Got my nose pierced here just yesterday! Jimi did a great job. I checked out several places before coming here and I am glad that I did. Everything was clean and sterilized. I love walking into a place where the staff can make you feel comfortable and talk you through everything- and thats exactly what they did. Will definitely be going back to talk to them more about a tattoo!

Excellent service from start to finish. Jimi and Joanna were amazing and helped me feel comfortable getting my first tattoo. Jimi did an incredible job, hes a great artist. I have dark skin and many artists advised me against getting a colorful tattoo but these guys were not afraid and exceeded my expectations, explaining color pairing to Skin tones. Ill be returning here for my next one. Theyre also very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend Southern Blues Tattoo.

WOW, me and my girls came in to get some tatts and piercings. All together it was 5 of us. We knew we wanted Tatts but werent sure what we wanted. They were so amazingly patient and went one on one with each of us to help us in the whole process, asked questions, gave us advice and we ALL hands down ended up with some amazing tattoos. We then got our piercings and I must say that this was all of ours best experience combined inside of a Tattoo shop period. I have been in many and so have my friends. Thank you Guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I came here for a triple helix piercing. The customer service was great. Very courteous and explained everything. However the piercing sucks. The middle piercings spacing is way off and it is pierced at an angle instead of straight through and it actually hits the other piercing at the bottom!!! It looks absolutely horrible.I couldnt tell how fd up it was at the time it was pierced because it immediately swelled and the blood masked everything. No wonder they are the cheapest. I paid $45 less than all the other shops in Garland but I wish I had sucked it up and paid the extra for a great piercing.

I will not be getting any piercings here or recommending them to anybody after the disrespect shown toward my little cousin trying to get a nose piercing . I never known anybody to go through so much trouble making somebody feel uncomfortable just because of age. She was accompanied by her parent who’s okay with her getting the services done and the artist that was servicing my cousin was complaining about having to do her piercing the whole time. He was also impatient and had a very abusive manner towards somebody who’s already nervous about the situation period. Plus they have a 5$ fee if you want to use your card. The whole experience is too much .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The piercer was very rude to me and my mom! I wanted my nose pierced and I wanted him to mark where he was piercing it first and it started an argument! He was very rude by telling my mom he was doing her a favor for even doing my piercing! Do yourself a favor and dont come to the cheap trashy place! I ended up not even getting my nose done here and went to a more expensive place but got what I wanted and got AMAZING costumer service!

Very rude people. Had tragus done for a week n ball fell off. Probably didnt put it on right when pierced. Now they tell me I have to pay for new jewelry. Hell with them. Karma sucks n Ill make their business look bad. Dont go to them. They will screw you over like they did to me. Go to Cat Tattoo. They are alot nicer and helped me out tonight. Jimmy is a fake. In the beginning he acts all nice but then his true colors show.

I wish I was able to give this place no stars. I created a yahoo account just to say how much this place socks!!! The guy jimi is an #$%$ who obviously has a adequacy issue because he was more consumed with being wrong then tattooing. He told me a paying customer that I was a dumb #$%$ and that people like me had a problem with telling him how to do his job. This guy is crazy rational conversation only in ragged him further and when I told him I was leaving he said more profanity I think he was under the influence. Worst tattoo artist ever as far as customer service. I shop looked like #$%$ too unclean and light where off looked to be in no shape for buisness!
