Life savers!!! They keep AC capacitors on hand which seems to be rare for hardware stores to do for some odd reason. They definitely saved my evening and my night of sleep. Kudos to management and managing inventory by keeping something so critical for home owners in stock.

I had a very good experience. The clerk asked if I needed help. I had to decline because I knew exactly where to find what I was getting. Every employee was nice to me! A pleasant experience!

I had a really nice experience here. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful even the younger kids they had employed were kind and helpful. I will definitely be trying to use the store more often as opposed to the bigger stores.

The workers were very helpful. I was searching for a certain product (Ego String Trimmer) and couldnt find one anywhere. They had 2 here and they held it for me until I could come and pick it up.We had to wait in line outside.

This is my go to store for quick pick up of supplies. Everyone that works there is quick to help. Its not like pushing a button n waiting forever at Lowes or Home Depot. They also do repairs/orders at the back desk so if you need something special it doesnt hurt to ask. Theres fun special buys in the center aisle from kitchen gadgets to pet toys. It changes all the time.

Not to black friendly dont speak to you when you walk in the door dont ask if you need any assistance took a window in to be repaired January the 25th slotted frame had to chase them down to see if the window was repaired just got the window back today with a straight edge frame on it with no slots I guess just to shut me up just gave me any window but I cant use the window so I just took the one and walked out never going backstill has to find some place to get my window fixed right even though I paid for it up front

Found what I needed, but checkout girls not wearing masks. One was protecting me from her chin and talking across the aisle to the other register. I had to walk through the cloud, but at least I had my mask on.

This place has a tendency to be a little bit more expensive than other places but its very convenient in reference to where my house is and where the store is, saves me travel time but they have always had everything Ive needed when weve had a problem and needed to fix something.

Running for a lawn mower Pole string and they said that they have different kinds and when we went over there they kept saying to buy the ace brand and I asked is there another brand that we could look at and we were told to go somewhere else so we did and it was actually $4 cheaper so thanks Ace

I love my local Ace. It is really the helpful place. I never roam around wasting time looking for something because the guys on the floor are so helpful, they come up to you and ask if they can help. The registers are a little slow and outdated but the customer service is good.

Went there 3 times...awful. bought an item 1st time and went back to return it. Was told I couldnt get refund without receipt. Came back a third time and was told pcs are down so no refund possible. Called manager who didnt seem to really care. Also called corporate with little response. Drove 40 mins each way to no avail. Dont ever shop there!

Went there a week ago looking for a shampoo sprayer to attach to my faucet to shampoo my hair, everyone was so friendly and very helpful

I want to thank one of your sales people who was very helpful to me today with an issue I had with a shower head replacement. He was very patient and offered time and assistance to solve my issue of a non standard fitting problem. I would have walked out of store not buying anything had he not gone extra mile. He showed me the adapter I needed and even suggested a less expensive product that more than handles my requirements.

Very helpful employees. Reward card program offered. Garden, household items, cleaning products, huge hardware selection and more. Outdoor garden center in spring and summer offers a wide variety of plants. Key making services, lawn mower blade sharpening, free popcorn and more make this a great hometown store.

I try to use a smaller local places as much as possible but this was an annoying trip today. I found a hard to get item at Ace online, in a store 15 miles away. Another retailer I ordered a part from had it ready for pickup within a half hour. I went to Ace 2 hours after my order was placed, found the item myself on the rack and they couldnt resolve the online vs in person, so I had to buy it (a 2nd time) and try to cancel the online. No assistance from store. The only value I gained from the trip was valuable advice from a fellow customer who saw what I was getting and offered some tips - none of that from the staff.

This place has so many things you may not even notice on first visit. When looking for great gifts, I always try here. They surprised me several years in a row. Service here is respectful, courteous and always helpful. I sure hope they never close.

I could not believe what I had seen and heard with my own eyes and ears last night at the store. apparent Racism and bigotry against the disabled and blacks, and I am a white conservative and was disgusted.Mocking a disabled young white person, Bringing the mother to near tears. made her a defective key . Until her husband came in to see what the delay was and told her to just leave. Hiding from another black customer to whom it appears he had purposely made defective keys. I have cut keys and the two blanks were cut completely different. I leaned over the rear counter and could see the employee hiding snickering at me. And then Another older man behind the cash counter asking me to leave and not return when I tried to ask to speak to a manager to complain to him about the other man at the service counter. He asked me what the problem was in public with other customers around . And said well of course he wont want to help you. When I said I dont want that employees help. Then he asked me to leave. So I abandoned my cart and items said in my normal voice you just lost two customers and headed for the door and he said Thank you for your past patronage and dont come back loud for everyone to hear.This was 5/10/2018 about 640pm One new employee was friendly and very helpful.

I just left the store and am very disappointed. The total on the register was wrong. Somewhere the numbers weren’t calculating correctly. The sweet cashier called over assistance and a young man came to assist. He insisted the total was correct and he was too busy trying to prove me wrong that he did not catch the error. Then he called an older gentlemen to take a look and the joker just glanced at the screen and said, “Yeah, The screen is correct” and left. He didn’t even acknowledge me. Extremely poor customer service. When they all left I took a closer look with the cashier and come to find out an item was scanned twice. That is why my total never matched theirs. Next time stop trying to prove the customer wrong so hard and actually take time to see where is the error. In addition all of this was done with me being calm. I was not screaming or making a fuss. The cashier lady and the other lady that was there were very kind and helpful. The other two idiot men I dealt with need to re-evaluate their lives. The total was off by $10.00.

1st time I walked in and the place was clean. Neat and the staff friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else.
