Don’t Bother - had issue with our washing machine so I called stasukelis appliance for a service call. After hours so I expected a voicemail box that I could leave a message on - there was none. Their website has a ‘service request form’ so I filled that out and submitted that. They also had an email address listed so I messaged that as well. Weeks later and I haven’t heard anything from them. There’s much better (and more responsive) options out there.

The service at the time of delivery was the best I’ve ever experienced! My husband couldn’t praise them enough. I will be buying all my appliances from them. Love my Speed Queen washer and dryer! So happy to support a small family owned business.

After many years of being a customer including purchasing all of our appliances from Stasukelis when we built our house in 2008, I am very disappointed with their current customer service. I ended up cancelling my order for a new dryer because of the very poor customer service. I will never do business with Stasukelis again. I ended up purchasing the same model dryer elsewhere, for less money, extended warranty and next day delivery including hookup and removal of the old machine (I would be waiting another 2 weeks with Stasukelis. I cant wait that long for a working dryer! I already waited a week). I am still waiting for the full refund of my money from Stasukelis. As of early evening it was not in my account yet. I guess this is what happens when John the owner is on vacation.

Absolutely wonderful service. The two gentlemen who delivered my new dryer couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. Stausukelis Appliance has been around for years and always has been known for their customer service. I feel great that I bought from a local business and will continue to do so. Their price was very competitive with the big box stores with the added bonus of great service!

They fixed our Maytag dryer when it started making a squealing noise. We have new kitchen appliances being delivered in about a week or so. My parents have known the Stasukelis for over 30 years.

Guy on the phone was completely standoffish, and the tech didnt even want to be there, did absolutely nothing.

We had never done business with Stasukelis Appliance until our kitchen designer suggested we look at their appliances for our new kitchen. We had already visited a couple of other local appliances stores and the local big box stores. Not one person in those stores had the knowledge or could answer questions about their appliances like John Stasukelis and his staff. By far, they were able to help us with every aspect of our kitchen renovation. Our salesman, Shane, did an amazing job putting together several appliance package options to chose from. Although we purchased the appliances a bit early in the project, John held the appliances until we were ready for delivery. The delivery team arrived right time and did an outstanding job under less than ideal circumstances, carefully bringing each appliance into our house and setting each up. Over all, Stasukelis gets 5 stars, a great company to business with. And theyre local and family owned.

Never been there but glad we stopped in. Went to a certain orange big box company to get appliances and had a miserable experience. Went to Stasukelis and more than happy with the sales people and service from them. Would definitely go back for more in the future

Called last week to schedule an appointment for repair of my Thermador double convection oven. I told the woman I have an error code of F64 on the control panel of the oven intermittently and it meant the lower oven cooling fan was not working. I gave her both the model and serial numbers of my oven. She stated Rick would be coming out on June 2nd between 1 and 2pm.Skip to June 2nd; Rick came to the house and I explained what was wrong so he proceeded to check the oven. After about 15 or 20 minutes he said he can’t get the oven out of the cabinet so there was nothing more he could do. I told him that when I called I gave the error code but he said he didn’t know what the code meant off the top of his head and he would have to double check to make sure it really was the fan in the lower oven. He also said he had to check with his boss to see where we go from here and his boss would call me.I ended up calling my husband to see if he knew how to get the oven out because his company did our cabinets. He said it’s either screwed in or it just pulls out. Rick then stated he couldn’t get it out more than an inch and he has to keep moving because he had other repairs. He said if I could get the oven out then that would solve the problem and he could fix it.Call me crazy, but when I call a repair man I expect he would know how to work on the item he is repairing and/or bring someone with him if need be. I gave the woman on the phone the model number so one quick check on line would confirm the need for at least 2 people to move my monstrous beast of an oven.So as of now, my intermittently shutting off oven won’t stay on longer than 5 minutes, which is worse than before Rick came out, and I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone at Stasukelis to try and get my oven fixed. I can’t even attempt to get it removed until I get a date for repair and there’s no guarantee it will be fixed once it’s out.Today was a complete and total waste of time and I’ve learned my lesson. I’m contacting another repair company that will understand what the problem is, make sure they bring the help they need to remove my oven, and bring the necessary parts. Overall I’m incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied.

