Peter and Jason took great care of my car, found additional issues and kept me posted with the progress! They installed sport suspension on my Benz. I knew my car was in good hands.

JP Euro gave me a great price to totally strip, fill dents, prime and paint my 2005 Tahoe. Thats really, really great, but I found out that they did a LOT of other things too. Like fully detailing the interior, cleaning the carpets, reattaching the back door pull down strap and all interior panels.One little interior light had accidently been left turned on, I guess while reinstalling the headboard, which killed my battery. Guess what? They bought me a new battery No Charge! Im sure there were other things Im forgetting.The finish on the paint is unbelievable. Peter had told me Itll look brand new. He was right. They took off all the trim pieces, and door handles rather than just doing a tape job; it makes a big difference.Thank you to all who worked on her!

First class all the way! Ive known about this shop for many years. They did an A7 scheduled service on my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4Matc. One depressing thing my car was the least valuable car on the lot. Dozens of exotic cars from McLarin to Ferrari. The shop was spotless. They gave me a free car wash however it was more like a full detail in and out. Love excellent service and customer care Thanks

These repair shops are clean and organized and the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. It is quite common to see exotics or high-end cars of the domestic or import variety here to be serviced/repaired. I brought my vehicle here with a Magnaflow aftermarket exhaust system I had purchased elsewhere, to have it installed. It was done, in a professional manner and in a short time. JP Euro took really good care of my car and always provided me an update whenever they can. The update includes pictures as of what they are doing! Cadillac only made 100 of these special paint colors it’s called the Frost Edition CTS-VAfter taking it to 3 other shops and luckily the other shops were honest enough to say no way we can’t match that.I then took it here.JP EURO did it no problem at all.Looks better than everPerfect matchThey just repainted the front end and back endSo they had to match it perfectly in which they did without a problem at all.

We took our Land Rover to JP Euro for brakes. Not only was their pricing much better than the dealership, their customer service was outstanding. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I was referred by a trusted friend, he said that they had taken good care of him. I was approached in the parking lot, and was treated like I was a criminal, wouldn’t even let me even explain why I was there. The “gentleman” who approached me was very rude and very aggressive, took pictures of my plates then waved me off of the property. Granted, I wasn’t driving a high end euro at the time... I cannot comment their quality of workmanship, but customer service is horrendous. Thankfully this individual showed me a true representation of who they were before they could extract a single dollar from me. In short, if you’re brown I suggest that you be sure to drive your high end car, or have it delivered to their place of business. If you drive an American truck (to fit your mobility device from a recent injury), you might get the same treatment??? If you choose to do business with JP euro, I hope that you’re treated better than I was.10/23/19 UPDATE: I appreciate the apology, but i want to be sure that you understand what exactly happened that day. I rolled my window down to explain why I was there, and was told to shut my mouth, I had an appointment at the medical office next door (that shares the same parking lot), I was seen driving by twice because I arrived early for my appointment, when I realized what the “gentleman “ who approached my truck was thinking of me, and my presence there (as he was taking photos), I even opened my door and stuck my broken leg out of the door to show why I hadn’t gotten out of the vehicle, i was told to “get off this property, I’m calling the police”, I was not taking pictures, I was responding to a text. So I would suggest that you train the individuals you employ, that once they have taken pictures of the person and their plates (due to past security issues), and the person they just took photos of is not fleeing but instead dangling their broken leg out of their car door... maybe that would be a good time to listen to them explain their intentions. Maybe even offer some assistance in telling them where they can park, (there was no available parking in front) or possibly helping them out of their vehicle (handicapped placard hanging from the mirror). I’m sure these are all details that were left out. Your shop does service some nice high end vehicles, but I wasn’t there to “case the joint”, or steal anything, and if the individual that walked out to my vehicle had used even a hint of observation, common sense, or sensitivity, I would be doing business with you and your establishment. By your response and your words... you and your representative assumed I was there with some sort of criminal intentions. I am not responsible for any security problems or issues you have had in the past, and those problems/issues you have had in the past do not give you or your employees the right to treat me or anyone else the way I was treated.

Wow I live 5 minutes from this shop and never knew about it until a recommendation from friend on a bmw forum. I usually go to classic bmw, new concept autoworks, bimmers only, but Jason customer service is untouchable and prices are reasonable. Jason was very knowledgeable about my car and kept me updated through text and pictures. Who does this? Might keep my lease now since I have a shop who knows what they are doing and wont cost me an arm and a leg.

