We love the service and the prompt response time. The first signs we ordered were great and exactly what we needed. They far exceeded our expectations. We ordered 2 yard type signs last week. They look great, but one of them blew out of the holder the first time we put it out. The sign material was too lightweight, but we will secure them in the frame. Enjoy working with Nikki.

We have a group of about 15 people that cruise together. We chipped in and purchased a decorative sign for their cabin door. I also wanted the grommets to be moved a bit and they did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced. The sign is perfect. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience working with FASTSIGNS. The sales person Julie was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. The name means what it says, they are fast. I was able to order signs, make changes, and pick them up the next day. The price was very good and a lot cheaper than I expected. Awesome service! We were on the fence about a couple of big time decisions when renovating our store front. Nikki was super receptive to our ideas and made understanding our options a breeze. She really took the time to make sure we were happy with the end design and best of all ON BUDGET.With Nikki’s help, our store front is totally revamped and fresh! FASTSIGNS GARLAND is by far the BEST signage store in the DFW area! The staff is highly knowledgeable in their field of graphic design and knows how to exceed your expectations all while working within your budget. In my case, I went approximately 10-15% above my allocated budget since I felt the need to go a little bigger and added some additional things. Truly worth the extra spent! Both Nikki & Julie were very professionally in addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. I will certainly be using them in the foreseeable future!

This is BY FAR the most horrible business establishment...sign company location I’ve EVER done business with. On multiple times, they change what they promise without consent and they didn’t even communicate it with us. It was a “SURPRISE” when it came time to pick up our trucks. The staff is pleasant until they get confronted about their lack of communication and professionalism...then they just want you out the door. We own a real estate company and we’re planning to refer ALL of our agents to get their advertising done here but we’d rather use another location that’s managed like every reputable business. If I were you, I’d most definitely find another location, even if they charge slightly more. Believe me, it’s not worth the headache!

Very helpful they striped our old vinyl from plexiglass so that saved us money, i broke the corner of one side of plexiglass very helpful glued a small sheet on inside of sign and epoxied pieces (glued) together was stronger than before and could not tell anything happened,the good thing no extra charge. i think you will be happy with their work

We had a major deadline of just a few days to get a banner done. We wanted to a support local business so we went to our best source for a referral, our Facebook friends. Our dear friend, Jennifer Wilson, was the first to respond with FASTSIGNS. We called immediatly and got our tushy over to their Firewheel area location with our artwork, and out in two days was a banner so much larger than life than we expected. They WILL get you noticed.
