The lady at paint counter offered great advice, was personable, i bought what I needed and was outta there. Good deal.. just wish paint was on sale, maybe next time.

I had a list, walked in. A woman at the counter asked if she could help me and in about 10 minutes (minus time to pet the cat) my list was cheerfully filled and I was on my way. I wasnt in a hurry and I was treated as though my needs were of the utmost urgency. Bravo, Gardner Aubuchon!

Went in for a chain for my chain saw. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but was able to adapt and over come by buying a bigger bar and chain . Did receive help when I was there and the service was great . Definitely recommend this store.

Online orders are risky in the Gardner, MA Aubuchon store. Beware of ordering online for curbside pickup. I was given a dented can. Actually, two products purchased, both handed off dented. That is not a coincidence. When I told my friend about it afterwards, she said They did the same thing to me. She had a 40-pound bag of bird seed deposited in her trunk only to discover when she got home that they gave her a torn bag, with who knows how much spilled in the store. Apparently the Gardner store chooses to use curbside pickup as an opportunity to dump damaged goods. Online buyers beware. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I have never had a bad experience when I shopped inside the Gardner, MA store. Due to the pandemic, I dont go into stores unless I must.

Organized,clean store with a lot of inventory. Staff was easy to deal with and polite. I was able to pick up deck rail planters that will fit my rails. I have been looking for rail boxes for my deck for years and were never able to find ones that fit plus these planter boxes are well made/high quality. There more expensive than a big box store,but higher quality you get what you pay for. I was very impressed with the store.

The sales guy was very informative, helpful and friendly. Aubuchon has never disappointed me, no matter which store I go to or what item I am stopping in to buy. Even if they cant help me, for whatever reason, they will point me to another company which could, such as Home Depot or Lowes. Aubuchon truly cares more about its customers than about just making sales. Thats why it is my first stop when doing any kind of project.

The personal service of Corey and Paul in the paint department made the matching of my stain choice so much less stressful than I anticipated. I wish I had known that this Aubuchon would help me choose before I had all those little tinsel of Wrong Colors from other places.

Its a pleasure to shop at Aubuchon - order online, pay by your computer, and then just go have an employee place it politely into the back of your car. Oh, if all shopping worked like Aubuchon!

At 11:50am we tried to go into the store but an employee stopped us and said we could not go in because they were closing from 12:00pm to 12:45 for lunch. It would have taken us less than 10 minutes to get what we needed. Very odd.

The only store in the area with folding beach chairs. And they had a good selection too. It would have been even nicer if all of them had prices posted. We had to ask. Still, Worth shoppi g locally

Local hardware store that has been in buisness for generations. Many local stores have closed and the availability of merchandise is spotty at times. A bit more expensive than competitors although the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

A bit pricy but helpful

Bought a drill and they sold me the case with no drill. I went back (30 min drive one way) and they pulled the drill from the display rack and put it in my case. Not even a new box. The manager did apologize but nothing else.
