Me and my brother stopped here today on a whim because we are coffee obsessed and it was such a wonderful coffee experience! Chasity helped us and she was super sweet and very easy to talk to, plus she made some delicious iced lattes for us!! There were also two local Garland foodies there who made the experience even more enjoyable. They have a back area to relax and enjoy and it is super cute. We will definitely be back!:)

I absolutely love this place! The food is good, the drinks are wonderful and the hospitality is above and beyond. It’s nice to have this option so close to work, I only wish they were open past 2 when my 3pm cravings kick in :)

Wow, I am totally impressed with this place! Had a blueberry donut and it only had 2 net carbs!! Decided to give this place a try and wish I had tried it sooner. It was so good I forgot to get a pic of my donut, will definitely come back

Enjoyed the maple flavored coffee. Locally owned and operated business. Great location to pick up baked goods with keto diet minded offerings. No added sugar in any items! Very diabetic and keto friendly.

The coffee is average, at best. The design of the location is cool but they should really remove inside access. It is too small for more than 2 people in there so if theres a tiny rush, it can easily cause confusion. The lady is nice but has a bit of an attitude. Again, I think that is more due to the lack of space which can be anxiety inducing. It also leads to wrong orders. The muffin was good though, considering it was keto, and sugar free.

Pros: Large outdoor area that was impressive with plenty of seating and multiple outdoor games. Also, dog friendly and GF (!!)Cons: When I went there were three workers. 2 looked clueless and were standing around and the other one kept making passive aggressive comments. Then there was a gentleman sitting at the only stool in there completing blocking the menu who kept making the rudest comments and was being very condescending. I felt so uncomfortable. Even with 3 people working my americano came out weak and average at best and took nearly 5 minutes to make.

If you havent tried it yet, drop everything and go (during business hours, of course 😉). Everything is delicious and nutritious! Chasity and her family are delightful, and they serve our community so well!! Wednesdays and Saturdays, you have to try the waffles!! I havent had one yet that I didnt love! I honestly havent had anything there that I didnt like! Just try it! You wont be sorry! ❤️

Good coffee, but horrible customer service.The lady serving the coffee was rude when being asked questions about the coffee? It makes no sense. I was a first time customer and had questions. I love supporting my community but not while being treated poorly.

My daughter bought a birthday cake and cupcakes for a surprise 70th birthday party for me this past July. Not only was I surprised, but absolutely delighted that I was able to eat the cake, gluten free, sugar free, keto and incredibly delicious. It was decorated beautifully and I enjoyed ever bit of the cake and frosting that I got to take home. Once this political farce of a plague is over I intend to visit the shop and try some other keto baked goods. Thank you for making my birthday this year really special!

Love coming to this store. My only regret is that I didnt try it sooner. Given that I try to be keto-ish and GF-ish its great to find a place catering to all of that healthy energy. Chastity has a wonderful energy and I enjoy being around it first thing in the a.m. The food though healthy is beyond tasty and the BRCC coffee is great. Im glad I discovered another coffee place in DT Garland. And though I like the other place as well, 5AN just seems more down to Earth comfortable and less snobby.

VERY nice place and super friendly employees! I stopped in for the first time today. I wanted to grab something before work. It was easy and fast getting in and out. I got the shake and tea combo. It was very good! There are almost too many choices! I am super happy there is something like this in Garland! OH! And behind the store is a great sitting/play area! Cant wait to grab a coffee and hang out with my girlfriends there!

Stopped here for the first time just to get coffee. Then I saw that they have keto pastries that were gluten free. I had the half keto coffee and the Abuelita Chocolate muffin (which so much better than a muffin). Great place for keto lovers and anyone that likes good coffee and friendly service.

I will start by saying that the owners of this establishment are very attentive to customer service and the needs of their customer. They also do a lot for the community and the downtown area. They promote all businesses. Now for the food the waffles are out of this world. I love their teas also. Great place

The prices we’re very affordable at this place and the waffle i had was amazing ! however i will say that the coffee didn’t really have much coffee flavor in terms of strength and it tasted very bland. overall the owners (im assuming) and staff were friendly.

Yall, the coffee is amazing - great deep roasted flavor, not bitter. Owner is super nice, and her keto goodies are yummy (and Im not keto). Dont miss their waffle days - Wednesdays are sweet waffles, Saturdays are savory.

A wide variety of coffees and teas are available for your individual wants and needs.they serve waffles on Wednesdays and Saturdays which are keto friendly.muffins and other treats are served daily which are also sugar free and keto!!! The back yard patio has games and plenty of room for relaxation and fun for ALL ages( even pets). The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable of every product they sell which gives me peace of mind that Im Being served products of excellent quality!

This is such a delightful new coffee shop in Garland! Im actually not a coffee drinker, but their chai latte & their Cherry Bomb are both delightful. The real reason my husband & I are visiting almost every weekend, though, is the savory waffles that they offer on Saturdays. Yall, these waffles are the perfect Saturday brunch item, & you NEED to check them out. Plus, the entire family who runs it are super sweet people!

I have been 2 times and the owners are beyond helpful and super sweet!! They answered all of my questions, my long drawn out questions about every single drink on the menu for my sore throat.. Super amazing coffee! And the customer service is great to! It is a bit small in the inside but it looks like they have a sitting area outside. The gentleman who helped me today knew his coffee very well and explained to me the different types of items they offered and which would best fit me. He was well informed on the products I loved it! Also they have snow cones so if you have kids (like me) you can get your fix while they get there self something as well 😁

It is great to have a place to treat yourself as you follow a ketogenic lifestyle. The outside space is a game and social haven as you enjoy the food and drink. The owners are amazing people. Excellent.

This place has some really good drinks! I normally drink my coffee with some cream and sugar additives, but here, I drink it black because its that good! I love how its a family ran place and Chasity and her son Zachary are so well informed who like to pass that information to their customers. Definitely recommend stopping by this place and to try their nitro coffee!

Just visited Fifth Avenue Nutrition for the first time today and I can tell you that I definitely will be returning over and over again! We met David and Chasity while we were there and they gave us top notch service but also made us feel like we were family. I cant wait to take advantage of the outdoor patio on the upcoming cool fall days! Definitely one of Garlands hidden gems! I highly recommend the Flex on the Beach and also the snickerdoodle ice cream!

I didn’t like the fact they were not wearing masks during this pandemic. I am an avid coffee drinker and our coffee selections were not delicious at all. When we went there were barely any bake goods available.

I went during lunch today and got me a tea. The lady there was super nice. I dranked it around 12ish and by 4pm i had this crazy energy. I just got back from a long walk with 5lb weights. Its 9pm and im still here detail cleaning my house. I havent had energy lately. The lady was right when she said the tea gives you energy.

I am so excited that I found a local business near where I work and live that provides healthy options of baked treats, ice cream, shaved ice, and coffees, etc. Not only healthy but KETO friendly!!! I had a keto peanut butter cookie and a flat white and both were delicious! They serve BRCC(black Rifle Coffee Company) and it was very smooth and has a great flavor! I also sampled the nitro coffee. It was perfect and will definitely get it next time. The coffee is veteran owned and at 5th Avenue Nutrition they really support our Vets and everyone that serves our country. I love what they stand for! I also love the area they set up outside behind the building that is a great place to gather with friends and family. What a great edition to our community!!
