Both store I went to didnt have what I wanted usually they have it😔

Polite employees, knowledgeable where there products are.

Imagine shopping for 30 minutes only to get to the check out to be told he doesnt have change just throw the cash register away then 😡😡😡

I had been there prior, nice empty store. I was directed to an aisle to find health and beauty but couldnt find body wash there. I was redirected to find it on a BEHIND the counter aisle with other HB products. I guess anything thats being shoplifted is back behind the counter, it looked like it.

Typical family dollar, this one is put together a little better than most in this type of area.

Short staffed had to stand in for 10 or more minutes

The staff is wonderful. Especially Inez. My complaint is that there are always carts full of stuff blocking access to the shelves

I used to like this store but since the pandemic this store has became messy and unorganized. i just went in there & there is lint and dust all on the floor. the floors look as if it hasn’t been mopped, and the cdc requirements have not been followed. this was my go to store & now i refuse to go in there.

I go to this store a lot it use to be clean but lately the floors are dirty all the time. You can barely move around the store without boxes being around. At times I even smell Marijuana in that store you would think they are smoking right in the store. Some employees are good but my opinion there have been times where some of the employees seem to worry more about their personal life and their phones then doing their job. Seems to me they need new management in that store and some new employees that will actually do their job.

Not bad at all, 1st Family Dollar in Garfield Hts that I come to. Very clean, staff was great. It was just a bit cluttered but they were restocking. I got all the school supplies I needed for my child. Very organized and now they sell beer there too haha. Very poor selection on that area but Im guessing they are just starting. Will definitely come back.

This store is constantly unorganized, filthy, just down right disgusting. Living within walking distance of this store has always been convenient. Now I will choose to shop at another location or maybe not at all. Employees at this store aren’t friendly nor knowledgeable on anything in reference to this store. My recommendation would be to close down this location or maybe higher ups should visit this location for a site visit unannounced.

This Family Dollar was nice when it opened but now its terrible. Very unorganized and dirty. They need new management and employees. If that were my store I would walk in and say ...youre fired...its terrible.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly! They tend to run out of the pull ups for my baby girl but to me that isnt their fault. Love this one better than the one next-door to Handels

I normally get great service here but tonight I was treated very poorly by the woman at the counter. I didnt get her name but this was at seven pm on January 29th. I asked for Newport menthol 100s and she brought the full flavors and I said those are the wrong kind can I please get the menthol. She proceeds to rudely state that I said reds and I said I speak fast but said menthol and she continued to argue about it. I was pleasant with her until she told me I know what I heard and you said reds I dont refer to full flavor cigarettes as reds in the first place and have never smoked them so I would never get that confused. She demanded me to insert my card chip and rolled her eyes continuing with her foul attitude. I will be reporting this to their manager and corporate as well. She should work somewhere else where she dont have to deal with customers she obviously cant communicate respectfully with.

I love this store because I love the staff. Theyre always out of something tho. They have a spot for summers eve products but NEVER have the summers eve wash. No matter what time of the month or week I go its just never there

The Manager Jennifer is a very unorganized; personal life is in the work place. Sexual harassment with every Male In store.Her performance as a manager is shameful. Who did she every get such an opportunity. Cant maintain the store; employees are quitting due to harassment. The News Channels will soon receive this review and her leaving the job and not returning until closing.Stock in store is piling up in store. Smell of marijuana on her when she out in her car hours at time. With her young employee.🤨🤔😡😠. Our items purchased are being put in garbage bags; due to lack of ordering them.SORRY / RUDE/ HOW DID SHE GET HIRED; THIS YOUNG LADY. NEED TO BE REPLACE.😡😠😡😃🤔😠😡😠😡 SAD SAD. DESTROYING FAMILY DOLLARS IMAGE.....

Store was very clean and well stocked.

Love the people and the store on general. Sometimes its a bit unorganized because there is so much changing all the time bug the people here help 100% and are always so friendly.

Excellent place to go in a jiffy. Crew is super friendly and fast to take care of you.

The store is totally trashed and has been for the past month..so sad I used to love this store...Again they have no leadership in this store..months later the store has been trashed again..please get a manager that cares about the store and our community

Very busy. Only one cashier and he was going really slow with this young girl because he was too busy flirting to ring her stuff up properly which made the wait longer. Never going back

Ghetto-every time I go there is something wrong with the credit machine and I cannot cancel out if I want to use my credit card and without using my pin number, yesterday they run out of bags. I try not go this Family Dollar. Something is always going wrong at this store.
