From the beginning of when I started working with them it has truly been a waste of my time. Theyre designers work when ever they want and take their time. As a company their word doesnt mean much. I gave them a good about of money for them to start off with the work. the worst part was the month that i lost with this company trying to get them to do the job. With all do respect I would say that the company does not work out. My office sign was in need of help. It is a 24’ long back lit sign. Impression Signs was recommended by a good friend. It is a great recommendation. The design was done quickly and made on time, professionally installed and looks incredible. I could not be more satisfied.

Awning was crooked and the gutter was out of place when I was shown the finished product on my home. I expressed my concerns to the owner, Daniel. He immediately became upset and defensive. He ultimately removed the awning and got in his car to leave. It’s a shame that me, as the customer, had to chase after him and ask if he was upset and leaving. I chose not to do business with him as he clearly displayed he does not have the customers best interest in mind. At the end of the day I was paying for a service so I expected things to be done correctly.
