Great spot for on the go breakfast. Staff are hard working and trained well. Loli goes the extra mile. She is always friendly and very professional,True meaning of customer service. Im glad i live close.

This wawa isnt bad during the day but at night time everything is shutdown. The food kiosk offers nothing. Gas is shutdown. Whoever runs night time Monday morning around 3 am needs to be replaced. My job starts early and I can never get my frozen cappuccinos this time or anything. And Im a regular and when asked about this I get an attitude.

I drove all the way from Maine to PA and I was hungry. I needed wawa. This was the first one I found and they made me the best tuna hoagie of my life. Thank you.

Great staff, even if you have a complex order they make it exactly correct which is hard to say compared to other Wawa’s I’ve been to.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Id been debating on writing this review for a couple of weeks now, but after that much thought, Ill not only be writing this review, but filing a formal complaint with their upper management & Wawas corporate office.On the night of Sept. 1st. 2021, as most are aware, there was catastrophic flooding throughout NJ. This Wawa in particular was a veritable island. Dozens of people were stranded here, unable to go literally anywhere else. All surface streets after a two to three block radius of this Wawa were blocked either by flood waters, or by abandoned vehicles.I watched this staff rebuff stranded individuals seeking food & water, asking if they could use bathrooms, & just looking for any information regarding the storm itself. I watched this staff lock the doors on people, refuse entry, to anyone, & then close claiming that they had no staff. There was nowhere for their staff to go; all surface streets were flooded. I watched these staff members run to their vehicles, & then sit in them for hours while the storm passed. I know this, because I was parked in the back of their building next to them.As someone who worked emergency services for both Hurricanes Irene & Sandy, I was not only horrified by not just the callousness of this staff, but also the manner of selfishness in their desire to clock out early due to flood waters that wouldnt have affected them due to their position of higher ground. What I witnessed this staff do was absolutely disgusting. What couldve been a shining moment in simple humanity & common decency was instead a display of callousness & self centered individualism.I dont think anyone wouldve expected employees to render aid, but to lock the doors on people, refusing them from purchasing food or water, prohibiting people from using bathrooms in an emergency. Their(these employees) actions were nothing short of despicable.

This is always my most preferred convenience store for its $1 coffee and the other food items. It always has a lot of variety items and the price is also within budget. I love the hot soups here.

Very competitive gas prices with plenty of pumps and quick service. The store is large and has just about all the snacks, sandwiches and refreshments you need. Mens restroom was clean.

The gasoline place only should be open not the Wawa place it shouldnt be open like 247 hours its not like in the high way you guys should change that until 6am until 12am the wawa place, and also just leave the gas station open until 12am and which is better for you guys in the gas station need more protected like a little booth and you guys should stay warm by winter time only for you guys that work in the gas station.

The manager Cilla is the WORST! They treat certain employees better than others. It’s definitely a bad environment to work at. Hopefully corporate can do something. Now her husband is the GM so if his wife dislikes a certain employee then so does he. It sucks how certain businesses are run. Good store just has bad leadership. Employees are not valued as they should even tho they’ve worked through the pandemic

This location used to be good but not anymore. They dont know how to make salad bowls like before. They always miss something. Too bad I have to drive 10 extra mins to get my salad

I have no complaints about the store ...but I just witnessed a manager Milly scold one the employees right on the floor... it is not pleasant to see, I felt horrible for the employee regardless of what the issue was it should NEVER happen on the floor!Managers job is to motivate not talk down or demonstrate that type behavior... as I paid the employees said this is not new ... we’re use to it and we just get through the shift ! THAT SUX!Milly I urge you to change attitude I promise it will change the outcome for all and will be much better experience for all ! Try it !

Great joint for quick sandwiches and other groceries. It also helps when it is right around the corner from Your work. Any one from the Jersey area knows about this place. Dont need to go too much into detail. I will say, however, that this particular one is the best in this area...the disappointing thing for me -almost every day early morning when i stop by for coffee & breakfast i have to wait in line for more than 15-20 min...instead of operating 2 POS (Point Of Sale) they have only 1 poor guy on just 1 pos...if you plan to go early - be there 10-15 min ahead of time...overall nice experience.Next To Wings Stop,Nails,Huddle House,Verizon,PNC bank & One 7-Eleven is There too Not even 100 feet...

