I went to this store today and was looking for a solid gold chain. I asked did she know the weight of the gold chains. She said no she can call somewhere and they will tell her. I asked you dont have a scale? She said no. So I bought a 14k gold chain it was beautiful. But when I got home and weighed it was 4 grams only worth 120$ in gold I paid 900.00$ I will be returning it.

Good service, prices and quality could be a bit better, but thats what you get from a chain store.

I like it staff is friendly and knowledgeable prices are reasonable they have nice quality jewelry and sales .

Worst customer service experience!! They have no system to ask if people are just picking up an order so they don’t have to wait an hour while they spend 30 minutes per customer or more picking out items, making up their minds, etc.Don’t come here!!

My son and I broke one of my watches while playing one afternoon. I took it in for repairs the following day expecting a cost of near 75 dollars. I took it in the next day and it was repaired quickly and at no charge! I have been shopping there since 2011 and will continue to. These people have been wonderful and deserve my thanks.

I brought my engagement ring here to be inspected and cleaned. My ring isnt even from Kays. We got it custom made from a small company based in California so I needed a go to place for inspections. This is it. Theyre amazing. Jeff is phenomenal. Really friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I would have known about Kays warrenty policies before we bought my ring. It sounds like one you cant beat. Highly recommend this location!

Not local guide friendly. After taking 2 pics of the outside someone came out to ask if they could help as we were walking inside. We came to see about a watch band replacement, but I was immediately approached by 3 people all at once and felt like I was looked at as someone casing the place. I left immediately.

I went to this Kays on Feb 6 around 4:30 the first sales associate to approach me was very rude she gave me a hard time because I didnt have my paper work. I was asked if I knew the location where it was purchased she said that this was the only way to locate me in the registry, I told her I believed it was purchased from the Richmond Hts location she said she couldnt locate it. Another sales associate came to my rescue she found it at the Richmond location, she asked the rude associate what kind of ring is it and she replied a little marquise. I dont understand the reason for the rudeness or sarcasm. I was very offended and hurt I hope she learns how to treat customers. I only wanted my ring cleaned and inspected. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!
