READ!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!So my family bought a Red Jeep Liberty 2010 to surprise my mom for her birthday. Everyone was really nice, process was really smooth, and this car was super important to my family and I. One of our cars got stolen, one caught a fire, and the other is broken down. We only had 1 car and all 4 of us had to go to work, so that adds on the importance of whatever car we selected. Now, we buy the Red Jeep Liberty, it ends up having a ton of issues so I drive back with my sister 2 days later. The main man tells us that he never got to do a service check so he wasn’t aware that the car had issues they had just gotten it. Luckily, he has another Jeep Liberty and he allows us to trade. He tells me he got that one fully checked, there’s no issues. FALSE, less than 24 hours we realize the heat isn’t working great. I did have to return to the dealership to drop off the spare key for the Red Jeep Liberty. Now, I borrow my mothers car so I can go to work. While trying to just clean the car up a little, I open the passenger door to wipe it and I look down a see a huge orange puddle. I get down on the floor and see the car is leaking. I look at the meter and see the car is over heating. I immediately turn it off and open the hood, all the coolant leaked out. Mind you, the red Jeep Liberty had this as one of the issues, along with many others. I let the car cool down, I refill the coolant and continue working (delivery driver so I can’t afford a car breaking down on me). I drop off a delivery I come back to start the car, it’s so hot that it won’t even start properly. Now I’m stranded and can’t return to work after the guy told me there were no issues. I gave 2 starts because the guys were very nice and they allowed me to trade the car. I’m disappointed because he could’ve told me he didn’t get to check for issues in the red car yet and that’s why he was trying to sell me the black one. Either way still ended up having major issues and now I need to have this car towed and I’m losing money cause I can’t work. This really stressed out my mother and father. I don’t know how to post pictures on here or else I would. NOW these people do negotiate. They are paying to fix the car, giving us new tires, and letting us borrow a car until the car we bought from them is fixed. So although when it comes to informing about issues, sometimes there might be lack in that area BUT these people seem to care for the most part. So should you buy a car from here? Not a terrible idea BUT do your research on the car you want to buy and triple check for issues just so you can be prepared.

Horrible experience buying car here! definitely over paid for a bmw i purchased here. if this post steers 1-2 people away ill be satisfied. they really dont care to help any1 but themselves to your hard earned money!

I emailed the company about the vehicle I was interested in seeing and got a response the very next day. I thought,...wow, very impressive! Hassan told me to let him know my availability. I told him after work (the next day) Id contact him to let him know I was heading over. He agreed. I texted him as I said I would to let him know Id be there in 45mins. He asked, For which vehicle? When I told him, I got no response. I replied again with, Yes or No because Im traveling from far away Still no response. I decided to call and I got Alex who explained to me that Hassan was off today and that the vehicle was still available for me to come see it. Naturally, I was super excited! Im on my way until I get a call from Alex telling me, Before you come all this way, I wanted to tell you that somebody just came in and purchased the car...but we have other cars. My emotions were all over the place because I had just headed into the state and couldnt turn back. I just replied with nah, thats ok. Im not interested, and hung up the phone. Later on I see that some time later Hassan had texted me back telling me that he was busy with a customer and for me to stop by. Really?! But Alex said Hassan was off... What the hell just happened really? Theres absolutely NO WAY that they sold the car to someone else that just walked in, especially knowing that they told me to come see it. In addition, when I got home, I looked on the site and that car was still listed as available. Im not understanding what kind of games people are playing because this is the second time this has happened to me. Like are yall tryna do business or nah? Cuz Im hella conf$%kingfused! ‍

Bought a used 2008 Honda Accord about a year ago. The sales associates were friendly and attentive to my concerns. A year later and the car still rides well without any major maintenance problems. Thank you!

REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL!!I bought my first car here and it went really well. Made an appointment and they made sure everything was going alright. Answered every question we had politely and was very patient with us. Helped us get a very good deal for the car and also did the registration for the plates so we didnt have to. Recommend coming here for a good car for a good price with good service.

I bought my first car from here in September 2019. They are honest people and the car was reasonably priced. I met Khaled and Jay and they were very friendly and helpful. They are also very responsive. A month after the purchase, the car needed some minor work regarding wheel alignment which they covered the cost in full by the warranty they provided me at the time of purchase. I, 100%, recommend these guys!