Disappointed, went here in the evening - coffee station was not tended to, hot beverages were cold, the place appeared dirty and store was messy. Definitely didn’t seem like Wawa standards.

Wawa needs to have better no contact systems in place. Air dryers with pull handles to exit bathrooms always creep me out as a germophobe. But I am not going to accept this in a Covid world. Either give us paper towel options or install a Step-N-Pull. As for the food I ordered, it was decent. The cold brew coffee was typical Wawa greatness.

0.49 cents for a plastic straw if you wanna buy it when you order a shake otherwise you need to use the paper straw that they wont last.They care how to make more MONEY is nothing about the environment.I also post a picture of the price

Ive been living down in NJ for about a year now. I moved to Jersey City first. I went to the Wawa in Kearny and had been for 10 months. I just moved to Garfield and was excited to have one so close by. Last week I got a sandwich and it had mayonnaise on it. Thats kind of annoying and weird since the whole premise of getting a Wawa sandwich is that you click what you exactly want on it. Now today I just went and the lady didnt even wrap my sandwich nicely. I actually took a picture of it as I walked out of the store because it was bad. Little did I know, it was so bad that when I took it out of the bag, half the sandwich fell out of the wrapper and onto the ground. Guess Ill take the trip to the Kearny one if I want a sandwich...

I went to this wawa and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on brioche bun. The bun was stale and the grilled chicken was not cooked whatsoever. The food was not edible and it was very disappointing.

There needs to be more attendants at this Wawa, at to stay at the booth for the time of transactions, either one attendant needs to handle the gas transactions, while the other attendant puts the gas, and alot of weird cars go to park there, sometimes unattended, especially for the midnight shift, plus have a better security system, cause it dangerous sometimes for these gas attendants and the customers, always be vigilant..

Even though it can be very busy here on weekday mornings, the lines always go pretty fast. All the employees that Ive spoken with are very nice and friendly, and the food I occasionally order always hits the spot. Getting gas is pretty quick. The only thing that may be a little annoying to some is the line for the air pump.. it can get pretty long because theres only one pump for it.

Interacted with 2 employees. Both had a lousy attitude. Bread for my sandwich is stale and I asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich but doesn’t have any. It’s a “stacked” sandwich and should have 2 servings of cheese (it’s on the receipt) and there’s only 1 paper thin slice of cheese.

I highly recommend their blt, theres was so much flavor on the classic roll my mouth watering at glance. I’ve only eaten from this place twice and I will keep eating just for the amazing service whoever made my sandwich deserves a raise god bless you for being behind the counter.

I had sandwich that was made incorrectly. The person who prepared it left more than half of the ingredients off. Didn’t realize until I got home so I called. I must say that they handled it over the phone very quickly and professionally. And offered to accommodate me on a future visit to their location. They were Extremely professional and I felt the need to share my experience because now a days people really have poor customer service skills. I will be returning to this Wawa!

Able to get in and out quick. If I need gas no waits and no problems.Snacks and drinks they have what Im looking for. You never have to wait long they always have more than one register open.

Id like to thank the guy that served me a frozen mocha cappuccino. He said it was made with love and for some odd reason, lifted up my spirits 😂😂😂 god bless random one liners that put a smile on your face. Everyone there deserves a raise.

The cashier/system never registered my order and I stood there waiting 30 mins until I had to ask the food preps if they received my order, they didn’t. The manager was nice enough to refund me, but how does a store full of employees not notice someone waiting 30 mins for food, especially the cashier that took the order? I worked in food service and was smart enough to be aware of someone standing for longer than the average wait time. The manager didn’t apologize for the lack of basic human intelligence and awareness and it wasn’t until I voiced my hungry/anger did someone say something. I was so tired and hungry and was close to passing out because of low blood sugar, thanks for almost sending me to the hospital!

Their sandwiches on wholewheat sandwich rolls are the greatest. Yesterday I tried their chef salad it was great, I even ate the boiled egg. Go figure 😊

I dont remember entering Wawa and found the place dirty. Even the bathroom are always, but always clean. I never though I will review a Gas station, but this is so much more than that. After many years of using it, it is time to review. (Just lower the gas prices a little...)

Has been my favourite convience stor by far. They have a deli, kitchen, and milkshake machine. Yet still have most things you would find in a conveint store. The deli is great considering its not their main priority.Over all 5 stars. Will never not be a regular for Wawa.

