I pretty much can find everything i need here and the prices are reasonable. Ive only had two experiences where i was spoken to in a rude manner by employees. There is one guy who typically works the register closets to the door who is always polite, always speaks, and is extremely helpful. I appreciate him being there. There are others besides him that are very helpful. I also work at Cosmopolitan Dermatology and i refer a lot of patients to this store who live closer to the area because they carry the Royal Oils Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner.

I asked for an item and the lady told what aile it was on, but she wasnt stopping what she was doing to help. Nor, when I was leaving with nothing, she never even asked did I find what I was looking for or have a good day. You want people to shop in this high priced hair store, teach your staff how to greet your customers properly and assist when they are asked where to find something in your establishment. That little effort goes a long way, when people come in to spend money.

Love that they really have a huge selection of hair care products. Even some that I cannot find anywhere else.

Really nice and fully stocked. The only thing I was not fond of was a lot of items had no prices on them. So you had to constantly ask. The prices are a little high. They have a lot of brands most do not have. Oh one more thing I was not fond of was it is DEBIT CARD OR CASH ONLY. NO CREDIT CARDS. You will not know until you get to the counter where there is a small sign on the register.

Amazing selection of hair and make up and accessories. New to the area but already a staple in my beauty needs.

Very nice and big beauty supply store. They have so many brands and product lines! A whole isle full of lashes 😍 Staff was extremely helpful and nice definitely gonna be my go to beauty supply store.
