We had a really good experience from the moment you talk to them over the phone and going into the dealership. They treat you like family. My dad and I had been looking for a new Ford F-150 and had gone thru several dealerships and when everyone keeps advertising their trucks for one price and then bumping the price $9,000 to $12,000 once you’re ready to buy.. I have to say Planet Ford 635 are completely honest and truthful about what they advertise and even have us a discount. Our sells person Ian was amazing, super fast, very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in early Tuesday Morning (7am) for 20K service and the team was ready to go. Explained what service would be coming around the corner at 30K and had me back on the road before the hour was up. Very good experienced team out there.

We went to Quick Lube to have our vehicle serviced. The technician was very helpful assisting us with using our Ford Pass points to have a service done. Even though they were busy, he took the time to explain the services we needed and we were very impressed by his service.

The communication there sucks! My service person said they would call me every day to let me know the status of my vehicle would be. They never did! I had to call them every evening! My car was in for a week getting a new motor put in it and today my car was ready. But I wouldnt of known it, unless I called. They would have never called me to let me know my was ready! Whom ever is in charge of the Service guys is doing a bad job!
I moved to Texas from out of state and needed a new car immediately. I had sold my previous car prior to flying down to Texas. I worked with Avo and he made the buying process completely streamlined. He held the vehicle for me with a small deposit - something no other dealer in the area would even consider doing. He then made sure I got from my hotel to the dealership and made the buying process super efficient. I had my new Bronco in no time and was completely satisfied with the whole process. It was quick and easy and no pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford.
So last time I went and got an oil change they forgot to give me back my lock key for my tires. So I drove all the way to Chicago without my lock key. And then today I had to pay 10.99 here at Town East Ford because apparently Prestige Ford in Garland also forgot to put the oil cap back on! Unacceptable!!!!!!
I called on a Thursday or Friday to make my appointment. I was told my truck couldnt get in until Wednesday (Aug 18) the following week. During the same conversation I asked to be able to speak with the tech to provide him some information that may help him diagnose the root cause of the problem, the service agent agreed. I had the truck towed to Randall Reeds Tuesday evening so it was ready Wednesday (Aug 18) morning. I called Wednesday to check in on the vehicle and was told it would be delayed until Friday (Aug 20) before before the truck could be looked at. I understand with the pandemic things like this happen although the delays put me in a less desirable position with transportation. I spoke with the service agent on Friday and he mentioned the tech had diagnosed the problem and fixed the misfire on cylinder 6 and the throttle body but there were still codes that may indicate the PCM was failing. I asked if the truck was running correctly and he mentioned it was. At this time I agreed to leave the PCM issue and pick the truck up. Please note, I was never given the opportunity to speak with the tech. I picked the truck up Monday (Aug 23) morning and no sooner than getting out of the parking lot the truck started missing on one cylinder again. When I got the truck home I pulled the code and its P0356 indicating a misfire on cylinder 6. This issue wasnt fixed as the service agent had indicated. I called the service agent around 9:00 AM the same Monday (Aug 23) I picked up the truck to discuss, I was given his voicemail and I left a message. I didnt receive a call back so I called again that same Monday afternoon. I received someone on the service drive and they indicated my service agent wasnt available and they took a message with my name and phone number. To date, at the time of writing this email, I have not received a return call. This isnt the first time Ive had a service agent tell me something that wasnt true and refuse to make it right. Im not going back to the dealership again.
Just purchased a new Raptor from these guys. The deal was seamless and easy. The manager Sean Osborne really worked to make my deal right. There wasn’t a ton of haggling. They just came in first and foremost with a great deal and worked to make the minor details fit my needs. My sales person was solid. Most impressive was the fact that they had a dedicated hand off person that walked me through the manual, truck, and set up all of the electronics before I left the dealership. This was the second vehicle that I had purchased this month and this didn’t happen at the other dealership I went through even though I purchased a luxury SUV.Most importantly I’m a truck guy. I went through a few dealers to find the right truck. Nothing bothered me more than walking into the dealership and feeling like I knew more about their truck than they did. I really felt like these guys were truck people....specifically off-road trucks! Definitely won’t be my last purchase from this dealership.
I custom ordered a F250 in Feb. and they gave me a great deal, all over the phone. I tried many, many local dealerships but Leigh at Planet Ford 635 was straight forward with me and didnt try to pressure me into something i didnt want. Unfortunately, six weeks later Ford had to cancel my order due to the computer chip shortage. She offered to try to find a truck from another dealership that I would accept. Lucky for me, they had a F350 that was just delivered and they offered it to me with the same discount of the other truck. Again, all of this over the phone and emails. I went to Planet Ford 635 for the first time with my trade in ( which I got a fair price) and 2 1/2 hours later I was driving home in my new truck. This was most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had in my 40 years of buying cars. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a new car or truck visit Randal Reeds Planet Ford 365 before buying from anywhere else and highly recommend Leigh.

