I ordered on a Saturday for the first time. I asked if it could be delivered before 4 they said it will be one of their first afternoon runs but they dont know what time it will be delivered. Over 10 hours and cant deliver from a 5 mile radius on time? Eventually really late at night while people are sleep on a regular car the arrangement got delivered but forgot the plush I guess better late than never

Nobody answers the phone..Update: finally someone answered My order was already out for delivery but the person it was going to wasnt going to be there so I asked what options can I do. Instead I changed the delivery date and they were okay to do that. Went from 1 star to 3, still faith in em lol

After reading the reviews, I guess this is a standard for this store… website says open, houses on door says open, a sign on door saying “open” but guess what… pulled up and NOT OPEN!! I tried calling first and got voicemail, should have trusted the reviews. What a terribly run store

This is the second time I have came to the store to try to get my plush stuffed animal that they forgot to deliver with my order. I have called 3+ times with no response and I’m still waiting on my plush toy. Which was also delivered at 10pm when it was supposed to be delivered around 5pm. I’m very disappointed at this location.

I should have read the comments. I ordered a birthday delivery yesterday and was confirmed for same day delivery but still has not arrived. I keep calling to no avail. I guess I will have to make a trip there to pick up my order instead and at the very least request my delivery fee back. Sigh.

***READ THE REVIEWS*** ZERO stars. I ordered a Mothers Day gift and told my mom to stay close to the house so she could receive the delivery. She was home all day and stayed up until 10:30 at night and it NEVER showed up. The VERY LEAST they could have done was call me and let me know it would not be delivered so my mom didnt have to stay home all day alone, on Mothers day, for NOTHING. If you order from them you are taking a gamble. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!

I just pulled up to the store location with a flashing Open sign and store hours posted beneath it confirming that it is open along with the website, and yet, the doors are locked and its empty inside. Waste of a drive.

What a joke this store is! I work at an edible arrangements in northern California and sent something to Texas for my family for Fathers day. I order a large arrangement for my sister to pick up. I know the EXCAT count of fruit is suppose to have and so does my sister because she also used to work at an Edible Arrangements. She calls me and tells me that there were only 3 pieces of mango and 7 kiwis. Thats is not even comparable to what a small arrangement would have. I told her to go back and get it fix. After they lied to her telling her more than once that it was a large. I called the store and asked for the manager to see how is it possible that they were about to let my sister walk out with that arrangement. Not only did they make my sister wait an hour to remake the arrangement she had the nerve to get an attitude with me over the phone. She tried to steal from me by not giving me what I had paid for and still gets upset that I called her out on it. The arrangement looks horrible Im embarrassed for my family to see that. The kiwis arent even on the sticks anymore, the pineapple looks old not even like a sunshine, and there are sticks coming out of the fruit. Everyone needs to be retrained at making arrangements and that manager needs to be trained at customer service. My sister didnt even pay for that arrangement and she was embarrassed by it.

Made an order an wish I had read all the comments before ordering here! I placed an order for Valentine’s Day and instead they told me that my order was ready the same day I placed my order? Makes no sense, so I go and explain that one of there staff placed the order. On top of that instead of calling me they called my girlfriend who the surprise was for. They said nothing could be done and I just had to get out of there because I was disappointed with the whole experience! They don’t even deserve a one star let alone 5!

I received this as gift from my family in California and honestly I couldn’t even tell you what this was suppose to be. This is LITERALLY how I got it delivered and out the box. The fact that this is suppose to be an edible arrangement and this is how they chose to represent their company I feel speaks for itself. Also I received a birthday balloon which was suppose to be in Spanish and my family was surprised it was in English considering that they picked it from THEIR website. Anyways I’m sure there are other smaller business you could support that would put an effort to making a gift memorable....and for the right reasons.

