. I spoke to one of the guys in confidence and all 4 of them were so helpful and cordial it was so nice. I specifically worked with Nick and Ozzie and they both were so helpful. They spent time showing her how to use the phone and said if you have any questions at all please come to the store and we will work with you to understand the phone. I guess my point is, you have a good crew in that store and all are trained very well and knew exactly what to do in this situation. Keep them and give them all a pat on the back for doing such a great job. I cant say enough, I am retired now 7 years and it makes me fe so good to see young men being so caring to us older folks. Sprint is not only the worst cell provider in the country, they are one of the most dishonest businesses. The services are horrible, the devices are the worst, and the customer service agents will lie constantly. Dont make the mistake of entering this store. What an incredible waste of time and money. They should be shut down.

This store is completely useless. No phones in stock ever. All they do is recommend you drive to leominster. I made an extra effort to use my local store as I only drive through leominster during rush hour and there is no way I am stopping then. This store plans on delivering my one day shipped phone a full 4 days later. They actually blamed UPS. UPS has never let me down but this store has never got one thing right. Sprint please put this store under new management