This is my most recent and honest experience with Randall Reed Ford:I have to say, every interaction Ive had over the phone with Ford has been a terrible experience. Needed an estimate for an State Farm insurance claim. I was told the first call, not possible, We just do the repairs. This I dont believe, due to the simple fact, you dont inform your clients how much a repair costs before servicing!? Cant wrap my head around this at all.Called Cadillac down the road after. The gentleman here informed me I should without a doubt, be able to get an preliminary estimate for my vehicle (previous employee of Ford) and entitled by law.I called back to Ford, Keith answers... I let him know what is going on, and initiate a question in regard as to why Ford always has to be difficult when I call. His only response... are you trying to teach me a lesson? My point exactly. I was merely inquiring as to how I can achieve, receiving a preliminary estimate, and all I got was attitude. Just because you may not put yourself in others shoes (I need an estimate for a collision of someone avoiding insurance that rear ended me) doesnt mean that someone isnt having to deal with a major problem and should some representative of the establishment, be a little patient with. Im merely trying to do exactly what I was told by our State Farm agency, and obtain the best possible outcome.Learn some manors Keith; would be my advice when being at the forefront of a potential clients claim. Hanging up on clients is definitely something someone, should have a talk w you about. Yes, you need to learn a few lessons sounds like at this point.Ive since been to Cadillac next door to Randall Reed. Turns out the gentleman here represented Ford for many years in the Collision department (currently where Keith resides in labor for the company in question) and initiated the conversation that, yes, as an insurance policy holder seeking claim for repairs, Im entitled by law to an estimate from any dealer.If I had to base my expectations on Randall Reeds reviews alone, I would be found to believe this is a sub-par establishment, excluding all other locations. Lastly, in comparison to the reviews regarding the Cadillac establishment (excluding all other locations), I would be led to believe Cadillac has a great reputation. Good luck to you in the future. Pretty cut and dry for me, and its my most honest review. I would love to make mention here, 2.5 stars on Yelp as well.
Randall Reeds Planet 635, Ford dealership usually takes very good care of us. I recently took my 2021 F-350 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine until I got home and checked the tires. It does appear they were rotated due to the fact that the front tires which I keep the air pressure at 60 psi and the rear at 80 psi based on the door sticker and Ford recommendation, the air pressure had not been changed, the front had 80 and the rear 60 psi, not a large problem because I am diligent in the care of my vehicles but disappointed that this was not corrected.
Rick handled everything just as he always does. I was in and out in a short time. Very courteous!
Avo my Salesperson gets an A+ and 100+ for his excellent customer service skills! He explained everything went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly and that I was satisfied! I had an issue because of miscommunication but when I went back in the finance manager resolved it in a way that I cant explain but Im extremely Grateful! So I would recommend this dealership because their service is great, they will go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied!
I always had a mixed experience with the Randall Reeds dealership family and it still continues. While Im glad I got the truck I wanted, I felt like the overall experience with Sales, Service and Parts C- at best. With so many Ford dealership in DFW you can get a better experience elsewhere. Kudos to Jerry Jones of Service for taking care of me when I had concerns on the truck.Sales review 8/6/21 - Overall mediocre experience from the purchased of the vehicle to working with the service and parts department. The sales person Jose while not pushy didnt really challenge me on why I wanted the vehicle because I would had brought new if he listen to what I was planning to use it for. After test driving the truck and agreeing on the price. It took over 2 hours to finish the transaction. I made sure I was pre-approved through my bank hoping that it would speed up the time but, it did not. When I took delivery of the truck it was still dirty. it still had beer tabs and debris in the bed and personal documents from the previous owner.Service review 8/9/21 - The transmission felt jerky when it shipped so I decided to bring it back to the dealership. I called to make an appointment and the first service advisor I spoke to (Juan I believe) told me I would had to bring it in to them in a month because they didnt have the time. I explained to him I recently purchased the truck and he said that he couldnt do anything about it.. Dissatisfied I decided to go over to the dealership and demand service on my truck which I only had for 3 days. Jerry Jones the Service Advisor listen to my concern and was able to fit me in but, was honest that it going to take a few days which was fine, I believe after 3 days the service was done and they took care of a recall which was missed.Parts review 8/11/21 - I decided to replace some basic parts on the truck wasnt replace when I purchased it or was missing (Bed drain was cracked and the front wheel liner wasnt fully connected. I made an order through Five Star Ford and one through Planet. The order at Five star was backed ordered and a rep their let me know that day which was nice but at Planet they didnt have enough screws and didnt bother to let me know so I had to make another trip instead of giving me a heads up so they could adjust the order.

