The pharmacy is not the best. Every time my doc calls in a script, this pharmacy does not have it ready. I’ve waited 24 hours after my doc called it in and they still don’t have it ready. I try to call to see if it’s ready prior to showing up, but half of the time, the pharmacy number will just hang up on me, which is super frustrating. If I show up they can usually get me my script in 10-30 minutes which is another frustration. So as long as you don’t mind waiting around for your scripts, this place is fine.

Went there to get something couldnt find it, the front of the store says go to the pharmacy they can help u find it, i go to pharmacy side they direct me back to the front the front will help u ...is this a joke? I worked at walgreens before and was a manager there, that is not customer service at all...dissapointing. walked right out after and found a different one.

Very nice pharmacy, welcoming, pleasant experience every time I go, my husband went for his covid vaccine, the girl was very professional, excellent service, overall very satisfied and grateful to have a nice, quite place close to home. Thank you

Went to shop while my clothes waswashing at the laundry next door. Found a couple clearance items but at the register they were not ringing up. The response of the manager was I don’t know, it’s not my fault if it’s moved. I told her where would it be moved from if this is the only space, then asked what item was on clearance (there’s a sticker there that says the item and it matches the description) then she rudely continued to say I don’t know. If you don’t know then you shouldn’t be a manger. Very poor customer service from a manager no less.

Very bad service. Lady on pharmacy has a very bad attitude! I dont understand how these kind of people deal with customers. Awful and ridículous! You made an appointment and had to wait like 45 minutes!

One staff in there is rude and Idk is bc I’m Hispanic or what. The service very slow, I have to wait more than 10 min and told me to come back later bc they were busy (CVS doesn’t do that), I told her I’ll be back by 2 pm (that was in the morning). My wife went to pick up my son’s prescription at 3:30pm and nothing was ready, she had to wait an hour to get the prescription. The pharmacy has only 3 employee, and they are vaccinating for COVID, but they left the desk unattended and the customers has to wait not 3 or 5 min., 10 to 30. I thought when they changed from Rite-Aid to Walgreens will be improving the service but I was incorrect.Update May-2021I called the pharmacy to order a refill but the service is worst. They don’t pick up the phone, or they answered and got muted.So you cannot contact them.

Poor lady on the pharmacy. Always with an attitude because there are not enough personnel. She had to do everything!

Very poor Customer Service The Pharmacy stated next caller on line and 48 mins later still no one pick up. Also I called the regular store for Manager and someone hanged up on me 3x and placed me on hold for another 15 mins. I also called the Corporate number they also hanged up on me. I am calling for my Asthma prescription and this is what i had to go through.

Very rude stuff very unprofessional I have to go three times for the same medicine because they emailed me is ready my rx and when I was there for pickup with a bad attitude they told me is not ready and they have so many other things to do not even sorry nothing when rite aid was there before everyone was nice and I never ever waiting but with this Walgreens stuff nope I never go again

You will walk in the store. You will see three registers. You will wait online for 15 minutes with one register open. It wont even cross the managers mind to open another register. This store has been the worst managed store Ive ever been to. No matter what time of day I go its always the same story. They even changed from rite aid to Walgreens and its the same story.

I don’t visit store many times because people are not very friendly.You can walk in the store all day, nobody asking if you need something. I bring my stuff to the register, pay, walk out not even worth of the employee, even a manager, she was packing out, no hi, no by 😄 ... Very unprofessional .

I went to this Rite Aid few days ago, the staff is very friendly. I forgot their names, but i have to say they are well trained. Keep up the good work.

Seven people on line at pharmacy Saturday morning. One person working at the counter, one pharmacist in the back. Customers left the line. Pharmacy staffing has not been adequate since conversion to Walgreens. Not the first time.

Pharmacy is rude and waiting area is very unclean

I get my prescribed medicine from them and I buy other things that I need from there. Their staff are really nice and are willing to help you out with what youre looking for.

This place feels empty once you inside it needs more work and they don’t got a good variety of ice creams and even some shelves are empty