Come here fill up gas all the time. and sometimes come in and get donuts n other things while i fill up. It is a very nice place but people are not very welcoming which seems to be something consistant in Jersey. A smile would take this place to another level.

I have no problems with the store, the gas on the other hand. Because of the hours I work I tend to come into this place a few times a month between midnight and 6am. During this time I tend to either wait for 5+ mins for an attendant to come over, or get fed up with waiting and just it myself. My last trip I pumped my gas and saw two cars come and go, and never saw an attendant over the 15min time frame I was there....

Morning shift are good,afternoon shift are omg very loud shouting at 1 another and there is no coffee option, nobody sits by the coffee station nobody to ask bc they all pretend like they dont hear you. And when you finally ask some1 they say just get whatever is left we dont make anymore... this is wawa today

Went to the location recently and couldn’t be more happy with the service and variety. Tiff was extremely kind and helpful, plus you can tell shes a devoted worker. Will definitely come back for the awesome customer service.

I stopped at this Wawa for some gas on 08/10/17. The place was tidy and clean. I had a quick chat with the manager in reference to a particularly popular cold brew coffee Starbucks drink not being available. For some reasons a lot of Wawas in the area were not carrying it. The manager knew exactly what product I was talking about and asked me to try their Wawa equivalent. He was so confident about his product that he offered the drink on the house. That was some good iced coffee 10/10 will get it again in lieu of the Starbucks drink. Now when I am in the area for work I will make the effort to go out of my way within reason, skip close by Quichecks just to stop at this particular location due to this guys actions. Keep up the good work Wawa!

I like this gas station a lot and i come here twice a day in the morning and at lunch. its seems thought like most places now a days nobody has customer service skills . The one girl who is always on regester nby the ciggerets can not even say hello how are you and they wont even say it if you say it to them first .I have watch her talk to customer many times all males I guess its cause im a female .Theres other place that I can go spend my money and get treated with basic manners. #customerserviceisgone .

No problems with the food or inside.But.The gas station pumps is a huge problem. This wawa hits route 20 and many towns and I have never seen all pumps open. Yesterday 2 /22/18, 4 pumps open and 3 gas attendants at 10pm. Are you kidding me. I have left this gas station 4 times to get gas elsewhere. Pathetic. Cant wait for pump your own gas in NJ. People want jobs and lazy to work. I have no gas issues at lodi wawa.

Racist WAWA, Cashier and Manager. I went to to buy cigarettes as always. Cashier asked my ID and I showed her my Passport. She asked to another cashier she said; Do We Accept Republic Of TURKEY Passport? Other cashier said no and I was like are you kidding me ? I called her manager and Manager did not even came to me. They talked each other I did not even see him/her. She came and said he said no we do not accept Turkish Passport only US passport. Im 30 years old and Im a tourist. SO Im Not able to buy a cigarette at WAWA as a TOURIST ? RACIST WAWA. You all need to do is check my photo and birth date. Passpart is bigger than all IDs. Im able to come to US with my passport buy Im not able to buy a cigarette from WAWA. You guys like a joke. How many US citizen have US passport? You are asking for Only US passport or Driver licance. Where is that rule ? Who setup that rule ? Is that general WAWA rule or ONLY your store ?

Since this location opened, it has been managed by a woman named Cilla & nearly all the problems at this establishment seem to directly stem from her. She has always been extremely rude, curt & very clearly puts on a fake smile that she drops as soon as you look away. She seems great at disciplining her staff/customers & I know several of the employees/customers are quite intimidated by her. Its a shame as this could be a great place to go. However, it seems Wawa corporate has no interest in addressing the many issues with both her & the store in general. I have tried to report various incidents & nothing was ever done (I dont think I was ever contacted back by Wawa customer service any of the times I called). People in these positions lead by example & this couldnt be more the case here as her actions are constantly mirrored by the employees here. Ive also observed her picking on certain customers specifically &, in my opinion, mixing personal feelings in with your profession is never acceptable. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Well, at this Wawa, Cilla says the customer is always wrong. I would highly recommend going to another one of the nearby Wawa locations.

Lady at the register saturday night was very rude, laughed in my face when I asked to speak to the manager and When she went onto the next register she said to a customer I know you see me standing here being very rude to everyone. Hate this wawa would never return.