Truck was taken in for an oil change. Was told they would do the change for the oil transmission. And when they did it the pump was making a noise and they were going to replace it. That was over a month ago. Over 1 month ago without my truck for my lawn service job. No rental available no answer on when Im getting my truck back. No communication on whats taking so long. Every time I call they say part isnt there yet and they use the its being made thats why its taking so long excuse. Thats the only answer I get but I dont get a solution. They say Ill call you in 2 to 3 days with an answer and never do. When I call up to followup up 2 to 3 days later its the same story all over again. Have had fords all my life but honestly after this Im really disappointed.
I was asked to complete a survey for Randall Reed Planet Ford in Garland, Tx, some people may ignore this but I don’t because I want the company to know how the company is doing, the service this time was trash and very disrespectful. I was then asked by Suzanne to redo the survey and provided three free oil changes which were not honored due to me not receiving the survey from Suzanne, when this was not completed and now I was expecting to have this work done this month, I was told by a service guy they can no longer service my vehicle because Suzanne instructed them not to assist me, how professional is this?
Service was great. I had 2 recalls that required ordering the parts. It was easy to get an appointment when the parts came in. They also took me to my house and picked me up when my car was ready. Thanks for everything!
The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was that this was my third or fourth time in for service and they had no record of my ever being there at all. Granted it was a different vehicle, but I had just been there 4 months prior withe the other one. Other than that everyone was very friendly and helped me fix my issue.

Randal Reeds Planet Ford has a very well organized service center. Due to a recall, I needed an upgrade to my power train module and received notices frequently, advising of the importance, as well as options to have it done. They were set up to even come to my home or work to complete the changes. Then the husband ran over a large branch, which made servicing urgent. Nick was amazing! After checking to see what could be covered under warranty, he ensured that we knew worst case scenario in order to budget, and gave us options to eliminate any costs which could wait just a bit (two of four tires) and potential costs once they actually began into the repairs and saw the extent of the damage.In the before times, there were many amenities available to make your wait comfortable at Planet Ford. Obviously, it isnt possible during a pandemic to hang out inside, but Nick and the rest of the staff made everything as painless as possible...and my Escape feels brand new! Between my husband and I, this is the fourth car weve bought from Randall Reeds Planet (formerly Prestige) Ford, and will continue to do so as long as they remain as trusted and reliable as theyve proven to be over the last three decades.

Ok, nothing special at all. Not impressed with the service or anything. Had to wait for someone to finally greet me and see if I needed help and it was several employees at their Desk but not in any hurry to assist me. When someone did decide to help me they asked me Whats Up I was somewhat taken back because instead of saying how can I help you because I been standing up here for 10 minutes he said Whats Up. This was my first time coming to the Ford dealership with my Explorer and I want be back. I will check out other dealership to service my Explorer Needs.

Where to start. Lets see, drove a little over an hour to see what this dealership would have to offer, no this wasnt our first but 5th dealership to visit. Understand We were not in a rush on buying so in saying that we werent afraid to walk away. Now what did we find when we walked in? Joy, honesty, respectful people and a great bargain. Our Sales Rep Herman was good. Herman stuck close to the price we were asking and was only 10$ off on the estimated payment. Truly cant beat that. The only thing is I forgot about GAP Insurance or I would of tried way harder on negotiations LOL. But that process was exceptional too! This man wasnt afraid to talk and explain either.For our first new car buying experience this is the place people need to come to truly. I went to planet ford garland about a week ago To purchase a vehicle and I giving them half of the deposit they asked for, I didn’t ended buying the vehicle there for personal reason and they don’t want to give me my deposIt back all they saying to me tto come back tomorrow that they will be cut check for me the next day. I call every day to see if They my check ready and they keep telling me the same thing over again is been like that for the past 5 days! I will no recommend this dealership to nobody..

