Josè and his wife Leah run an amazing shop. They’re very kind, honest, and upfront. I received absolutely exceptional service as well as a VERY thorough inspection. One of the best local shops in the region. Prices are market rate or better. Infinite patience for questions. Honest and forthcoming. Anyone who doesnt think this is a good shop simply doesnt know what theyre looking at. I drive 25 minutes from a town with more than 20 shops to come here when feasible.

I love coming here. Jose gets right to point, he doesnt try to force you to do anything unnecessary. He actually educates you on youre vehicle and gives you options if something is out of your price range. He is a great guy and great mechanic. I will definitley keep coming back!

Horrible, I was recommend to this place from my local auto zone, but let me say this No, No, No and No I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone. He said he specializes in diagnostic and he was terribly wrong and I really think that he thought that it was a money grab for him because I was female and my car was completely down, but he tried to charge over $600 for ( a tune up basically)something wasnt wrong with my car and I told him that was an expensive guess No Thank you I had someone else look at it and he took no more than 10 minutes to see it was my fuel pump went out, had him fix it and was on my way.

Dont trust these guys. They tried to charge me $1,520 for something that costs $120!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause I heard great things about them. Never again. They couldve had a great customer. Smh

Finding an honest mechanic is hard and you are foolish to take your car anywhere else. Truly a great person.

Jose did some great work on my car today. It was last minute and he was very understanding of my situation. Its hard to find good mechanics now a days but he is one. Will be back soon for more excellent work and services

Jose is the best and, Leah the receptionist made my repair super smooth. I thought I would need a brand new engine, but no. Jose fixed an issue I had for over a year in a matter of minutes AND FOR HALF THE PRICE!! The other shop I went to quoted me something ridiculous. Even though its farther out from me, Ill definitely be returning because I can truly tell when someone is passionate about their work and it really makes a difference. Complimentary phone charging as well.

Jose and Leah are amazing, Jose pretty much knows his stuff with cars. I was nervous at 1st about having someone new look at my car but I am so glad I choose him. The fact that he guarantees his work says something about his character. Leah just brings it home with her beautiful attitude the customer service here is something you dont get often.

Hands down the best shop around period. I would go so far as to say this may very well be the very best shop in all of northeast Ohio. Coming from someone who does all of their own repairs and maintenance, I find it very hard to trust someone to work on my car. I trust Jose with not only my car, but have also referred all of my friends, family, and anyone else to jose as well. The boulevard garage has the very best customer service youll ever experience from an auto repair shop, bar none. He will take the time to make sure that you fully understand what hes doing and why it needs to be done. Will take a phone call for as long as it takes and answer as many question as he has to to ensure clarity and transparency with the repairs and the process associated with it. Jose worked with me tremendously on a very complex and expensive repair for my vehicle. He could have very well taken my money and did a repair that would have sent me on my way, but knowing that in doing so, the main problem causing the issues would not be fixed. He informed me that he could not, in good conscience perform such a repair, and offered me the option to pick up my vehicle and find someone who would, after explaining the dangers in doing so, and even dropped the bill for the tow and inspection should I decide do that, I couldve picked up my vehicle, been on my way, and paid nothing. Even after diagnosing and covering the cost of the tow. Needless to say, I declined and authorized the necessary repairs and my vehicle is now In better condition then it was when i bought it.not only did he do a phenomenal job on the repair but also repaired or replaced things that needed to be done at no extra charge. Best customer service, very knowledgeable, and best value and pricing around. He will NOT try to upsell you on things you dont need and will even triage your vehicle and tell you what needs done immediately, what can wait, and how long it can wait without causing further issues. He is NOT here to Nickle and dime you and seriously does everything he can do to ensure customer satisfaction, above and beyond what can be expected from any repair shop.I seriously cannot commend jose and the boulevard garage enough. I have finally found a good mechanic I can trust.

This shop is the only shop that I go to because they are honest and always do a great job. They always work with you on the prices and have wonderful attitudes.

I am new to the area and my car broke down, so I chose to go with the Boulevard Garage because it was close and I prefer to shop local as opposed to larger chains. This place made me regret that decision. Jose, a technician at the shop, was an extremely condescending and disrespectful person to interact with. As a woman in my late 30s, 8 would prefer not to be referred to as honey and young lady particularly by a person that I am attempting to so business with, as well as not be told Im not crazy when he finally realized there was something wrong with my vehicle. He went back and forth as to a diagnostic fee i was not informed until after my car was in their possession, a few he went back and forth on whether I would be charged. He was unable to figure out what was wrong with my car, but if i wanted to wait 3 to 4 weeks, he could maybe find the time to figure out what the issue was.In the end, I paid for nothing, with even the dealership I purchased the car from not understanding why I was charged the fee for zero service. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your mechanical needs. This is not the place.