Very horrible. I ordered a 134.23 arrangement. My daughter sent me a picture of the one they received and she loved it. She loved it because she did not know what was ordered. Its like florist giving a girl a rose and she loves it, but the actual order was for a dozen long stem roses. Anyway the one delivered looked nothing like what was ordered. I sent pics the the customer service person and she agreed with me. She was so surprised that I was delivered that small assortment. She said that she would personally redo it herself and send the replacement the next day. The replacement was smaller than the first, and this time the fruit looked like it was left overs and not much chocolate and no stars at all. The first one had zero grapes, no chocolate dipped starts, and alot of kale looking stuff for filling in all of the empty spaces. The picture on the net had zero kale looking stuff, and so full and very tall. I have the pics below of what was ordered and then the 2 replacements. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR ORDER. They all need retraining. This is an art, and if you can not perform, you should find a different profession.So Ive tried and tried, but the pics wont show up. I attached them like 5 different times. This sucks.

The worst experience Ive had with edible arrangements. The strawberries were slimy when I bit into them. The box was not the usual box, some cheap looking container. They messed up my apple order. For the amount of money we spent, I expected so much more. Do not order from this location!!!!

The WORST place ever. Please don’t use them. I ordered same day delivery& it was never delivered. They were closed the next day. And of course upon opening the next day they didn’t care to update my order status. I called and they said “must have been missed by the driver” and “it’ll be delivered today”. Of course my order was NEVER delivered. This place is absolute trash.

Placed an order on 10/7/2020 for my sons birthday for same day delivery. It was never delivered. I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone to find out about my order it was very frustrating. I finally was able to leave a message yesterday around 5:45. I did not receive a call back from anyone yesterday or first thing this morning. I finally got someone on the phone this morning around 9:45 I requested to cancel my order and issue a refund. When i inquired as to why my order had not been delivered she informed me the delivery driver had a death in the family and did not come in that day. I told her I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know my order would not be able to be delivered that day. I would think they would have been aware early in the morning the delivery driver wouldn’t be there so they could call any customers placing orders to inform them of this. This is very poor customer service, i will never order from this company again. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Please pay attention to the reviews before placing your order.A very unhappy & dissatisfied customer!

Stay away from the Garland, TX location. They literally do not deliver. I placed my order 9 days in advance and never received my delivery. Called and spoke with someone who told me that my order was being prepared and they were waiting on the delivery driver to get back. It never came. Couldn’t get hold of anyone after 5pm. Waited home all day until 9pm. Stay away!

My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful arrangement from this place for Valentine’s Day 2020. He paid a lot of money for $100 plus. He expected it to be delivered and paid that fee as well. By the end of the day, it was NOT delivered. He was VERY upset! No one was answering calls at the location. He looked at his receipt and the receipt said, “Pick-up” way at the bottom in fine letters. Remember even though he paid a delivery fee and gave them the address. So, just make sure everything looks right before you walk out of that store.Or by the reviews i’ve read better not to order from here. At least, he would never again.

I have very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the product. I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for a co worker that recently lost a family member. The balloon was deflated upon arrival. The strawberries are not fresh. I called to get assistance and was told there’s nothing she could do and I need to call the Rockwall store when I ordered from the Garland store.I am currently waiting for a call back. This has been a Terrible experience.

There are so many negative reviews and Im so shocked because I did not check before I order here! Placed the order online, paid the delivery fee and was expecting they take it to my friend ASAP. The order was ready around 11 am when I called the store, I asked when it is going to be delivered, the lady said it does take a few hours. I was pretty close to the store so I picked it up by myself and they refunded me the delivery fee which was $15. I mean the only down side was they dont give you the time they deliver your order, other than that strawberries were fresh and yummy as always! Prices are a little bit high but this is how it always been so if you dont want to pay $30 plus $15 delivery fee for a fancy 12 counts dipped chocolate strawberries you better think about not ordering it from here.