Gave me a great deal on my Ford Explorer, and I love the vehicle. My only complaint was the pushy finance guy who would not quit talking trying to sell me an extra warranty. I ended up buying the what I thought was the least expensive option, but when I received my paperwork, it was twice the cost of what he quoted me over my original payment.
The trade/buy experience at the Garland location was incredibly easy, friendly and accommodating. They searched to find exactly the right vehicle for me, and then made the deal happen. The personnel at every level were honest and knowledgeable. My expedition was clean and ready to go, and the salesman went through everything with me to be sure I knew how it all functioned. He even set up my phone and Ford Pass. It was an incredibly stress-free and comfortable experience. It felt like family!

THIS RATING IS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE WORK THAT THEY PREFORMED WAS FINE, BUT THEY DAMAGED THE FRONT END OF MY CAR. AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM REPEATEDLY, I HAVE ONLY BEEN DUCKED AND DODGED. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALER WITH MY VEHICLE . THE SALES PEOPLE THERE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, SO I WOULD GIVE THEM A GOOD RATING. Update, it is November the 26th and still no response from the dealership. The comment that they posted in response to this rating is a complete lie. Just an FYI.

Buyer be aware of BAIT AND SWITCH at this place. I was working with Sarah Jay to buy a truck and almost got a deal worked out until I found out that they switched the trucks on me and started telling me the truck I was originally looking at was sold five minutes ago and that and she was not aware of it even though her manager called me multiple times within an hour.

We have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership and every transaction has been flawless. Ian and the management team have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and comfortable with each transaction. the last purchase I made was such a good deal, that I drove 3.5 hours back to Garland to get the vehicle. they had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived and even gave me a full tank of gas as a simple but very kind gesture for my time. To take it a step further, I was in an accident last week and needed a loaner truck, while mine is at their body shop being repaired. Not only did Ian make sure that I was taken care of, but he did this for me AFTER work hours and had me lined out with a loaner vehicle the very next morning, as soon as they opened for business. talk about a class act all the way around!

My wife and I are looking to extend our family and are needing a more kid friendly vehicle we where in the Garland area looking around we found Randle Reed planet ford. We where not having much luck in our search. At planet ford we where meet by a very polite and friendly salesman who helped us through our shopping. As we expected there was nothing found at a price range we where looking in. While we where talking to our salesman he stated that they would beat any internet price on a vehicle that was the same as one they had. We continued on to the next lot for more shopping. After looking over and over we where unable to locate what we wanted anywhere, we turned back to online. Our searching found the exact vehicle we wanted witch was one we found at planet ford for a much cheaper price. This is where the problem started we remember being told Randle Reed planet ford would beat any online price. So a phone call was made to the salesman we gave him the online offer we had found expecting them to come close. He explained he would have to talk to his manager. No big deal normal process. The reply from the manager is where my problem is I was told they where not going to match the online price, and the cheapest vehicle they had like the one we wanted would be 13000 more than deal I found priced online, at 4000 dollars over msrp on a demo vehicle with over1000 miles. I understand there is a chip shortage and some of the new car market struggles. I dont appreciate being lied to first off then being offered a deal that no where near the online offer or MSRP on the vehicle just because of the current market and shortage inflating the price and making false claims on deals is not a place I want to buy from. This shows me the true morals of Randle Reed planet ford management with the (this is what we are going to do take it or leave it attitude.) I for one will be taking my preapproved purchases to a dealership that respects there costumers..spending 40000 dollars on a purchase that will be for my family will be going to a company that deserves it. This was my experience hopefully this will help someone see the values that this dealership places on honesty and standing behind there word. It a horrible market for car buyers hope you journey is better than ours
Carlos very nice gentlemen. We went in know we were a difficult customer because of our situation. They did what they could with what we gave them. When they came back with what they could we declined because it didnt work for us. Thats when the sales manager came out to talk to us and tried to explain. I advised it would not work for us. This man walked away and didnt even say thank you for coming in. I guess we are not important unless you accept their terms. Really disappointing customer service and from a manager.

