I bought a mountain bike at a great deal from Bike Island. Their bikes are described as having cosmetic issues which I had read and to which I have no problem. There were a couple issues beyond cosmetic but the customer service that Josh gave was excellent. Response to my emails were quick and he was able to resolve everything. Not much I could ask for and will likely order from them again.

Product was as described with good quality and arrived when they said it would. I had one small issue with the hub on my wheel and Jeff at Bike Island was very helpful in getting a new wheel out to me. Excellent customer service. I will always go to Bike Island first when looking for bike products. Thanks Jeff!

Very generous offer when the issue was confirmed“My purchase with bike direct for a starter MTB was great in 2015. I then found bike island that claims the sale of cosmetic issues from bike direct bikes. I ordered a fsx 1.0 and asked bike island contact for some issues with the front wheel after receiving the bike. Once the issue was confirmed with the video, the contact person immediately sent a new front wheel. I was thrilled by their quick response and generous offer. The shipping cost is even more that the wheel. I wish them do a good business. I will definitely buy from them again.