Im very upset and never even received a call to notify that it wasnt coming today. I bought another arrangement from the Rockwall location and it came the very next day without any problems. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my bosses house for bosses day and it was two days late and I called several times on the day to make sure it would be delivered and they did not answer the phone. I left several messages with no return call until the delivery person finally called saying they were on the way (2 days later). I was very upset because it was AFTER bosses day and that was the WHOLE POINT!!! It looked like we forgot about the day when we ordered it 4 days earlier. I did not get an apology no refund NOTHING. Never again will I order from them!!!!!!!

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR HOURS!The website and voice recording on their phone all say that they close at 9pm. Yet the sign on their door says 7pm.The associate behind a locked door stood at the counter looking at me at 7:30pm shaking their head that they wouldnt open the door. Placed an order on October 16th for my hubs Birthday. Order never arrived- No email, call, text form of communication givin to why the order was delayed.. tried to call several times day of- called the next day- NO one answers! So I drive up to the store. The stores hours list they’re open, door locked with a note on the door saying call the store. So I call AGAIN- all of a sudden I see an employee pop there head out to see if someone’s at the door.. NO wander no one answered the phone before... Anyways- she lets me in.. I ask for a refund and she’s looking into it. She says it’s in transit and will be delivered today. I said no just refund me. She CAN’T because they sent it to the Rockwall store.... she did try to call Rockwall and see if they could do over the phone but of course NO answer- anyways I ordered it at the GARLAND store?! Can’t help- so I drive on over to Rockwall. They try to tell me Garland has to do it. I said well call them and ask why they couldn’t do it 20mins ago when I was just there.. go figure No answer on the phone. Hey all of a sudden they can do the refund for me now... now wait 3-5 days for your money that we took and wasted your time. The BIGGEST headache! Don’t waste your time on either of these locations- Garland or Rockwall! I get covid but common sense, and some kind of communication is all that needs to be giving! Also the health department should do a pop up to the locations.. I’m pretty sure the girl at the register using the same gloves that was used on a chocolate arrangement and then touched on the register, money, phone, and customer credit cards isn’t following code?!Definitely not ordering from them again!

My wifes birthday was Tuesday and I order the happy birthday chocolate covered strawberries with chocolate covered pineapple that were dipped in birthday cake. It was suppose to come with a happy birthday balloon and it didnt. The pineapples were really small and the strawberries werent dipped right. I was really upset that I paid for something that wasnt what I expected. Next time I will order from another location.

Disappointing. Im a fan and have ordered for delivery and pick up at many stores across the country. This stores fruit was just plain bad. And everywhere else its awesomely good. The assorted box (12 count) was good. But the chocolate fruit cup was very bad. The banana was brown as was the apple. Frankly I threw it out. I wont be back to this location.

I’ve came here a couple of times and the service was always iffy it was never full service. Well it wasn’t the case this time when I came in around 5:30pm I was greeted by Lulu she was covered in tattoos and was wearing a beanie with a blank spaced out expression so human nature I thought she was gonna be rude or was not going to care. After purchasing my box of strawberries she asked me if I wanted a bag if that would make it easier to carry since my hands were full. I had a handful of shopping bags and a cane in the other. she asked where did I park I replied at Hollister. She said well let me walk it for you. I was so grateful for that. She even took my other bags and walked the same pace as me. Not to make me feel rushed and I tired offering her a tip for it and her reply was “ What? Money to walk? I’d be rich by now. I walk for free everyday so a few more steps is not something to be rewarded for.” And she thanked me for my business and wished me a goodnight and ran back to her store. Beyond full and amazing service and the fruit were fresh and amazing as well.

Terrible. Placed order to be delivered on the 14th to my boyfriends workplace. Wasn’t delivered on the 14th, but I also didn’t receive a call or email to let me know. Which is fine I wasn’t upset, I understand, it’s a busy day. Called in the morning to update the drop off location since my bf is off on the weekends. Person I spoke with seemed annoyed, I asked if I can get an estimated time on the arrival of the delivery she said no they don’t have estimated delivery times. Which is dumb for a place that focuses so much on delivery. I was concerned My bf wouldn’t be home or it would be just left on the porch if he wasn’t. Anyway it didn’t matter because it was delivered to the WRONG LOCATION and handed off to the WRONG PERSON on the WRONG DAY. I called about SIX times before I could reach someone. My whole experience was terrible, I wouldn’t go back not even as a last resort.