2011 F150 EcoBoost 3.5L V6This was the guinea pig specific make and model. This engine is notorious for having issues since it was the first run of the EcoBoost on a full sized truck.A very common problem with this is the timing chain stretch and everything that comes along with it. My truck was at 120k miles when it started to have this problem.The Ford Dealership quoted me much higher than JP Euro just for the minimum amount of work to be done. The guys at JP Euro did some additional work and offered some great recommendations while working on the vehicle for me.During the time my truck was in the shop I received numerous updates from Jason and Peter by text and even pictures to help explain what was being done. They even let me use a loaner car!When I got the truck back I couldnt believe how different the engine felt...the Turbos have never felt better either. These guys did an amazing job and still follow up with me from time to time to make sure everything is still good.I was referred to these guys by chance and I hope that anyone that considers this place will just stop shopping around and bring their vehicle here.One more thing- I was nervous as I pulled up to the shop and saw a Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes, and some high end SUVs and other modified performance looking cars in the lot and on the lifts...thinking oh great, they are going to charge a fortune for this piece of crap Ford. Well...they didnt break the bank and like I exclaimed before, these guys are awesome and I highly recommend anyone to have anything done here.Thanks guys!

After my car was involved in a unfortunate incident, I decided to come to JP Euro to get my car repaired. This was one of the BEST decisions I have made in a while. Jason is very caring and will do EVERYTHING to make sure his customers are satisfied. Peter was in charge of repairing my car along with others. Peter would always keep me updated on the progress of my car and send pictures of the progress as well. Also, Annie was very helpful and willing to help me the minute I stepped in through the door. In the end, I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED. My 2011 BMW 328i looks better after all the repairs were done than the day I bought my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Owning my first luxury vehicle (1999 MB E320 Sedan, one previous owner) was a bit scary due to the eventual needed repairs to keep her running smoothly. I found JP Euro just over a year ago and checked out the Google reviews. Lets just say I have been a customer ever since, and I have NEVER been disappointed. They are AWESOME! The quality of work is EXCELLENT! Very HONEST, EFFICIENT and FAIR. For example, last Sept I had my A/C repaired, and it went out again the next day after picking up my car. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they fixed my car....replacing the blower again (manufacturer issue) at NO EXTRA CHARGE! And it has been working great ever since. They really do care about their customers on a personal level. They check on you and ask for feedback after the repairs are completed. Since experiencing such wonderful service, I will not take my car anywhere else.

Peter and his crew did an amazing job on my GTR. Over the years I’ve dealt with numerous body/paint shops but JP Euro was by far my best experience. I had new aftermarket fenders installed and they filled the holes from my OEM spoiler and the final results were amazing! The team made several adjustments and modifications to the fenders to where they now have an OEM-like fitment. In addition, they managed to paint match the OEM 3-stage paint perfectly!Also, Peter provided detailed daily updates so I was well aware of the progress and timelines. I very much appreciated this.If you’re looking for outstanding quality, service and professionalism, I doubt you can find a better place. Couldn’t answer any questions I had, I understand that a diagnostic on will be needed before I could truly get a real estimate, but he should know about how much the starting price for repairs...Horrible customer service.

My nightmare with my E39 M5 supercharged was resolved with the hard work of Jason and his crew ! Brought my car to them after having numerous people in the Dallas car scene recommend them. Had a shop peel paint during a PPF instal and I had to have the car painted.It’s a special paint code and I was super nervous about their ability to match but they delivered. The best part was having Peter texting me constantly with updates and pics so I could see everything was going well.I arrived to pick up today and everything is BETTER than I expected. I’m not sure people rave about paint and body shops but I can’t recommend these guys enough. They earned a customer for life today!

I am visiting from 750 miles away and had some auto damage repaired here. Meet Jason for the estimate. He assured me I could get right in when I got my settlement. I dropped the car off Monday at noon. Peter contacted me by 12:30 and said he was responsible for my repairs and he would be in touch with me. Several text messages and photos from Peter during the repairs. Wednesday at noon it was complete. They even washed the complete vehicle after the repairs. It looks new again. I know why there are so many 5 star reviews. They deserve it. Customer service is all you really have to set you above the rest and yours is AMAZING.

The guys at JP Euro did a fantastic job on my E60.I took my E60 to this place to repair my transmission as Ive read they specialize in European cars. The gave me a great deal especially with pricing and service. Other shops wanted more and some shops nearly double of what Jason and Peter quoted me. I brought the car in as soon as possible and from there on it got better. The guys at the shop ordered the parts, showed it to me, and executed the job. Jason and the receptionist also updated me frequently on the status. I have never seen any car shop text me during the repair period nor after the completion to make sure everything was ok. The warranty is awesome as I returned to the shop for a few minor things and they took my car back in a hurry and solved any additional issues. Overall I strongly recommend this shop as these guys are true professionals.This shop also showroom-cleaned, has lots of space, offer a relaxing waiting area, and has good hot coffee!