I recently purchased purchased a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive. Really not happy with the deal. I think I overpaid for that car 2 times over. That is my fault for not negotiating better. Besides that they lured me in the dealership advertising a car that wasn’t what they had. I was expecting to purchase a 2012 335 xdrive model bmw for the money I’m paying. After test driving the car the next day I show up with 5k and the details come out it’s not xdrive & it’s a 2010 so less features. Sad day. Now I’m stuck with a car I know I’m paying too much for. And the bank makes it hard to make payments on the principal without adding a random tax!

My father purchased a car and had delivered, paid in full. Car delivered at 2:20am thus denying the ability to refuse delivery. Car has passenger side damage that 4 seasons auto refuses to repair. Images did not show any damage, Jay called from his personal number to tell me that images did not depict damage. (have proof of call). Estimate given for repair with a local body shop and they refuse to pay. Their solution was my father drive from VA to NJ on our dime and they will fix with a $400 estimate. Shady deceptive business practices, complaints have been filed. Please beware and locate a reputable business that will offer full disclosure. Jay has refused to release owner details and allow us to speak with owner. If the owner actually reads these we are happy to speak for a resolution.Reply: Jay stated he contacted them and did not release their name, I have that screenshot as well if anyone would like to see. You all should get your story straight as Jay himself has went back and forth on the damage, good to have another claim if it wasn’t there when it was purchased and you are refusing to make things right with a paying customer. If the Jeep was damaged in transport that’s on you, it was still your car at the time. Which again is why it was delivered in the middle of the night. We put you in touch with the body shop and offered other estimates. Zero people would drive hours for a repair which concludes you know there is damage and know again zero people are driving. Would you like for me to show images of car purchased, what you delivered, estimates, immediate calls, delivery times, lack of response, etc?Once again if anyone is looking for a car, please keep moving. I have proof and images and this reply from the dealership just shows the shady, deceptive, and irresponsibility if a business.

I bought a few day the gray gti 2012 that they have for sell, I have to say that with the owners of the dealer I’m not happy, thank god that have working there Pablo and especially Jay, they were so nice, also have to say that Jay pays from his pocket de second key of the car because the dealer did not want to give me, then I have a little issue with the car and Jay was there in very moment and fix all de issues, I’m so happy with our new car, and have to thanks Pablo and in especially to Jay that men is asking me continue of every thing is ok and all of that. I will obliviously recomend this to anyone that want to look for his dream car, always ask for Pablo or Jay nobody else and you will get the treatment you deserve. Thank you guys. Sal and Paul were a pleasure to deal with! They were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the vehicles they had available. When we chose a minivan, they brought it to a mechanic for us and the mechanic gave us an excellent reccomendation on the condition of the vehicle. Paul helped us out with securing an excellent price for the van. That evening, Sal and another salesman drove the van down to us (almost an hour away) and arrived late at night. He brought coloring books for all of our kids and took care of the paperwork. Sal showed us how the van works all while entertaining our our children. Overall, dealing with Four Seasons Auto was a very pleasant experience- highly recommended!

From the time I stepped on to the Car lot I had nothing but good experience. Went up there to look at an SUV that I had been looking at for days and ended up leaving with it 2 days later. I had something minor go wrong with my car the following day after I bought it took the printout to the owner and he said no problem take it to my mechanic free of charge which is what should be done.. Just bought a car last week. Bmw. The very next day started having issues with motor. Bucking while driving. Tires were dry rotted, and were not the right ones. To add to that three out of four rims were bent. We took the car to two different mechanics and they said cylinder 6 wasnt firing, and the list goes on. We called four seasons and they want nothing to do with the vehicle and would not even help cover damages (Over $8,000), or take the car back. Has this happened to anyone else or was it just me? Im putting this car under the lemon law. Highly recommend this place a no go. Stay away from this place honestly, there scammers and crooks.

From calling a day before and briefly speaking to Paulo about the car i was interested in. He was so genuine i had to go see this car in person. Pictures did not make justice for my Jeep Grand Cherokee! It was super cleaned and so luxurious! Both paulo and jay were pretty down to earth and straight foward.