Definitely zero stars for such a bad customer service at the parts department and whats made things worse is the manager was standing and listening to the Hispanic guy talking to me like trash and he didnt interfere I called that manager twice still he ignored me the Hispanic guy said he dosent care about your complaint you can post it on line honestly Ive never seen it happening before what a nice staff Im sure you will lose a lots of customers if you keep these people GM must keep an eye on those bad people
I took my dad’s truck to the dealership for a diagnosis, as it had many mechanical problems. According to the technician, it needed ONE new hub assembly, a new actuator, a steering alignment and a few other minor parts. They were asking around 1500 for everything except the diagnostic fee, that price was outrageous. I did my own research and I found out that they are overcharging for parts and I can get them at FordPartsGiant for way less. For example I got a new hub assembly, a new actuator, and some bolts for around 360. They were charging 370 for the hub assembly ALONE. I did not go trough with the repairs so therefore I only paid for the diagnostic fee. I got in contact with my friend who is a technician at Toyota and another mechanic, and replaced the hub assembly on the front passenger side. As we were replacing the parts we found out that the actuator does not need to be replaced neither the bolts. We installed the new hub assembly and took it out for a test drive, the mechanical failures were still there. We did our own diagnosis and found out that front driver side also needs a new hub assembly. The wheel had a lot of play and was about to fall apart, I ordered another hub assembly and replaced the old one, and after a test drive it had no major issues. I’m planning to do the steering alignment somewhere else since I have warranty from them. Furthermore, if I would of done the repairs at Ford prestige, they would not have even been able to fix it entirely and it would of been in the shop even longer. Furthermore the person that kept attending me and stayed in contact with me was just starting out and was doing a well job, but his boss or trainer was not being professional with him when he went to him for questions that I asked. They might have a good sales team, but I believe they can improve their service department.
I had an appointment set for an oil change and when I got to the dealership, they were really backed up. Instead of having me wait, they got me in across the street at Quick Lane immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I arrived about 8:30pm and they close at 9. I had done my research and made my decision before I arrived, even applied for the loan before I got there. I was out around 10:15pm with my keys in hand. Overall the experience was underwhelming due to Covid. Its hard to build up excitement when you can barely breathe, however it was much simpler than my experiences in the past.The financing team was great, Luis specifically. He got me prequalified and had everything waiting for my arrival. I will go back if i need another vehicle...with a 16 and 17 year old I have two more purchases to make in the near future.Make sure to bring your drivers license and proof of insurance (and both keys to your ttade-in).And for those of you considering an Ecosport - its a great commuter, but no spare tire...keep that in mind.
BEWARE!! - I have taken my vehicle to this place before for a recall and everything went OK. In April I took my car in there for 2 issues. I had numerous warning lights lit up on the dash and my Explorer would also not go in reverse......or at least not move while it was in reverse. 7 weeks later and 6 separate trips and I finally have my car back. One excuse after another. First it was not available bays to get the car in.....so the car just sat for well over two weeks with nothing happening. I never requested a loaner car during this first 5 weeks.Next they ask me to bring in my other key remote fob so they could reprogram it after replacing the BCM. I take the other key in and they say it will be about a day. I get a call about two days later, on a Friday morning saying that it will be ready at the day. I wait to go pick it up until Saturday morning and get an incredibly stunned look from the service person. He now tells me that now there is an issue with the transfer case being cracked, which is the reason that the car would not operate properly in reverse. 5 weeks ago previous I told them that it would not go in reverse and they confirmed the issue.....so why not figure out that issue during the 5 weeks that you had the car? Another week to get the transfer case fixed. Ready to pick up?? No. Found another issue!Fast forward to roughly 7 weeks after I took the car in. Ready to pick it up now? Yes. I pick it up and the check engine light comes on the next day and my remote start wont work. I go to get something out of the back seat and see an 18 piece of trim sitting on my back seat. They didnt even put the car back together completely! Not only that, I picked it up and they only gave me one of my key remote fobs so I had to go back again and get that item.I am not blaming the service advisor that I worked with. I blame this on the Service Manager and the leadership of this dealership.One more thing. I am the customer right? One of the other service advisors was making deragatory remarks about me wearing a KC Chiefs hat when I went to pick up the car. I dont care if you want to make derogatory remarks to your fellow service advisors but I am the customer you jackwagon! Have some respect for the customer. In what service oriented business is this OK??I will gladly drive much further for service from somebody else!
Greg Lusk made this deal easy and I appreciate their help in getting me the truck as they shut the water off to the dealership because of the weather on 2/12/2021. This was the fastest car deal I have ever made, probably because most dealers won’t discount the F450.
Tyler and Shane are hilarious. Joseph and Suzanne are great. I bought a 70k raptor in full (cash) same day. Never been there before except for the day I bought it. Tyler was very hostile when asking him simple question, his manager, Shane, sided with him, as I expected which is very sad. Suzanne who is both of their managers saved the day. Shane said, and I Quote, I dont want to sell the truck to you if you are not happy, so I will not sell it to you. We are done here. Suzanne came and noticed and approached us, and heard us out about the customer service we dealt with and is the only reason, along with Joseph, that we ended buying the truck. The purchase is for Joseph and Suzanne, and the 1 star review is for Mr. Tough Guy Tyler and his support, Shane.

