As a Big Lots store goes I found it better than most clean friendly staff well filled shelves and overall excellent experience for a Big Lots

Great service, I bought my outside patio set there for a great price and everyone was so helpful in assisting me to get it into my vehicle.

Very good people that go out of there way to help you with what ever your needs are and some of the best prices around, and they always have what you need. Right on big lots my hats off to ya, keep up the good work. Many blessings to you all.

Very nice store fairly good size with a good selection of products. A workers willing to help you find the items your looking for. With all big lots they good product at a price that wont kill your wallet. If you live around the area stop in and see for yourself.

The man named Paul at the Gardner Ma Biglots was super helpful and very nice! Its very nice to have someone be so helpful! Thats not always the case.

Shelves were sparse. Already doing the change over from Christmas.

I went in to check out the movies they had on sale, and ended up looking at mattresses. They didnt have what I was looking for, but that didnt stop the manager Pam from trying to find it for me. Unfortunately they are discontinuing the mattress I liked so she couldnt find one, but she tried real hard. I ended up getting a store card and found some of the things I cant find anywhere else. They do have some of those hard to find items.

Dan is fantastic. I have never had as much information about programs offered before. Presentation of articles and furniture ideas was great. We went in for a bed frame and came out with other items for the bedroom.I am definitely going back to big lots and see Dans pleasant smile and helpful attitude.

The employees were lacking knowledge on their own inventory

Have been waiting over 6 weeks for a piece that is missing on our hard cover gazebo . We have it up . When we had put it together on the 2 nd day noticed pieces missing. They keep telling us piece on its way heres tracking order number. Still hasnt been sent. It gonna be 90 degrees today and no shade. It ll be winter be they send us anything. Better business bureau here we come. Ive never had a mess like this from them before. We usually send good money there and buy lots of big money items. Needs to be made right!!

Very friendly at the gardner store however the fitchburg cashiers were rude and management seemed not to care about customer expectations and experience

A good place to go for canned goods, furniture, and bedding. The seasonal stuff is always good. They keep it pretty clean too.

The Gardner store is always neat and clean... always asked if I need help and cashiers are always nice and pleasant...

The store itself is clean, and for the most part very well laid out. The staff are non-existent except for checking out. The cashier we had was very personable .

Ive always loved this store their quality of clothes is matches about any kind of clothing youre going to find in Walmart sometimes better.

Big lots is a good place to get good bargains,but I really give it a poor rating because it doesnt or cant compete with job lots hands down

Usually very good customer service and things are a bit cheaper than department stores. Tonight I tried to go in to the store as it was nearly to closing I needed one thing and knew exactly where to get it I would have been in and out in 2 minutes...I walked in at 8:57 and they were nearly out the store closing the store! If you are supposed to be open till 9 you take anyone until that time hits. I was really annoyed

I agree with you Drew ! I myself have dark skin and I too were followed by a lead team member. I felt humiliated as well . Im new to the area and she made me feel so unwelcomed. I rather spend my hard earned money else where !

Cheap stuff for cheap. There are hidden gems though. I have found Pfaltzgraff mugs there before, as an example.
