I wanted to say thank you SO much to Dustin. He saved me this morning. I was in a hurry and left my cell phone on top of my car. He saw it slide off the back and grabbed it for me. He also brought it to my house. I am so thankful for his generosity. He went above and beyond and for that I will always be grateful.
Very happy to have this store in town. We used the mailbox services they offer during a move and it was nice to have a local mailbox. The staff is always friendly when I visit. Today, I was in a pinch to get a form notarized and I was able to get it done within 5min! Huge help!
I had a pretty complicated printing job. It involved some pages in color, some in grayscale, resizing, and booklet style printing. I received the best service! A customer service rep - Maggie - did an amazing job walking me through the process. She was incredibly patient with me as I described what was needed. We were able to get the important documents printed! Very friendly staff - will definitely be back for other needs!
We have used our local UPS store numerous times and have always been impressed with the quality of their work, professionalism and timeliness of getting our projects done on time! Dawn and her team are amazing!
Ive been in twice, and both times the lady that was working was pretty rude/short toward the customers and not the least bit pleasant. Not sure if she just dislikes her job or was having a bad day, but I will not be using this location anymore even though its the closest to my house. Id rather go somewhere people appreciate getting customers.
I had wedding invitations done,. I do not recommend this place for anything the owner, Dawn is one of the rudest people youll meet with no customer service skills, or print skills, took her several attempts on a simple card, she continuely made mistakes then upcharged me for the mistakes and extra time. She ddnt have time to meet with me the customer, whick would have eliminated the extra time. . I even provided her a picture.to go off of. So if you need a job done quickly and correct go somewhere else.
I really like the Gardner UPS Store. Every time I go there I get great service. Very personal and very friendly. I highly recommend them for all your shipping and packing needs. I also appreciate their document destruction service that they run through Iron Mountain. I have a personal shredder but their rate for secure document destruction is very inexpensive and well worth it. Time is money and I value my time. If you feel the same, then you should utilize their document destruction service.Their employees are knowledgeable. The systems they have are very efficient and as a system person, I can tell they know what they are doing and do it well.What I like the most about them is that even if they have a lot of people in the store, they acknowledge you and let you know that they will get to you soon. Its the little things that make them stand out.
The older lady working in this location it’s the rudest and bad on customer service. I usually rather user other locations and not deal with Gardner. This time I was dropping a small package and unfortunately she took care of me she can even say thank you after she it’s done with you and just leave wondering. It’s not the first time also she started helping some else no with a good actitud
I personally have been in this store a dozen times since moving to Gardner over 2.5 years ago, and I can not say enough nice things about this place. I have really only used this location so far for dropping off Amazon returns and prepaid packages. I did however have an Aamzon return not get scanned/updated when dropped off and Dawn was super helpful and called me back and put in the efforts to help me figure out where and why this pacakge was not updating. We got it all figured out though and all was well in the end. There was another younger girl there who helped me with this as well. She was SUPER helpful and kind, really made me feel like she cared about my business, and where my package was. I send out roughly 50-100 orders every 1.5-2 weeks, and because of shipping costs I use USPS most of the time. However, because of the horrible customer service I have recieved from USPS in Gardner and the issues with packages not scanning in when dropped off as well as issues with the MAJOR delays ( i am talking up to 3-4 weeks for items to arrive to their destination even though it says 1 or 2 day shipping) I have chose to use UPS from here on out if the customer chooses to pay a little extra (most have, as I said we are sick of the delays).
I had a document that needed to be sent overnight. After USPS said they couldn’t get it there in time, I went to UPS and paid an absurd amount to ship it overnight by 10am. It’s now 3pm at the destination and no one can tell me where my package actually is and why it wasn’t delivered on time. I could have paid a fraction and sent USPS to get it there in 2 days. Won’t ship here again!

Dawn and her crew are the best! Every time Ive been in the shop Ive witnessed efficient, friendly, and most importantly, competent service. I just had a slight delivery status problem with brown and they got it figured out in a timely manner.As an added bonus, they even have posters up and crayons out for folks who come in with their children.

Thank you. My package was initially late, but the driver had it here within 20 minutes of Amazons promised time... in the freezing cold (13°f) on a Friday night! I dont know how else to give credit where its due. It was important I got this, this weekend.
I walked in to print off some sheets. Usually I use the UPS store on 87th and 435 and get great service there. I walked in and the 2 older ladies behind the counter were pushy and rude. It was awful service. I use the library now when Im in Gardner. I dont recommend this place at all. Good luck.
Package did not ship on schedule from this store!! no assistance from ups to correct the problem. just out of luck! very disappointed. i expected shipping to be more reliable from a ups store!
Absolutely LOVE Dawn. We ship a lot of difficult to handle items from here and they handle them beautifully! Love having an account here.
I forgot my phone in the store on a busy prechristmas Saturday. I emailed the store on a guess it may be there and the owner replied so I could quit looking until I retrieved it Monday.
Dawn is a wonderful. Customers are #1 priority. Quality and prompt service.

What a great resource for small business owners in Gardner, Kansas. The staff at this UPS store are wonderful.
Printed and laminated 3 pages when I indicated 1 page. No contact to ask. The last page was literally blank. This is not the first time that a simple phone call would have avoided a mistake from that store. Poor customer service, and poor reflection on the UPS brand.