Just wanted to grab a pre-made arrangement for a birthday person and one of their Bears for a kid that just had surgery. They told me they were closed sorry we have new weekend hours than what is posted. Could have easily just taken the sale. Oh well ....

Even a 1 star is too high. Delivery wasn’t on the agreed upon date and call to ask questions were met with rude customer service. Sent an email and was thrilled the owner Doug responded. Doug stated the manager should have given me a refund if that didn’t happen he would take care of it. I responded informing him it didn’t happen in which Doug never responded nor provide a refund. This helped me understand the employees are just following the example set by their leader. Recommend not going to this location.

First time ever ordering from here, and surely will be the last! Horrible Horrible customer service. And the sad part is I only called to check on my order. I understand it takes time. What I don’t get is why cant we get a specific time to when our delivery order will get to its destination. I called twice and was left on hold for more than 15 min minutes, then when I finally got a hold of someone the employee was super rude. I asked her what would be the time I was getting my delivery and she just rudely said “we don’t give times out” I placed this order on Wednesday. I had heard so many good reviews from edible arrangements (all in general) but I am really disappointed. And still waiting for my order. Horrible horrible customer services!

A few months ago I had an issue with my fruit coming to the house warm and much later in the evening than I had expected. I was in the middle of dealing with major morning sickness and had been waiting all day for that fruit to arrive so when I got it and couldnt eat it because it wasnt super cold anymore and the chocolate dipped fruit was sweating, I was quite upset. I spoke to whom I believe is the manager and she apologized and explained the situation. Turns out the delivery vehicle had issues and she was having to hand deliver them in her car. She credited the account for the fruit and told me the next time I was having a craving she would give me a box of dipped fruit on the house.Now my son is sick and fruit is the only thing he eats when sick so I decided to get an arrangement and remembered her offer. She graciously agreed to help me and was nice enough to offer to change the fruit from a box to an arrangement in a soccer ball vase. So now we just picked it up and it is extremely large!! I was thinking it would be a very small arrangement but she went all out. I cant believe how nice she was about the situation. Thank you very much Tanya!!

I called before placing my order to make sure they had the inventory, staff, and availability to deliver in the timeframe needed. I found the staff, believe it was the manager, incredibly friendly and thorough. They were even willing to call in advance of delivering to make sure someone would be home to receive it.Recipient sent a picture of it and it looked fantastic! This is my go-to location for Dallas area needs.

Fantastic Experience- 1800Flowers screwed us over for our friends birthday & pushed our order to next Wednesday bc they were too busy (and gave no notice either, they just didnt show up).At 4pm, I ordered same day delivery from Edible Arrangements and had them delivered to her house. They brought 3 balloons with the teddy bear, a chocolate lollipop, and a dozen ENORMOUS (and from what she said DELICIOUS) chocolate covered strawberries. Today is Valentine’s Day, Friday February 14, 2020. I called on Tuesday and placed an order to have a $60 arrangement with balloons and delivery paid $95.24. My fiancé gets off work at 4pm, he also works in Garland only a few blocks from Firewheel mall where edible arrangements are located. Can someone please tell me why they NEVER delivered the product?? NEVER! I am soo disgusted and disappointed in this company. I didn’t think I could go wrong with a large name like Edible arrangements but boy they are THE WORST and I can’t reach ANYONE on the phone, they have the voicemail turned on. If anyone is even THINKING about doing any kind of business with this company DONT! Read the reviews before doing business with any company. Ordered online for next morning pickup only to be called and bluntly told it would not be ready at time chosen. Original pick up time was 9:30am and did not pick up till noon. When i went to pick up the arrangement, it was the wrong one and had to call the manager since the store clerk was incredibly rude. To quote, the clerk said multiple times not my problem. I drove out of my way, past 2 different stores just to go to this one because it has the donuts and smoothies. I am so glad I did, Lineen (I hope that was her name) was amazing and so sweet! She advised me that there was no sweetener for the smoothies so it might not taste the same and so I didnt get a smoothie but I did order $45 dollars of fruit and she was so gracious about our entire transaction. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to this location again just because of Lineens customer service and the quality of the products I received!

