You place an order ahead for in store pick up and the doors are locked you have to go through the drive-thru. You have already paid for the drink now your drinks will be cold because youre in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes very unprofessional and not to mention they have been out of product a lot.. This company is definitely going downhill very sad situation. This is their employees. Definitely looks good.

Honestly, anymore it is hit or miss. Not sure what happened to the whip cream on this day but it has nothing to do with being short staffed. Please fill the cups, we pay for it. Quality at this location is always questionable but the staff has always been friendly.

This morning the woman working the drive thru was amazing. Helpful in my drink choice and so friendly. You could really hear the smile in her voice as she talked over the headset.

Im not sure what disasters seem to befall the place on a daily basis, but the wait in the drive thru can be up to 20 to 30 minutes in the afternoon or later. Plus, they trap you in line so you cant decide to leave. No line at any other starbucks is ever as long of a wait even with twice the amount of customers in line.

Dont know why they were out of the Double Bacon Gouda at 6:50 in the AM but the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino was pretty tasty.

If you like a good Americano, find another Starbucks. This is brown water. Not once, three times now. Tighten up, Starbucks

Why did you change your hours? I would come every morning for my drink before I go to work and for the past week you’ve been closed. Very disappointed.

Completely messed up my drinks and this was not the only time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because they were busy but this second time I was the only one in line and they still messed up both of my drinks.

Always closed, slow...honestly not sure how they are open for business when there always closed. Went there at 8 in morning drive thru blocked off and workers had doors locked even tho they say they are open.. Worst experience at a starbucks ever.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the cleveland area. all the employees are so friendly and happy. They make an effort to greet you and get to know you even when they are super busy. The service is fast and my drink is always right. The inside is very clean which makes you feel safe if you go in to order.

Extremely long line but it moved quickly. My mobile order confused them for a minute but they did have it ready. I would expected a SHAKEN espresso to be shaken (i.e. blended), but Im sure they made it correctly and Starbucks just doesnt get that words matter. Overall, I would come back and recommend this location.

Daughter loves their iced drinks, I find them over priced! Service here at the drive thru can be very busy at times as its just off the freeway. Never had a problem with an order. Just dont like the prices. Best to find the drink hacks online and make them yourself for so much less. There coffee is OK, not amazing. I dont feel its worth spending $6/day unless you have the $$ to blow.

Most times they get it right when it comes to my order. In the times the dont, they get it really wrong. For coffee drinkers, this is how we start our day. Good service and staff overall, most times its so busy it would be totally understandable to not be nice but theyre personalitites never disappoint.

Very small Starbucks but great place for me to hang out while waiting for my son to finish activities at nearby Trinity High School. Always a seat to relax in.

Stopped this morning around 11:30 and had the most pleasant experience I ever had at a coffee shop. The guy taking orders was such a delight! In our 30 second interaction he had me smiling and laughing (despite still being caffeine deprived, so thats impressive). Plus, there was quite the line in front of me. I was expecting to be waiting at least 20 minutes but made it through in like 5. They were so efficient!

It looks like the staff need a moral boost, because they all seemed really tired (which is fair in summer 2020). I wish the best for them. The food and drink were great, they did a good job.

Waited 15 minutes on free coffee day. Just to have them tell me there was no such thing. After I pay for my coffee I looked it up online and showed them that they were offering free coffee on 9/29/20. But they wouldnt give me the free coffee, and They got my order wrong. My go to place for hot and cold coffees, teas, so many other drinks, if your looking for something without caffeine I recommend trying the Pink Drink (coconut milk and berries, so yummy) breakfest sandwiches, or a light lunch. The bakery they have, ask to have it warmed up, its so good. Staff is always friendly. Usually fast service but Remember this is Starbucks so at peek times, it may seem like service is a bit slower but its not, really. Please consider the volume of orders being placed, also occasionally they do hire new people and with new people they have to be trained so be mindful and patient with the new hires but within a day or two theyre service is just as quick as the more seasoned employees.

Stopped in here while driving down the Ohio Turnpike. It is quite convenient as youre traveling along.The service was great - which is normal for a Starbucks. My drink was perfect, exactly what Id expect. The only downside was the cinnamon roll I got was a bit dry. It still tasted good, but the dryness took away from the enjoyment of it.Overall, if youre driving through and need a coffee fix, this is a great place to stop.

One of the best Starbucks in Northeast, Ohio! The location is super convenient- nestled right in between all of the major freeways. They have given me free drinks when the line has been excessively long and the wait longer than normal. The staff is always kind and upbeat and has a great sense of humor. Ordered my coffee via mobile app. Then when I arrived decided to add on the Sous Vide egg bites with red bell peppers. LUSCIOUS! And my Venti Decaf Americano was PERFECT.*sigh of contentment* Bliss!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks almost 7 years now. I’ve noticed in the past year or so the service has gotten slower and slower as the regular workers have either quit or moved on. The new folks being hired on aren’t as efficient even after being there for a time. My orders are ok most of the time but I can wait in a drive thru line almost 20 minutes with only 4 or 5 cars in front. I saw someone say that it was unsafe at night. Wrong. If you aren’t comfortable being around diverse and eclectic people then you’re going to be that scary person locking your doors and clutching your purse for no reason. I’ve been in this area for 20 plus years and if you want your coffee at night you will be just fine.

Coffee is often barely warm. They forget things like cream and mix up orders. Drive thru is extremely slow regardless of how many cars are lined up. Going inside usually isnt any quicker.

I really like this starbucks, for a few reasons. While many starbucks have drive thrus, not many have very conveniently accessible ones. This one is a breeze to get through. The employees here are always very friendly. My drink is always made perfect here. It is right by the highway, easy on/off if youre travelling by.Edit: Still the only starbucks that makes my drink amazing every time. Love this one.
