I have been a customer for all of the 26 years owning my cleaners and the owner before me used them also for over 20 years. Now, today and last week I understand they are moving into a new plant but they do not answer the phone, they have not gotten back to me on a pair of gloves they now are holding for almost two months and they sent back a tan wool and fur coat with the hem still dirty. WHAT GIVES?? I am not happy and they will lose me if they dont get it together!

These guys shut down and basically didnt notify anyone that they are doing so. They didnt return any clothing to anyone nor did they attempt to reach out. Legally they are screwed with all the liquidation going on. Contact Bray&Bray LLC in New Jersey because central fur is about to get evicted. The property owners are going to end up with all the cloth.

I was very disappointed that when they discolored my jacket, they would not compensate me for the damage. John Jhung is a man of no character.