Shame I cant give this place zero stars.I decided to get something delivered to my boyfriend at his work on Valentines Day. I looked at a couple of different places but nothing was available for VDay. Then I found Edible Arrangements, which had the delivery option available for Valentines Day. I was really excited and ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and a few balloons for him.I got an email confirming my order and saw that it could take 6-8 hours to update my order status. Really, its 2018 and yall cant figure out how to come up with a better status update than 6+ hours later? Hmph.At any rate, I placed my order at 7:45am and checked the status throughout the day. It never changed but I wasnt TOO worried since the order confirmation did say how it might take a long time to update.However, when my bf got home, I asked if hed gotten anything at work, and he said no. At that point I became annoyed. I spent $80 to get something delivered that day, and it never happened. But okay. I placed my order on Valentines Day and they were probably just swamped. I am a reasonable, understanding person. I figured they would deliver it the next day instead.WRONG. Nope. They never delivered anything. In fact, they just straight up cancelled my order entirely and refunded my money (at least I got that, I guess). I am PISSED now, good job Edible Arrangements. At no point ever did anyone bother to just CALL me and say hey, we werent able to deliver on V-day, but we can do it another day or refund your money if you want. No one bothered to apologize. Just...never came through, never contacted me, and completely cancelled my order.I will never EVER buy anything from this company again. Horrible, awful way to do business in my opinion. I cannot fathom the blatant disregard for customer service that it takes to FAIL at delivering and then not even bothering to follow up afterward. I would have been understanding of a late delivery. I am absolutely NOT okay with just totally dropping the ball and THEN cancelling my order without contacting me AT ANY POINT EVER. Absolutely ridiculous.Today I placed an order with Backstage Florist, which was $20 cheaper for a comparable product AND they delivered today like they said they would. Placed an order on 2-13-19 before 1pm for 2-14-19. The recipient never received the arrangement. Spoke with the store manager at Garland, TX location Britanny who was very rude exhibiting a somewhat hostile tone due to the fact her location made a mistake. I will never do business with this company and will advise all my friends and family not to either. Poor customer service. As of 5:30 pm nothing had been delivered😞

I had a delivery that wasnt delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered and was left a voicemail to call them back the next day and they were going to refund delivery and still deliver the strawberries. After being on hold literally over 2 hours before i finally spoke to someone i was hung up on 3 times as soon as i mentioned i received a call and voicemail for me to call in and have my delivery refunded. 3 times they hung up on. They acknowledged me on the phone and spoke with me until i mentioned the refund. The worst customer service Ive literally ever experienced. I will never do business with them again. I also emailed their corporate email and have yet to receive a response. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered a basket for a friend whos father passed at pick up was scheduled for 530pm, i arrived at 630pm was going to meet my friend at 7pm. Was told it wasnt ready yet it would be about 20 mins! Worst customer service I have ever witnessed.I heard a lot of bad reviews about this company, but I decided to give it a try anyway because I couldn’t resist the beautiful pictures online! (horrible decision btw.)I ordered a gift for two friends for Valentines Day and wanted to pick it up due to the bad delivery reviews. I thought “what could possibly go wrong, I’M the one picking it up.”Everything went wrong. My order was for 5:30 PM and their closing time was 7:00 PM, but when I got there.. they were closed. They closed an hour and a half earlier and didn’t even bother sending an email or calling or even putting it on their door.. I was knocking and calling their store for over 45 minutes until FINALLY someone picked up from customer service.I explained what had happened and the lady over the phone told me I could pick it up the next day at 6 PM.The next day I got there 15 minutes before 6 PM to make sure I would get it that same day. Well, fortunately for me, they were open this time! BUT on the other hand.. they had not prepared anything because “no one told them.” I was extremely disappointed especially because they looked at me and said “I can whip it up real quick if you want.” Like yes, i want your 10 minute “whip up..”Nicely, I asked for a refund on the $200 order and they said ok. It has been 3 days and the money still hasn’t come into my account. Can’t wait to see what their excuse is this time.DO NOT AND I MEAN, DO NOT, BUY FROM THIS STORE! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They advised that they would have my order delivered before 3pm. My husband bought my a surprise order for our anniversary! Spent $130.00 to have it delivered and never showed up! Then they had the nerve to tell him that they could deliver it the next day! Very upset with there customer service and there service in general! Horrible place to buy from. Strongly do not recomend ordering delivery from this location!

