I barely write reviews however I believe this is warranted.Over the last 2 years I have purchased many systems from this company. Most of which were issueless.HOWEVER, this last time I purchased 5x i7 servers from them they arrived to our facility and would not show any video. Garland did not provide any information on how to fix it since they did not work on arrival. I returned the 5 servers and Garland was not pleasant AT ALL to deal with on the return. Its not my fault the servers did not work, yet they treated it as such.Find other companies to buy from if you value getting any support for damaged on arrival or broken systems.

Very unprofessional. Similar experience to other 1 star reviews left by other customers. Garland Computers sold broken Servers, accepted a return for replacement because of sending fault equipment, then never sent a replacement. Poor communication, and childish behavior from who ever handled the situation. They also attempted to retaliate by leaving a negative review for the address their order was shipped to, from someone at this company user DeadGuy

Great people, hardware in nice condition. Store is clean and open with open space. Had a good experience, and would recommend anyone checking this place out from basic computer needs, to server related. Thats what I was there for. Also has furniture, applicances, and flooring (I thought I heard someone say). Mike was a huge help, and super professional!

I placed an online order for the lid for a Toshiba laptop. The wrong lid was shipped by mistake because of the office move. They rectified the mistake immediately and shipped the correct lid to make my laptop functional again.

I am an IT professional and Garland Computers has been a godsend. They always seem to have exactly what we need when we need it.Our office is in Far North Dallas and Its a bit of a drive to get there but it is all worth it.

Garland Computers helped me out by building a great server. Thanks to them, I now have the computing power I need for my disease modeling simulations. They answered many questions I had to my satisfaction and gave me a very strong machine in a great price. Moreover, they went beyond and one of their technicians instructed me on some new features the machine had.I am adding more details to the above old review to recommend Garland computers to many others. After almost 3 years of use the machine I got from them needed fixing - it was working almost non stop for years - whenever I had issues I wrote an email to the Garland Computer team and they solved my problem and gave good advice. Whatever fix I needed was very affordable and with their help I was able to make scientific breakthroughs in modeling Diabetes and COVID-19. Thanks to them I still have High Performance Computing capabilities in a very affordable price. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I wanted to upgrade my Dell R720XD with an additional 128gb of memory. I sent Garland Computers an email (I saw them on eBay and on Unyjoes Youtube Channel) and thought I would see if they could help me out with a good deal. And they did, great price, exceeded my shipping expectations. In fact after I got my 1st shipment of memory and installed it without any problem I place another order and go it yesterday and all memory worked great. My next move might be a cpu upgrade but I am going to come back for their GREAT Service and QUICK replies to my eamail. Great service, price are so important to me.

I have always had a fantastic experience at this place Alonzo and Mike very knowledgeable wouldnt go anywhere else. They are always busy but it never takes too long to fix me up. They always let me know what all my options are for my situation. I buy about 3 used models a year and take at least 3 or more operating system reloads a year. They are worth the drive. I live 1 hour away. I hate viruses but they are good to get me up and running quickly and less hassled.

I bought a Dell R710 server from these guys off their Ebay storefront and couldnt be happier, I ordered a iDrac6 - Enterprise along with it and asked that they either put it in the server or throw it in the box if they were too busy so I could get both at the same time, It came with the card installed. The server is in great condition and extremely clean inside. No problems whatsoever. I needed more storage so I contacted them and got another great deal from Brian. Ive dealt with Brian and Joe and they are both great guys and provide exceptional customer service. Thanks again guys.

This is THE place to bring your computer. Aside from the prices being extremely fair, Mike and Alonzo will go the EXTRA mile to diagnose and fix your computer. And..they dont take the easy way out. Instead of saying you need a new hard drive and just putting a new one in...they will do what they can to image your old hard drive so you can retain your data. In my case it worked. I have been to other shops that took the easy way out regardless of the consequences to the customer, and they didnt seem to care. Needless to say I will not be going there and will continue to not only bring my computer to Garland Computers, but will be referring my friends. Thanks you guys!

I used to like this place, but more and more parts that I bought here would break and not have any warranty. I think they are selling refurbished and discounted open box items from NewEgg and such as New Retail. My hd radeon 6870 is broken without warranty, a pci sata card was DOA and Garland would not refund or exchange and said I must be installing it wrong. I noticed on my brand new San Disk 64GB USB Extreme Cruzer that it says REFURB on the bottom. I feel scammed to be honest.

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to get help. The worker on the phone was absolutely no help, so I took my business elsewhere.

They have the worst customer service ever, after the rude worker at the shop sent me to the warehouse I was confronted by a even more bad attitude having man, the worker said let me get my supervisor so I suppose thats what he was, he had a ugly attitude he was a smart ass and just looked like he hated his job, I will never shop here Again YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