This is a family owned store. Very nice people and will match or beat the big store prices. They are honest and not out to make a sale, they are looking to get you what you want for the best price. And they service their appliances too. I will buy all my appliances from them

Our refrigerator went done over night and called for service. Was told that they had no one on today and it would be Monday afternoon before any one could stop by.About 5 hours later today we get a call saying the technician walk in the store.Needless to say Rick H. came out and got it operating properly.Great service and Rick was GREAT.Rad Rob Templeton

They have a friendly, knowledgable staff and service technicians who are always available to assist our residents and landlords in keeping our appliances and coin operated laundry machines in top running shape. I went to get an air conditioner for my son. We picked one according to the store models, paid and when they went to get one out back they were all out. They gave me a way better model for the same Price! Best customer service I have seen in a long time!

I did get a call back shortly from John from Stasukelis Appliance after posting this. I was asked to clarify. Re-reading this I agree with John that it looks like I bought the fridge from them; So I promised I would correct that this interaction was for service that Whirlpool set up. Which I would also recommend staying clear of Whirlpool.This appliance was not purchased at their store. I only had a service experience that was brokered by Whirlpool. So I cant speak about the store itself. But lets be honest, your not going to have a problem at the store. So I feel my experience with Service is pretty relevant. It was purchased from Lowes originally. I would also like to add that the first fridge that was delivered was DOA and Lowes came to drop off another one, that was last year. A year later now my fridge is dead again.My experience with Stasukelis Appliance (Service):I took Tuesday and Wednesday off work this week to have them come out to look at/fix the refrigerator. Whirlpool messed up scheduling so no one showed up or called Tuesday. I then called Stasukelis Appliance Tuesday afternoon and spoke with John. They had only just received the request from Whirlpool and they could not come out because they do not service on Wednesday.Took the day off (Friday, now I missed 2 days of work this week) being promised their best guy would be coming by today between 2-3. I get called literally 5 minutes ago 2:55 that hes not coming because my fridge needs to be completely warm before working on it. You would think they would have mentioned this on Tuesday when I called rather than 15 minutes before they are supposed to be here. I understand they couldnt work on it in the state it was in; but they could have come by to look at it. I am not an appliance expert. What if there was something I missed that they could have spotted had they come by and look at it.At the end of the day, commend them for calling me and trying to work things out. But they missed the target on service regardless where the fridge was bought or that Whirlpool makes a crappy product. At least come out on the day you promised you would be here to look at the thing.

My sons washer was not working. Called Stadukelis. They said they would send John out that day, between 11-12. He was there @ 11. Did a complete inspections & explained the options. My son decided to purchase a new machine. Stadukelis delivered it at the quoted time. They r also one of the few business that do their own repairs. Everyone, from the woman who took my call, to the repairman, couldnt have been nicer, or more accommodating. Highly recommend them.

We recently bought a washer and dryer on a Friday, and it was delivered on Saturday. Upon delivery we noticed some damage, without hesitation the delivery men took it back and brought us a new one that day. I have never seen such good service on anything I have purchased. About a week later we noticed a clicking noise from the dryer, I called and Jason came out and took care of everything. I would never hesitate To Purchase anything from them again. Great place for sales and service.

Always went to these guys, referred in laws to them, now that the old man is not around it has gone downhill quick. Father in law bought a fridge, all screwed up, these guys tried to fix it repeatedly, then gave up. Just stopped returning his calls. My father in law had to replace the fridge all together with one bought elsewhere. My whole family was loyal to you guys for three generations. Every appliance in my house is from you guys, but never again.

Just bought an amazing used washer from them. Clean and obvious new parts installed. They refuse to sell bad items. Period.

Purchased over $10K in appliance a couple of years ago, full kitchen. Nothing but trouble with the Bosch refrigerator. They did replace the whole refrigerator once with a call from my attorney. New refrigerator same model and still a piece of junk. Stasukelis stopped calling me back. Very nice when I called, said they would call me back, never did. Tried a couple of time but they wont call back and I have a refrigerator that is junk.Wouldnt recommend doing business with these guys.