Horrible customer service! The arrangement was supposed to arrive a week ago. They dont communicate with their customers and you have to call multiple times to see whats going on with your purchase. Bad idea to shop at this location.

This place had terrible customer service if I could rate it a zero I would... First I waited in the place for literally 30 minuted before a girl came from the back to help me... And when I ordered she just rolled her eyes and was like what are you talking about... Then I handed her my money and she grabbed it as tho it had a disease on it... Then she calls some dude from the back and he looked around for a second before saying im sorry our puree is old so I wont be able to make what you want do you want something else you can have anything in the case we dont even sell any of it anyway... Like is that suppose to make me want to eat it?

Don’t order from here! Never got delivery to my fiancé. Called up there around 6 since they close at 7 asking why hasn’t he gotten delivery, lady says it has already been on it’s way. His job is only 5 min from edible arrangements store. So around 6:40 I call an I asked my fiancé, he said he never got a package. I call back up there 5 times the lady won’t pick up the phone. I have to call the corporate number an then they get her on the phone saying they went to my fiancé’s job an they were closed. LIE! His job doesn’t close till 8 PM. Never received package an made corporate give me a refund.

I went there to get their fruit drink I have seen on tv ads...was not impressed by the store. Walked in and it seemed empty-not appealing to where I would order something from them. Nobody at the front. I had to look in the back where at least 6 pple were hanging out ...and waited for them to see me before they sent someone out. I requested the drink but The fruit used for the drink did not look fresh at all..looked like canned fruit in syrup. I got a cup of chocolate strawberrries to go instead. They- to my surprise tasted good.

This location provides awful customer service. Not only did they bill me for service that they failed to deliver, they refuse to help me with a refund. After many attempts to contact the Manager, I was finally was told just to contact my bank for a refund. No attempt to resolve the issue or apology.

Besides the strawberries being bad (as in spoiled), the service was even worse! My arrangement was delivered at 4:55pm which deliver is before 5pm, that still isnt the real issue. At 4:40pm, my delivery person called me because she was lost, being last also made her loud and rude to me while even tho my surprise was ruined I tried to give her directions to my office and she stated nevermind, Ill just redo the address and hung up on me. As I called the store to let them know this was horrible service, I spoke to a person who pretended to be management then passed the phone to the real manager. Now, I did get upset because the employee lied just to hear what I had to say. As for the manager he told me bravely that hes the only manager and his employees were not at all rude to me nor were any policies broken and what do yoy want. Its amazing to me that my husband PAID for these services, they didnt do us a favor! Spoiled fruit and spoiled personality, stay away from this place! Customer satisfaction? Its all about getting your money, no matter the quality of both the arrangement and staff. Sad!

Ordered online a day beforehand which came with balloons for an additional 14.99. I arrive more than 24 hrs later and surprise surprise they said they had no helium(Thanks for calling which they did not) and instead offered to give me one of the worlds smallest stuff bear. At the end of the day the fruit was okay...but not worth $90. Horrible customer service

I would put -0 my delivery was at 1 pm for 3.30 pm they barely gave me my strawberries. The melted chocolate, the very rude manager left with nothing, it was a terrible experience.