I took my 2016 Ford Mustang in due to the drivers side door opening at speeds of 70+ mph and the trunk latch doesnt open all the time. I was told there would be $145 diagnostic fee. That was fine. The service tech could not get my drivers side door to replicate the opening at higher speeds so I could not get that repaired and the latch on the trunk was going to be $1100. There has been a recall on the door latches on other models but not mine. I guess Ford thinks its ok for my drivers door to open at higher speeds.I have a car I will not allow my teenage daughter to drive due to the door opening at higher speeds.I have a friend that has a shop he told me to bring my Mustang in he will fix it.
We just leased a Ford Explorer through this dealership and feel very confident with our choice of dealer. We worked with Admir, and he was SO easy to work with. He was straight forward and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. The employees here dont seem salesy and dont make us feel like theyre constantly trying to upsell us. Its an honest dealership that we trust, and thats hard to come by. I pass two other Ford dealerships from my home to get here and its always worth it!!

They told me it would be 5-6 days for them to look at a check engine light. I understand if your backed up but I needed to know if it was serious and was not gonna wait 5 days for diagnostic test. Rockwall ford took care of me next day. I suggest you go there.

He kept me updated as parts had to be ordered, and once they were in gave me a reasonable completion date. Once it was complete, we set up a time for me to come back in and pick up my truck. everything went very smooth! Would definitely recommend these guys!
I have been doing business with this dealership for a long time. I am very grateful for my experiences here. I would go back, again. It is easy to blame a dealership for selling you but isnt that what they are here to do? Sell their cars? I just use my brain and make sure that I am getting the best deal possible.
All I can say is that they only care about the money. Had a good experience buying the truck I purchased but not even a month later the check engine light came on. I got it checked stated it has about 3 things that needed to be fixed. I was kind of disappointed because you expect when purchasing a car so expensive that they would inspect it before handing it to you. I called the dealership talked to them and they told me they would call me back so they could fix it. Its been 2 weeks and still no call from them. I have purchased 2 cars from a small dealerships and I loved there service I regret buying from here, will continue to buy from small dealerships.

I believe this dealership tried to take advantage of me as a young female. My car is 3 years old and they tried to do $700 worth of work that doesnt need to be done yet. They also tried to overcharge me for air filters and said my tires were fine when they were not.Being suspicious of all this, I took my car to a trusted dealership and my suspicions were confirmed. They replaced the tires and said I have at least 50,000 miles more before the other work needs to be done.On top of all this, I waited 3 hours for an oil change. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I brought $210,000 in vehicles about two months ago. One of the Ford Expedition King Ranch 80K plus has been driven for two weeks of the 8 weeks I have had the car. It has been in their Shop for a Month. No one knows what is wrong. Very easy fix give me a NEW car and send that one back. I have asked for GM to call me twice. Once with Salesman ( Brad ) and another by service guy that called a week and half ago. Just tell me they still do not know what is WRONG !! Still NO call from the GM and you would HOPE he knows what is going on. Do you think if you spend less than this they will take CARE of you the chance are NOT. This should not be take down or hind but they will I promise !!!!! This is something I do not normally do but I felt like it should......HORRIBLE customer Service !!
I absolutely love my car! It has everything I want in a vehicle. Me. Cote helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle and answered all my questions and concerns. Suzanne even emailed me to follow up after the purchase to see how everything was going.. I am really big on customer service and they really went that extra mile to go beyond expectations.