We had our Mercedes repaired in the Body Shop. Great communication every step of the process. When the insurance adjuster declined to replace a piece, this company gave me enough information to fight that decision and get reimbursement. I will definitely return here if the Mercedes needs body work in the future.

I have been using Jason for all my Lexus service needs for about 6 years now. Jason and his shop do top notch work at a fraction of the cost of the dealerships. For longer repairs, a loaner is generally available at no costs so there is no need to have a family or friend follow you to drop off your car.I live in Frisco and so its quite a ways for me to drive to the shop, but the savings and the quality of work being done makes it worth it. In fact, I recently had some repairs done to my 2008 Lexus GS and after my wife picked it up and brought it home, I realized that the Fog Lights were not working. Realizing that my wife and I had already driven to his shop recently, he offered to come out to our house to take a look (on Easter Sunday no less). As it turns out, the ballasts had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Jason felt it would be easier to perform the work at his shop so he drove my car back to his shop and left me with his personal truck. About 24 hours later, he had one of his guys at the shop return my car with the lights fixed and his guy drove Jasons truck back to the shop so I never had to leave my house to have this issue fixed. Now THAT is exceptional service!

Jason, Peter, Austin, and the team are such a great group of people to work with. The quality of work is over the top and they stand by service 100%. Its very hard to find a genuine shop now a days and I will continue to bring them more customers and business because they deserve to be known nationwide.

A few weeks ago I removed my tires and wheels to perform some maintenance on my car and discovered that the lug bolts were way over torqued to the point I thought a few of the bolts were going to break when removing them.About a week ago I began hearing a popping sound coming from the front suspension while driving. I discovered that JP Euro forgot to torque the bolts after adjusting the caster and camber. I put wrench on one of the nuts and was able to turn it with one finger. I torqued the bolts yesterday myself and the noise is gone.So my first assumption that JP Euro is a good shop and they pay attention to the details while working on your car was wrong!! I would not let them touch any of my cars in the future.If you take your car there make sure you double check all of their work!!Update........................After Jason saw this review he contacted me to try to make things right which was a nice touch but doesnt change the facts of what happened. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars.Reply to JP Euros Reply............. 10/18/19The lug Bolts were never torqued using a torque wrench, they were extremely over torqued, most likely with an impact gun. Like I said, I was afraid a few of them would break when removing them. I am going to replace them for concerns of them being over stressed. I am a Professional Aircraft Mechanic at a Major Airline so I know when a bolt is way over torqued and wasnt installed properly.So to refute your position..... NO it is not any better to extremely over torque a bolt than to leave it loose, it is just as bad.

I bought a Mini Cooper in January from a disreputable dealer. That first month was hell. JP Euro made all of the problems I had to deal with that first month less stressful. They were professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and did a great job keeping me appraised on the status of the repairs to my car (including photos). Id never owned a foreign car and recently bought an Audi 4 and a week later the check engine light came on. I searched for a shop in my area and JP Euro came up with very good reviews. I had the issue fixed there and had all the fluids replaced. Peter drove with me after it was fixed to see how I felt it. He explained what was done in detail and gave me some tips about the car and how to take care of it. The entire team is very friendly and I plan to continue to service my car there.

The communication was always there, I got constant updates, my vehicle was fixed and ready way sooner than I would expect it. I work for a Personal Injury Law Firm and the biggest complaint or frustration from a client is always not knowing what is going on and the length of time repairs take. My brother gave me my first 1994 Lexus ES 300 on May 2005 and I knew that when I got this car came a lot of responsibility. I was living in Fort Worth at the time and I looked through the Yellow Pages to find Independent Lexus Mechanics and stumbled across BMW, MERCEDES, LEXUS, called JP Euro. I asked about prior issues to fix my car and they were very professional and affordable. I just recently purchased an 2001 ES 300 and had a big job to get fixed and it was very affordable and timely fixed. Also they offered me a loaner vehicle an LS 400 for 2 days.

You want to go shop where they take their responsibility on what they have performed on your car!JP Euro is not the cheapest in DFW area, its like $10-20 more than other shop (per hourly rated). However they take care of me what they have performed a week ago.They are super nice people, especially the owner Jason is super kind person.Thanks again for the help!

Excellent!!! This small business owner is a class act and takes great care of his customers. Jason has serviced my 4Runner for the past 5 years. I have a 1998 Toyota and it runs great. It is now almost 15 years old and whenever I need something replaced or repaired, I take here. He works with my schedule and is very kind.
