In this store ( Saturday 14 at 1:10 )should have someone with a better attitude, when I come shop here I always spend over 100$ and today Was different, I came in asking if I could return a Cap without my receipt because I wasn’t sure if I could (I didn’t have my receipt but I had the card I payed with and my bank statement and all I wanted was to exchange it for a bigger size ) and the employee did not like that. She told me in a bad tone that, that wasn’t possible without the cap having a tag. But it didn’t have the tag because it was a gift from my daughter to my husband, I’m not angry that I couldn’t return it, I’m just saying she could’ve said it in a better attitude, regardless of race or economic status………..

Really nice place to get alot of cool Dallas Cowboy stuff. Yet my parents were looking for their old time favorite players jerseys & they didnt have them. They only carry the newest & recent popular names. Its a shame. I bet theyd make more money if they were to reach out to the older fans. I was also in need of some embroidery iron patches of stars. I also wanted some with team name name & star. They just dont carry patches here. 😞 I guess if youre looking for a special something, youre luck if you find it. Other than that, it wont be here. Maybe theyll consider thses items in the future.Plus they are a little pricey.

They never answer the phone, very upsetting, and a simple pick up the phone, and let me know if it’s in stock, now I have to drive just to see if you have it in stock

Nice guy working there. A little pricey here.I couldnt find a mens tshirt under $25. They did have alot for women, too. My daughter got 2 shirts...1 short sleeved and 1 long sleeved. She absolutely loves them.

Bought a watch which did not keep time correctly. When I returned it, the charge was not reversed on my credit card for a while. But we found good deals on t-shirts.

Customer service really bad! The old guy with long hair had the nerve to tell my 2 year old to not lean on the shirt shelf. Never going back. Allen store are so much nicer, helpful and way better selection.

Loved the game

Love my Cowboys, and going to the Cowboys store. The female associate at the Firewheel shop has a very bad attitude. And it just wasnt me, I was 3rd in line, and each one of us was spending over $200, and never a Hi, or thank you or did you find everything you were looking for? I will not stop on just this review, will keep reporting up the chain, to Headquarters . She needs to go.

Only customer in the store. Greeted by 3 employees, but none of them offered to assist me. About 10 minutes into my shopping there, I was asked if I was finding everything OK. Would have hated to see how much assistance I would have gotten if the store had more shoppers. I think they need to step up their game.

Same stuff as last year and the girl working inside obviously would rather be anywhere else than here

Who cant come to Dallas Texas and dont get no cowboys souvenirs youre crazy even if you live here everybodys yard is full of Dallas Cowboy memorabilia aint no way you can come and down this and dont get no souvenir or picture of the place
