Absolutely not professional, RUDE, they also want to charge you a surcharge for spending $20.00 on a credit card, simply said it not over $50.00 and credit card company mandates it. Mean while they want only cash and still charge tax. So much for tryin to help local business. No thanks go else where unless you like to be treated w disrespect.👎

If i can give this place zero stars i would!! The people that work here are VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!! and DISRESPECTFUL!! my husband took in his snow blower machine to fix a belt on the machine. they kept the machine for two weeks and gave us a call back to pick up. Used the snow blower ONCE ever since we picked it up and my snow blower stopped working and took a look into the belt that they “supposedly”changed and saw that they gave me A USED BELT!!! charged me 30$ for a USED BELT plus 70$-75$ for the job!!! my husband went in to see if we can get our money back and they said no and took him out the store so that the customers that were inside don’t hear the complaint he had and started disrespecting my husband!! THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!! THINK TWICE ABOUT WALKING INTO THIS RUDE PLACE

I dont get how these people are still in business. Their customer service is non-existent. It’s as if they are the one’s doing you a favor not the other way around. Calling them rude is an understatement, and they’re not that knowledgeable so why bother with this place. It’s the last time i stepped into that place. Go to Roberts tool in elmwood park instead.

Had my saw serviced and from what I can tell it is working well. . But the staff was not pleasant and not very helpful to explain to someone who is a novice. I guess if you know are a pro and just need something done, they are fine

Guys working there are a little rude. They also trying to sell you pieces you really dont need. The prices are okay in comparison to other places and they are a little quicker to give things back.

All the negative reviews about the guy who works the front and answers the phones is absolutely true, hes quick to point out the stated policy without ever hearing the customer in such a condescending, annoying way. I would not complain about their fees, seems reasonable but the actual service is suspect, after 1 season i had to bring my mower back for the same issue and of course, the nice guy pointed out the 30 day policy, fair enough, i never asked for a freebie, i was just pointing out its the same issue as last season and the part may be defective. Anyway, not getting my business again. Suggest that nice guy get a new career or take a vacation to Syria.

First time going to this place. I just bought a used Stihl MS280c as my first chainsaw. I went to Complete Saw as they were the nearest Stihl dealer around. I needed a new chain and air filter as well as some oil. Guy at the desk was helpful but wasnt too interested in my business. He charged me 29.50 for a 18 chain and 28.75 for an air filter. I paid because i didnt know any better, later to find out i paid about 3x what i should of. I support small local businesses, but i dont believe i will be back to this dealer. The salesman did talk me out of buying some things for the saw that i didnt need, which was nice and honest of him. Oh well..

If you go in knowing what to buy you will go out in seconds with your new machine. Bought myself a Stihl saw without any problems.

Went for Stihl accessories. Was in and out in minutes. Prices are msrp. So no discount. Service was excellent

Is a good place to buy and repair ur machines i just to work there before and they make me a mechanic they are really professional really good people now I still fixing machine in another place with a better pay but everything because they show me how to repair machines .Mr stan, Zigi and Stanley Jr .are really professional people they grow this business since they was teenagers and kids this place is the best to repair and buy new machines and i know long time i dont stop by but all i want to said is thank u guys. I recommend this place because is the best with a better review in the area not even my new partime job Is the best but this place is the best . To invest ur money to repair something that machine before they call u to tell u is ready they make sure machine is working perfect them they call u thats a nice quality system well I hope I can help u guys with my experience.and god bless complete saw Service to keep growing.
